Just trying to maintain a balance now until they stop drinking so much. #1 looking to be a foxtail style plant where as #2 is looking much more leafy so definitely 2 different phenos here. Starting to get a distinct orange/citrus smell from them :)

The buds are significantly larger and denser than they were a week ago and extremely resinous – trichome development is excellent. The trichomes appear predominantly milky, with a small proportion of clear heads. The ripening time seems to be right on schedule. 🔸 The aroma has developed into a fruity, almost tropical-sour direction – intense, with a sweet note that is very characteristic. The genetic line seems to be coming through well here. 🔸 The humidity was still a little too high this week (63%), but is now stable in the target range of 50–60% thanks to the use of the dehumidifier and the clip fans turned up to full power. The slight temperature increase of 2–3 °C is easily manageable. 🔸 Water requirements have also decreased significantly, which is consistent with the advanced flowering phase. Went camping so I couldn't start the week right away. June 16th was the start of week 3...going GREAT so far. I'm definitely leaning towards topping and mainline for these ladies! EDIT: I goofed up, lol. They were born on June 6th. So yesterday, June 20th was the start of week 3. EDIT: the ladies went in their final pot today, june 22nd to a 6.25 gallon pot. They look dinky now, lol. That'll change pretty quick 😎

The smell on this lady is absolutely insane. The only way I can describe it is a dank smelling cherry. Trimmed 2 ozs after drying got done and had the whole house smelling. Very impressed with the nose tone and taste of the Cherry Cola and its not even cured yet. Growing this plant has turned me on to the cherry terps and will continue to look for them.

I can see why this strain won an award, these are some good genetics. I have never grown cannabis until now and the yield was much larger than I expected for my first grow ever, exactly 50.8 grams from a single plant in a 5 gallon fabric pot. I started low stress training at three weeks and was able to get around 9 decent sized tops with minimal daily maintenance. The quality of the bud was resinous, semi dense, with many thick trichomes and large cloudy heads which made the potency quite strong. The buds formed in intriguing sticky stacks with many pistils, buds erupted from all sides and the color was a very dark purple covered with dark orange pistils, I enjoyed simply looking at its amazing structure. The scent was very pungent and sweet berry and almost soda like. The effects were indica and sativa hybrid with a dominant indica effect. It had a very relaxing effect with a strong head high and a calming couch lock effect which I enjoyed. Overall it was a fun experience to watch the plant grow and then harvest and indulge in its dankness, I will definitely be growing another fast-buds seed soon and the quality of the buds inspired my friend to grow some gorilla cookies :).

June 16th, 2022 - plant had some living soil amended into substrate, plant was fed on the 14th, defoliated a bit, extra support installed due to the punishing winds of the location. More Rain Heat and Humidity are scheduled. See where it goes… she looks Healthy

Grow room has a strong pungent smell, starting to flush 1/6 of the plants. They all have started to fill up, got lots of nice fat colas considering they auto flowers. Been defoliating a bit hear and there, where need be Happy to see i am on track for a descent size harvest. Would probably say I’ll harvest all in the next 2-3 weeks

Had a bit of a cat-tastrophy this week. I left my tent open to go and fill a bucket of water, came back and zipped it up. What I didn't know is that the cat got in. Not 5 minutes later I can hear all sorts of shit moving around so I came in to find I had zipped him and and he went bonkers and bent almost every branch on the Skunk. So I had to do emergency tie jobs, but I ended up losing 2 medium colas and 1 small one. Could have been much worse if the skrog net wasn't there to stop them from snapping. Injuries look like bent plastic straws, so I'm going to be watching her closely to see if she herms from that massive amount of stress. Some of the pics have cat hair in them, thank the little brat. Anyway, Skunk is a 45-50 day finisher so I'm going another week and then she gets the chop. Lots of microscope videos today and finally found an amoeba. Also something moving in an egg...what is it? That's at 400x so I think it's a nematode egg based on what I found online. If you look closely at the super zoomed in trichome shot, you can see the reflections of other trichomes...just fucking epic.👏 All the food stops now, too much in the soil for her to start senescence. Nothing but water and FFJ now. New pistils are still coming in so who knows, maybe she'll keep going a few more weeks.

Repoted them into 5 litre pots from pot noodle cups , pulling top fan leaves still . The side branches are catching up slowly.

Day 45 power is restored and we are back at it! I moved #2 under the viparspectra lights and lowered her down a bit from it.(she was either too hot or over watered. Either way this should help by dimming the light and encouraging roots to do there thang) I'm kinda embarrassed but I stunted #2 during transplant last week. She is finally starting to grow. I just over watered everybody during transplant. Day 46 nothing new to report. Theh are acclimated to the new pots, finally and are in cruise control. A personal observation, when I grow the rest of these seeds I'm not stopping or training. They're just too beautiful on their own! Day 48: Straight cruise control. I wanted to take so pics to show the pre sleep drop. They're above.😊 #1 is really growing. I expect they will be in flower shoes by week 9 and hope to flip on week 10 Day 49: tried to upload some pictures and videos today but the app wouldn't operate my camera 🤷‍♂️ oh well... I watered #1 today. She is officially in overdrive just growing fast!! (You get measurements tomorrow at the new week!) The good and bad of this week is #2. She definitely stunted during transplant. Probably from over watering during it. So to help promote root growth I topped her 4 main tops. And lowered her 3' from the Optic8+ It worked like a charm too!! All her leave are turning up praying again rather than being water logged and her new tops are bright green and growing! Bingo bango! Yellow Leaves. I am in Day 68. Give them 1 more week…. Then chop chop. Day 70: As night temperatures go down to 3 degree Celsius I had to reschedule. 1 NYC Sour D, 2 Royal Haze and 1 Royal Cookies have 90% milky trichomes. Only little amber trichomes. So I give them 72 hours of absolut darkness and will go for harvest. 1 NYC Sour D and 1 Royal Cookies moved from greenhouse to growtent. Trichomes look almost ready but I think 1 more week would help. Growtent definitely too small for 6 plants.
