To elaborate further.. Depending on size of container, soil conditions and strain.. You may not need to do anything other then put plain old ph 7 water in for quite some time.
I recently topped both my plants and after 24 hours they're look amazing. It's my first time growing as well. I sprayed the plant with my watered PhD mix with cal mag and grow big to the leafs. But any helpful tips feel free to drop a comment.
I added some Grow Big and Cal Mag and PhD my water at 6. Only concern is the yellowish in the leafs at the bottom. I have a fan on my bottom right tent (fan no circulation)
and another on the top to let the hot air out. Residing on the East Coast so the weathers random and it's there's always humidity. I'ma first time grower and I'm down for the BUD COMMUNITY. Any help will help..
After Topping both my plants last week and adding nutrient from Fox farm plus Cal Mag and my water PHd my two babies are doing better then ever! Have a nice bright vivid green and it's branching out perfect..

When ever you decide. Myself I like 7-9 wks. One buddy has had a plant in veg. State for over two yrs. His clone mother plant. So the answer is 0- 150 wks. Lol hope that helps.
when it takes up about 1/2 the space it needs to fill.... that's how long it needs in vege. Always have to work backward and if not familiar takes a a few tries to feel comfortable about it. some plants will get three times the size... if breeder mentions info on this stuff, good to take note. otherwise start with 2x, and if you know it's heavy sativa, maybe 3x growth expected first time. i figure i can always prune a few select branches off if a bit too large.
70% x 70% = ~50%. so 70% Length x 70% Width of what you want... just a guideline. if you prune things up for shape and any other reason, maybe that is a moot point. in those cases you want to have "enough" colas to fill your space as you want.. 1 cola per 5"x5" slot? usually safe for airflow.
Well its the middle of the week and I haven't added any nutes until of yesterday. I woke up the next day and they enjoyed the nutes. Saw a big difference in both the plants. I'm a first time grower so any advice will help. I'm just wondering when to put them into flower.
