day 71 she is putting on weight even with all the burned leaves I believe Jeff123fish is right about the soil being toxic - the run off had about 1000ppms but the pH was good and I think the light distance was a little close and just accelerated the already damaged leaves. I flushed and raised the lights some. She smells like skittles and I think she will pull thru just fine.

Update: Took less than 3 days for all 3 seeds to pop. They’re all looking good, standing tall. Couple shells stuck to cotyledon leaves. I’m just going to leave them there. In the past my OCD has wanted them off and I’ve F’d up the leaf. I’m going to leave them covered with the cups until tomorrow, hopefully true leaves will be starting then. I got an email from FastBuds and it showed their suggested feed schedule so I’ll try that and see how they like it. Hi Growers. The sponsored FastBuds Auto seeds have arrived!!!! I decided to run the Pineapple Express and the Blue Dream. According to the grow info on the website they seemed to be in the same size and duration range. It should also give me a wider variety of effect as well. I planted 3 seeds of each strain directly in 3 gal fabric pots of new Sunshine #4 mix and lightly watered with RO water. They’ll be lit by a Spider Farmer SF4000 which is on 24 hrs at the moment at 30% around 30 inches high. I have enjoyed the FastBuds seeds I’ve grown before and was very happy to receive this sponsorship. It was very kind. Thank you. I have always wanted to grow the Pineapple Express and am glad to have this opportunity. 👍🏻👍🏻 Anything with Blueberry genetics has always been good for my GI disorder and Blue Dream specifically has always worked well for that. My wife finds it’s great for her PTSD and anxiety too. I’ll be happy to have a bunch of bud from these two around fairly soon. Happy Growing 🌱

Day 36: Week 6 off to a start. Everything is looking good. Watered with nutrients(1ml SR, 4ml B). Only had 2ltrs ready and got no run off with this amount. Clipped off 5 or 6 of the lowest leaves that weren’t getting light. Day 37: Watered again tonight as the soil felt dry. Same dose of nutrients as last night. Took 3ltrs before I had sufficient run off, she’s a thirsty one. Removed all ties for the moment bar the tie holding the main stem down but I did loosen this a bit. The plant is very wide so I want the branches to move in a bit as the grow up. Day 38: I had to clip off a good few leaves. I know defoliation is a bad idea at this stage but the plant is very bushy and I’m finding damp patches on leaves. Day 39: I put my hand on the pot tonight and I couldn’t believe how light it was. After taking 3ltrs only two nights ago, it took 4ltrs tonight. Watered with nutrients (1ml SR, 4ml B). Day 41: Watered with nutrients (1ml SR, 4ml B). Still clipping one or two leaves each night because it’s so crowded in there. Plant looks very healthy. Day 42: Six weeks old, where has the time gone. I remember it when it was just a seed. 😀. Plant grew 16cm this week.

They get topped again day 42, going to try and leave top two nodes per top instead of just 1, so each will go from 2-8 instead of 2-4, if they underdevelop I'll trim them off later. I think they'll be just fine though, saving any branches that reach out from primaries and lowers to make some.nice clones, so don't cut those yet, we will cut clones when we strip for flower.

