Another week down and I think its time to move the camera up a bit. Getting hard to keep them both in that dumpy camera's optics. At some point I'm doing to invest in some decent glass for these videos. The plants seem to be rocking along fine after their initial topping. Did some light defoliating here and there but I'll pretty much leave them alone from this point on. I might do a bit more training but honestly I'm not after a perfect canopy.

First week of flower has been great! They’re stretching very nicely, I backed the nutrients down a little bit this week because I saw some leafs curling in when adding some bloom nutrients. But all is well. My critical +2.0 in soil is growing very well and keeping up with the canopy, the Alaskan Purple isn’t quite stretching as much.

Day 64 the queens got some fertilizer 💪😃👍

Just cruising at this point. Got them all on the same moisture level again. Slight infestation with gnats, but nothing to worry about at this stage. Will start giving a bit less water soon and have a big last defol in a week or so. They got their mix of mycos, trichs, bacteria and molasses again, seem to love it. Slight discoloration on the top OGT buds, but they're the tallest and receive 1100 ppfd, so I won't adjust anything.

Day 47 ( day 10 flowering) Holy moly these ladies are a fast strain. They are well ahead in terms of flowering development with all three of them showing their black and white buds off so well. They are very aesthetically worthy of growing out so fat and I cannot wait to see the finished girls. #1 is by far the biggest overall as it the case with all the LOS pots. The soil is 100% and I dont see me changing this medium for the forseeable future. Her growth has been steady to this point and is clearly focused on her buds now. she is nicely spread out in her pot with lots of space below for air movement. #2 is still looking slightly pale and my decision to not top or train her could have paid off as she is keeping good pace with her LOS sister for canopy height at least. the paling is getting less now and she has some great looking branching and budding happening. #3 Is the little girl of this family and is building buds all over her frame now. she has been trained a little but it has kept her very low and stout. Overall they are blowing me away bit the ecothrive is a clear leader for me here.

Brutal nuggets, you can see those diamonds shining, very compact, sticky, full of trichomes and a beautiful fragrance, I've enjoyed this strain so much guys, very special, I can recommend this strain if you want top quality fast!

These are clones that I managed to take from my summer garden that became a disaster due to a heat wave that we had breaking 100 year records. I expect everything to be 48” in height at maturity.

9/27 - start day 43 - So, the other day, I tried running the thing sealed at 1100-1500 ppm and temps got to 95 with RH at 75% and the walls were straight sweating nuts....dripping...puddles.... that tiny dehumidifier wasn't doing jack. Since, I have managed to tap into the central ac with some makeshift ducting, which now supplies my spot with a nice cool, dry breeze every so often. With this, I have managed to maintain a temp of 88-91 with a RH of 37-50% at 750-950 ppm. I can keep the 750-950 ppm with a flow rate of about 1 cfh, which only goes off roughly 10 minutes every hour. probably will try it and run the temps a little high. ya, can't seem to stay consistent. i swear, it'll stay at that ppm after it all leaks out and the surrounding room is sitting at the same ppm maybe, lol … should probably drop temps and the co2, but hey, might as well gas em out while its there …. hey, maybe they'll return the favor and gas me out after harvest😁 that little square light looks like it should be lighting a lizards cage or some shit …. I swear the thing probably only pulls 30 watts, if im lucky. It didn't come with a book or directions or any type of specifications.... said 3000 watts,....id give it 30. If that's the case, im banking on the other 2 lights to cover that little red spot. Oh, and those little side lighting things suck. the stupid remote/timer thing is ….. garbage timer thing 9/28 - 44 - I tossed a HID in there for a bit for the hell of it....I really wasn't digging the "reptile light", but its still in there. I went ahead and tossed a window ac unit in my "window". it was again TOO warm with the HID cooltube and all. Was hangin around 94-97 degrees!!!! ac there, now I need to make some makeshift ductingand vent the ac exhaust outside

So if you haven’t noticed before, you probably see it now. LOTS of tied up branches. I was not prepared for how much weight management I was going to have to do lol. Granted, this plant is a whole lot bigger than the lil 2x2 tent plants I’m used to. I don’t typically have to worry about weight at all. Either way, it’ll all workout. Just means it was more tedious work and my hands had to get a bit stickier. Next summer I’ll come up with an actual plant to manage weight. Very interesting how this one is flowering, she is staying low and fat stems with small chunky buds in the making, lots of trichomes on fan leaves and Calyxes will be fat and in a circular fashion exactly like a ball, or a flower like a rose. She is very healthy and resistant to stress but on the low side she does not smell much and this surprise me due to her look but maybe terpenes will develop later hopefully! Just water this week, decided to water from the bottom, not from the top, I am hoping this will reduce chance of overwatering....

Disclaimer: This plant is very beautiful but if you want to see a spectacular all black one go to the previous week, I took a lot of photos and separated the crops. Our second Black Diamond has given us a color between dark and purple, very beautiful also this one with shades that go from yellow to bright violet and a wonderful trichome park here too. Excellent taste between sweet and a strong smell of Arabica coffee, truly fantastic, my favorite smell in cannabis, if I smell coffee I go crazy. ** Remember that for all the varieties we have at least two plants, one left to grow straight and one worked with the techniques. Today we talk about the plant worked in topping x16 buds, as already said a beautiful straight plant is published in the last week. Technique used // In this case we let the plant grow up to the 3rd internode and then we did the first topping. Below are 3 more toppings repeated without doing anything else until we get to 16 buds. Man, that Skunk Apple runtz plant is giving me some trouble. It's still really small and hasn't grown much at all. I think I might've messed up a little because the leaves are looking kinda rough. Hopefully it can bounce back. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.
