Well it finally happened, the girls have outgrown the 4x4! Was mid week and was having a hard time keeping humidity below 65%. Thought of defoliating, but can't keep doing that weekly or it will shock them sooner than later. So I decided to move the front left plant to the 3x3 under the Photontek SQ300W, giving the girls in the 4x4 some much needed breathing room. Set about retraining the plants to maximise space in the big tent, and then flattened out the lonely girl in the 3x3. Crazy enough the 4x4 still looks full by end of week, and the one by itself is getting close to filling the 3x3! This could be a pretty big grow by the time we finish 🤞. Have the solo plant running on the older Autopot valves with 6mm hose, and already had one clogging issue. Seems really early on, in past would take 2-3 weeks so thinking maybe I didn't have the lines 100% clean to start. Either way easy fix just blow out the clog and flush the lines with a liter or so and back in business. Always remember to flush the on/off valve as well as the main valve in the tray. Otherwise raised the lights in 4x4 to their max height (5" from roof) and took all the slack out of the cables to keep them off the lights. Adjusted the ties on last day of the week, but things seem pretty set now in the big tent so will just be widening out the lone girl once she grows a bit more. I'm sure by end of week that tent will be packed as well!

Buenas noches familia, actualizamos la semana 3 de floración, y es que están increíbles nuestras gorillas girls, tienen un grosor de 7mm de tallo central, espectacular. Empezaron a formarse nuestras flores y es que ya tenemos muchas ganas de ver como se ponen estos ejemplares. El ph está controlado en 6,5 regamos cada 48h , todos los riegos llevan nutrientes. Es predominante sativa y tarda alrededor de 9 semanas.

So tomorrow will be day 1 of week 6. I have been out of town and not able to care for the girls like I usually do. So my PPM went a little higher than I usually have it. As you can see I have some nute burn going on. I dropped it down now and hopefully it should be smooth sailing from here. Girls are putting on some weight but really don't think I'll pull more then 3 oz per plant. All the buds are rock hard but a bit small. I do think that the quality is going to be above average. They are starting to pack on the crystals and crazy sticky. The smell at this stage is extremely strong. I had to hook my charcoal filter. My entire house was ranked when I came home from my trip. All in all these girls have been pretty easy to grow with the exception of one of the banner phenotypes. She really doesn't seem to like the higher PPM levels. But I have 1 Reservoir feeding all of them so she just has to make do LOL.

~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. Everything looks great to me except leafs look a little less green then first week. I will be fine tuning the nutrition for better NPK ratios, focusing on Nitrogen and Potassium more along with micronutrients. I hope I don't screw something up, wish me luck. D9. Noticed possible slight nutrition burning from very bottom leaf. After some research, now i believe it's Nitrogen deficiency. D10. Bottom leaves appear to be yellowing less. Will keep eye on it. Maybe leaf necrosis. D.12 10 minutes before light out. Add nutrition and topping. My thinking is that healing is better during off cycle. D.13 New growth, however lower leaves look like there is a little magnesium deficiency. Will be adjusting nutrition next feeding.