Hey there, fellow plant enthusiasts! It’s time for another exciting update on our magnificent P.C.R.s as they journey through their second week of flowering. Buckle up, because things are getting wild in the grow room! Our P.C.R.s are on a growth spurt like no other! They're reaching for the stars and filling up the entire room with their lush foliage and budding flowers. It's like a jungle in here, and I’m loving every minute of it! The energy in the room is electric, and you can practically feel the excitement buzzing in the air. With all this growth, our grow room is bursting at the seams! These plants are not messing around—they’re taking up every inch of space and demanding attention. It's like they're saying, "Look at us, we're the stars of the show!" And let me tell you, they're stealing the spotlight with their beauty and vigor. As we approach day 21, the anticipation for defoliation is real. But our P.C.R.s have other plans—they're playing hard to get! Despite their reluctance, I’m keeping a close eye on them and patiently waiting for the perfect moment to give them a little trim. After all, a little pruning goes a long way in ensuring optimal light penetration and airflow, leading to healthier and happier plants. Defoliation is like a mini makeover for our plants—it removes excess foliage, allowing more light to reach the lower buds and promoting better airflow throughout the canopy. This not only improves bud development but also reduces the risk of mold and pests. It's like giving our P.C.R.s a spa day—they come out looking refreshed and rejuvenated! Week 2 of flowering has been nothing short of exhilarating! Our P.C.R.s are growing like champs, filling the room with their vibrant energy and undeniable charm. While we wait for the perfect defoliation moment, we'll continue to shower them with love and attention, nurturing them every step of the way. Shout Outs A big shout out to @aptusholland for their incredible products that keep our plants thriving. And to the amazing community at Grow Diaries and all our followers, your support and enthusiasm fuel our passion for growing. Let's keep the green revolution going strong! Until next time, happy growing, and may your gardens be abundant and bountiful! This is a very interesting week! After mainlining, I transplanted the lady into a 3L AirPot, adding 3 spoons of Mykos by Xtreme Gardening, 45g of BioMagno Algae and 5g of BioMagno Neem Flour. I uploaded a time-lapse video that shows the process. Then I fed her with the nutes you see above this comment, in 1L of water (actually, 750ml would be better). I hope you liked this week content! Day 28 (May 7, 2019): 0.5L of tap water with Activator @ 0.5ml/L and Rizostimo @ 1ml/L.

So it has come to an end of the 5th week of flowering . In this week i changed my reservoir for the first time. I spend more time monitoring the change of the reservoir and found out that the ppm of it was higher than the initial value. When i premix the solution it was around 850ppm but when i added it to the medium within 2 days it jumped to 1300-1400 . That caused a slight nutes burn but it was very mild. The other thing i found out is that the ph tends to become lower when it is added to the medium , i found some deficiencies on the leaves and i knew immediately that my ph was messed up. There are three things that i don’t really understand what i did wrong . 1.The size of the buds , since it is the end of week 5 into flowering . The buds seems underdeveloped compared to others. 2. I can’t see any trichomes clearly yet (very few) 3.why do i have a lot of sugar leaves and lots of small buds instead of few big buds. 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

Outdoors........time passes slowly.... Tropical weather here, this week. Hot morning, evening storms , cooler nights, high humidity, wind. What else? No problems to report, fantastic grow, girls full of life. Lots of work to bend and rearrange plant's shape every day, sometimes twice a day. Defoliation. Plant is responding fantastically. Pineapple Kush is a monster, she has almost 20 big branches, every single branch is big as an indoor plant. I've growth 30 strains in my life but I never seen a plant with a such LTS attitude. You bend her, she responds quickly, you bend her again? She responds faster. Little bit late on flowering.

Harvested the Lung Busters on day 64. Was seeing about 5% amber on all plants, which is what I personally prefer. Looking like this will be a great harvest! These branches were chunky, and especially LB#2 was suuuper stacked with nodes. Super excited for the trim jail on these and the Miami Mamis. Will post more pics of both strains when I trim! Will also have dry weight numbers when I trim. I don't usually weigh my plants wet.

Loved it all from the start! Could see from the rqs pot it thrived and the organic nutrients made it so much more alive! I mean I had little effort in her just had to water and add boost and I did that every fortnight! I’m so for organic now may try a one part solution next! Glad of the weights had so many nice dense buds on her and the initial taste was sweet and fruity and that’s before a full cure! Royal queen seeds deserve there place on the map 1 million percent

Update 2/4 (day 25): * Turned the lights back up to 100%. The top of the canopy is getting 50K Lux and they seem to be enjoying it. * Very small signs of flowering in the two smaller plants. Nothing yet from Pineapple Express #1, which was surprising since it's older. * Trimming bigger fan leaves to leave a clear top and bottom to the canopy. * Trying to train the colas to an even distribution and without getting too close to the sides. I am going all in on fewer-but-larger colas to try to boost the harvest. I hope I don't learn a hard lesson by not letting side branching to occur but want to give it a shot.

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Your likes and comments are appreciated. Thanks for stopping by. Growers love 💚🌿 💫Natrona💫
