Was a Pleasant experience growing this plant and I would highly recommend for her ease and fast growth for a Indica, Still have more seeds from expert seeds of Banana Ice cream and I am going to grow her next... Ended up with 63 grams from one plant..

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and all is still going good. Temps here have finally started to cool a bit so I’m able to keep the temp in the tent at a range I like, 78-81. Just waiting for her to really start putting on some weight on most of her bud sites. Still looking at a month or so for harvest, at least. Day 72 - Nothing new to update today, thought she was gonna be ready for some water today but not quite dry yet. Just removed a couple lower dying leaves and tucked everything else. Day 73 - She was pretty dehydrated today so she got 2 gallons of plain pH’d water and she’s loving it. I believe next feeding she’ll be ready for nutes again. Some of the colas look like she’s finishing up and the rest have a ways to go but trichs are still clear so she’ll go until I get 40-50% amber, like I like. Day 74 - Nothing much new today, just took her out to remove any dead leaves and the bottom and get some updated pictures for the day. Day 75 - All looking good and she may not end up being having really fat buds because the trichs are turning milky pretty quick so I’m looking at probably two weeks left so next watering I’m going to be going by the technaflora feed chart and give her 40ml sugardaddy and 2.5ml Magicali the first week and plain pH’d water the final week and see how she does. If she still needs more time, I’ll continue the 2 week regiment until she’s finished up. My goal is to get her to 40-50% amber. Day 76 - Nothing to update today other than she’s gonna get some plain pH’d water tomorrow to start flushing out some of the nutes then she’ll get a feeding of magicali and sugardaddy. Supposedly supposed to increase the flavor and bulk up the last couple weeks. Day 77 - The end of week and 11 and the smell coming from this girl is amazing and strong. I don’t think she’s got too much longer to go so I’m starting the flush. Today I gave her 2 gallons of water with Magicali and Sugardaddy and will probably get straight water from here on out with maybe one more dose of the Magicali and Sugardaddy. She was pretty droopy todat from being low on water so hopefully she’ll perk up after the watering.

At the end of week 3 I topped one of the strawberry cough they are all looking good and starting to veg I’m all caught up with the grow diary’s and will add at the end of every week. I’m in Australia and did start a little late into the season but hope to get a decent grow in they will be at my brothers once transplanted and he has a few aswel that I will add into the grow log nothing but sun and water only use a little thrive that’s from Bunnings that I get from my pops shed. They will be in a nicer cleaner soil when transplanted into veggie beds and will have chicken poo as a nutrient source first time ever using chicken poo so see how it goes. Will keep the grow log updated and hopefully everything goes all well for the travel and transplant for the plants in the next few days

This week the humidity and temperature are better now than last week. We flushed and the water at pH 6.6. The flowers have also gained weight and the trichomes are becoming cloudy and it is already possible to find some amber. In the mornings we are trying to let her receive sunlight every day.

Starting to bud up ok. Tied the branches to open up the plant & removed quite a few leaves that were being eaten up . I really like the structure of the plant, not to bushy. Ran some Clearex to flush the salts from the Pro-Mix. The terpenes have a nice pepper/spices profile. Started Big bud this week.

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

November 6, 2021 They are both still going. The Blackberry is starting to foxtail. I still don't see any amber trichomes and I have not seen the calyx's swell yet. These plants have 2 more weeks max. As soon as the photos are ready to flip to flower, I'm harvesting these autos - ready or not.

Last day on veg stage, today I will do some pruning and switch them to flower finally :)

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. It was a great harvest actually the best harvest with a flower autofloeering plants i got a new hood and started using aptus and shit went wildstyle.. :) im really satisfied with the outcome... four different plants but every one is special and leafy (lol) but one was 160 , second 165 , 119 and 60 (the smallest )

I've been away for a week, leaving my tent in the care of a friend. Coming back I was surprised to see how much bud growth has occurred, as you can see colas are really starting to stack up, and trichromes are already appearing. Pineapple Express is growing as amazingly as ehs always seems to, and this time around there's certainly a lot more of her to be seen. At only three weeks into flowering, there seems to be a lot of potential for the weeks to come. I spent 2 hours trimming leaves today, mainly in spots where they were rubbing against other colas, and there's a good amount of space for each branch so far. Really excited to see what develops. No me pude estar de hacer una nueva poda de bajos, tercer y cuarto nudo a todas. Sigo batallando contra la araña roja :-( No hay manera de deshacerme de ella al 100% y cuando me sube un poco las temperaturas vuelven a salir. También podria haber ayudado porque programé mal el temporizador del ventilador hace un par de dias y estubo parado por la noche y coincidió también durante unas horitas mientras aun estaba encendido el ATS. , esas horas la temp habria subido hasta los 29 -30ªC. Volví a aplicarles otra con Solabiol por segunda vez, por arriba y por el en envés de las hojas , todo bién mojado. Como se puede ver en alguna fofto del seguimiento, en la semana 7 por ejemplo, antes tenia un tablón de madera con muchos abujeros para facilitar que suba el calorcito de los calefactores pero no las tenia todas al ser madera, me temo que al ser madera era más difícil de desinfectar bién el armario y obté por poner unos soportes elevadores metálicos con sus abujeritos. Creo que empiezo a estar enamorado del ATSPro , deberia esperar a que termine la flora para no tirar cohetes si pero por lo que voy viendo me está ganado mucho. Llevaba tiempo cultivando con COBs , anteriormente con LEC y anteriormente al LEC con PHS y esto es en diferencia lo más cómodo y que mejor reparte la luz y por lo que voy observando una mejor o mayor penetración lumíca , creo que esta iluminaria me permitirá que los cogollos arranquen de más abajo. toquemos madera. Esta semana empecé con el Delta 9 en el riego, las veces anteriores habian sido via foliar. terminada la semana creo que ya podemos asegurar que variedad es más vigorosa y cual predomina más el feno índico. Como puede observarse las Animal cokies ganan en altura con una distancia internudal mayor. Las OgKush todo al contrario, bajitas y una distancia internudal menor. Por lo que hace a la altura de las plantas las OGK rondarian entre los 70 ctms y las más altas que vendrian a ser la Animal C unos 90ctms. áprox.