------------------------- | BLUEBERRY HARVEST | ------------------------- After two sunny days it is harvest time !! - Finally, 16 days of flush - At first thought, the trimming would be easier compared to my previous plants, but when removing more leaves, more buds appearing too hahaha so it took like 4 hours or more..It is not the most accuurate trimming but i had not much time that day, i removed all the leaves and branches after weighting it all.. Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. Maybe, this is the last year with this awesome climate, because im planning to leave Spain.. Thank you for follow and check !!! Soooo, nach langem Warten (ich bitte um Entschuldigung, es kam immer irgendwas dazwischen), nun die Ernte! Nachdem ich jetzt alle Sorten verkostet habe, kann ich euch nun mein Fazit präsentieren. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis, muss aber auch gestehen, dass ich bei der ein oder anderen Strain doch etwas mehr erwartet habe. Bei den nun folgenden Bewertungen möchte ich noch anmerken, dass sich diese rein auf den Outdoor-Anbau der jeweiligen Sorte und nur auf den einen bekannten Phäno beziehen. Man kann grundlegend behaupten, dass sich alle Sorten doch sehr solide geschlagen haben, und das bei diesem … naja, sagen wir mal wechselhaften Sommer. Allerdings merke ich einfach, dass sie lange nicht ihr volles Potenzial ausgeschöpft hatten, was ich immer etwas schade finde. Ich bin trotzdem froh, dieses Projekt durchgezogen zu haben, und gehe mit reichlich neuen Erkenntnissen sowie einem abwechslungsreichen Stash in die besinnliche Zeit. Was hat mich grundlegend bei den meisten Sorten gestört? Bei fast allen Sorten, mit Ausnahme der Hella Jelly und der Lemon Tree (wer hätt's gedacht), waren die Terps doch sehr flüchtig. Im Vape kamen sie wirklich gut zur Geltung, wenn man sie allerdings im Joint (pur, versteht sich) geraucht hatte, haben sie oft nach den ersten Zügen an Präsenz verloren, was wirklich schade ist. Dies ist aber wahrscheinlich auf die Anbaubedingungen zurückzuführen und soll den Breedern keinesfalls ihre Qualität absprechen. Wie schon in einem vorigen Kommentar erwähnt, haben sie einfach nicht ihr volles genetisches Potenzial erreichen können. Ich bin mir des Weiteren auch nicht sicher, ob ich beim nächsten Mal wieder auf die Dryferm-Bags setzen werde. Es war doch ein ziemliches Gefummel, bis man die Blüten ohne Kontakt zueinander in die Beutel verfrachtet hatte. Außerdem hat es meiner Meinung nach die Trocknungszeit eher verkürzt, obwohl ich mich an die Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsrange gehalten hatte, was ich auch nicht unbedingt begrüße. Und zu guter Letzt sind sie auch echt nicht billig, wenn man bedenkt, dass ich pro Pflanze teilweise über 4 Beutel benötigt hatte (pro 3 Stk. ca. 25 Euro) und sie laut Hersteller nur dreimal verwendet werden sollten. Das ist doch auf Dauer ein ganz schönes Investment. Aber das sind nur meine 2 Cent zu dem Thema :). Nach und nach sollten jetzt hier die Erntereports eintrudeln. Ich hoffe, ich schaffe alles heute. Falls nein, seht es mir bitte nach. Falls ihr noch spezifische Fragen zu einer Sorte habt, lasst es mich einfach wissen, dann bekommt ihr noch eine ausführlichere Beschreibung. PS: Die Filmore-Slim musste ich leider fast komplett entsorgen. Sie hatte die festesten Blüten, die ich je bei einer Outdoorpflanze gesehen habe, was ihr leider zum Verhängnis geworden ist (durchgeschimmelt). Von ihr hatte ich leider keine rauchbaren Blüten. Von der Optik war sie auf jeden Fall ein Champion! Ich habe von allen Sorten Fresh Frozen in der Gefriertruhe, die ich in der kommenden Zeit wachsen möchte (auch von der Filmore Slim). Also kann ich sie hoffentlich als Konzentrat verkosten. Das soll es gewesen sein. Ich wünsche euch viel Spaß mit den folgenden Ernteberichten und eine ruhige, besinnliche Weihnachtszeit mit euren Liebsten! Listen, when things are going great it feels weird! I'm following my feed chart and watching these beauties unfold! They are starting to smell rich and sparkles are starting to show!!!! I always fret over my babies but really they seem to be killing the game right now! Stay tuned....... On a side note i'm enjoying the hell outta learning to edit pics in adobe illustrator!!! __________________________________________________________________ Bit too much Nitrogen and they want MORE cal-mag! A grow gone right is a site to behold!!!!! I look upon my ladies with giddy glee!!! only problem is i'm a bit outta space in the canopy, but thats the best problem to have!!!! This girl grew up to be 77 days old. She grew short and without training, focused most of her energy to her main top cola. Even with the cheap Chinese leds shes got dense and really does pack a punch with a strong aroma and flavor. I'm thinking I should probably get more of these beans while they're are still available because she could easily be end up being added to the favorites list. I'll probably put a few nugs away for a long term cure. She was a pleasure to grow.

Sono un po’ in ritardo ma posso già commentare questi boccioli di Gorilla Cookies FF perché sono già stati trimmati e puliti per essere curati in barattoli di vetro. Non ho avuto particolari problemi nel crescere queste ragazze, l’unica cosa che purtroppo non ho potuto mantenere sotto controllo era la temperatura che nelle ultime settimane era arrivata quasi a 30ºC :-/ e questo non è stato di aiuto alle piante a cui ovviamente non piace stare sotto queste temperature di continuo…nonostante questo e alla poca compattezza dei fiori sono super contento del gusto e dell’odore che ricordano tanto i terpeni della Calypso Sun Rock di Anesia Seeds, sarà che ho trovato un fenotipo che condivideva gli stessi geni con cui sono imparentate entrambe! Inoltre è stata la prima volta che ho avuto il piacere di utilizzare il super soil di Dogma Organics che sicuramente ha esaltato al massimo le particolarità della pianta e confermo che la differenza si sente, le piante crescono a meraviglia con struttura solida e zero carenze di nessun tipo se si usa con giuste quantità e tempi sia il top dress che le giuste quantità di acqua che dovrebbe sempre essere la cosa più importante dove bisogna imparare a capire i bisogni in base allo stadio di crescita…in più ho condiviso alcune foto del mio giardino di quest’anno :)) Fast Buds super consigliato genetiche ottime e selezioni veramente interessanti

Well she keeps chugging right along and definitely got fatter with still a lot of white hairs and clear trichomes. She still feels fluffy to me so i’m Hoping she continues to add weight. I really don’t want her going past week 16 but she’s the boss around here. No feed this week. She’s still drinking A LOT which is a good sign. She’s got that 3 leaf mutation going on.

Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/23- Week three from seed and the second week of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she's doing surprisingly well considering the crappy weather, and being eaten like a salad by slugs and a rabbit! 5/25- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around her seems to have lessened the attacks on her leaves. I've also been spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap that I'm sure has helped as well. I watered the Papaya Sherbet today via garden hose and began to train her branches a bit as well. 5/27- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet continues to do exceptionally well with great color and vigor, putting out new growth it seems daily. 5/29- There's three weeks on the books for this little lady and I'm looking forward to see what she'll look like in the coming weeks! I will have to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days. I haven't added any dry amendments to her since I initially amended her soil and she's a hungry girl...
