Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. I started flushing yesterday. With this heat around here they were fairly dry and took a lot of water but there was 5 gallons of run off water in the barrel when I was done flushing. A few days ago I picked all the dead and crumpled leaves off. there was a 1/2 bucket when I was done. Plant's #3 and # 1 are finished and could be cut down now but I will flush for 2 weeks more. Plants #2 and #4 will be finished soon. Plant #5 is the only plant that will be ready at 10 weeks. I took some Taster/Tester clippings yesterday. They will be able to tell me which clones I will want to keep and which can go. I'll talk about me for a bit. At the end of my Purple Paralysis diary I had a swollen tonsil removed and it was sent away to be tested. The test said it was cancerous and the tumor was right up to the edge of the cut so they (the cancer doctors) want to cut more of the area around where the tonsil was and give me radiation to kill the cancer virus. The thing is, I've had 3 tests done: a CAT scan. The one they inject you with radio active isotopes that stick to the cancer and the magnetic imaging test. All tests have showen No Cancer in the upper part of my body. I'm over 60 now and have read about this guy helping people with cancer and said to myself if I ever get cancer I'll try this Rick Simpson Protocol. So I'm on my 2nd batch of RSO. The doctors don't think the cannabis oil will work and still want me to have surgery and radiation but I'm holding my ground and have told them, you get the same rules as I give the dentist. If you can't show me on a test or x-ray what the problem or cavity is I'm not going to let you do anything. With faith and hope I'm putting my life into the cannabis oil treatment. The doctors will see me every 3 months and check my neck for lumps and put a camera down my nose and throat hoping to see something they can cut out and make some big medical bucks (You know the comic The doctor says to the nurse "This will pay for my kids braces") They will consider the cancer dead after 5 years. Seems all good. Not using any growth technique, just letting the bushes to take form (yield not the biggest objective here). Also not adding nutrients as so far the growth is ok. Added a dehumidifier as the grow room was mad humid. Now stabilizing to 50% RH. Looking forward for the auto to starting flower so I can enjoy some nice high in a 4 weeks!

The girls have been very busy making golf balls this week! The cookies are also starting to frost up 🤗 At the beginning of the week there was not much to do, the girls had stopped stretching and were settled in. In my 2x4 tent, all I had to do was tuck fold the leaves to open up the bud sites. I basically did the same for my big tent. Simply moved some leaves from blocking sites, and plucked just a few that were rather large. They are still needing to be watered every 72 hours or so. I have been keeping to a feed, water, feed schedule now that we are into flower. I just started to notice that some of the tops are showing some nutrient burn, just a little, and not every plant. This tells me I have hit their limit with the nutrients, somewhere between 700 and 750 ppm. The last watering I did, I watered to about 10% runoff, trying to make sure that there are no salt or mineral buildup that can cause lockout or other issues. At the end of the week, day 21, I defoliated both tents, not too much, but enough to open up the bottom growth a bit. Also tidied up the lower portion below the trellis, as this just wastes energy and yield from the main colas in the long run. No real issues or problems so far, Happy Gardening Folks! 🇨🇦👊❤️😎💨

My girls are doing fabulous in their new tent. I'm so excited about this grow, man... 6/20: So I topped GDP2... she's just entering her 4th week. She's growing so much faster than GDP1 and BK at this point. I was having watering issues during this point with them 2. I'm thinking I am just going to top 2 more times and not LST. Honestly I just don't feel like adding another LST lololol 😅😆😆 6/23: So I learned that I accidentally fimmed Lil GDP2 when attempting to top. Had my question answered pretty quickly and he was very helpful. So instead of creating 2 new colas, looks like I created 3... #winning 😊😊 It's only been 3 days since I topped GDP2 and her 3 additional colas are already growing in really well.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Mazar has a unique design that has us in awe, this is definitely a rare looking plant with features that remind us of strains that grow in far away lands. Our only upset with this girl is the powdery mildew that has started to set in, this is disappointing at this stage because we prefer not to use any type of spray. We used tap water with a ph above 9 to see if that would help, regardless this is a sign that she may not be the best strain for outdoors in our climate. Epsom salts have been added to our rain barrel once a week and Mazar has had a few dustings of coffee grounds added to her soil bed. Either way we appreciate her beauty and hope she can stay free of the rot as the bud thickens and the cooler air sets in.

#43 clones are maturing too fast I feel. Especially that a mother is ripening normally. I would guess it’s because of poor rooting. It’s the only difference. I keep runoff at around 3 max. Around week 5 the runoff ph started to drop below 6. Even towards 5.5. Both in rockwool and coco.

6cm vertical growth this week. She's doing well.

BERRY BOMB AUTO (Bomb Seeds) x2 42 days from sprout. BERRY BOMB (A) : 57.9 cm, has shown some nice growth in height and has developed three main branches, and so I've been calling her the hydra. BERRY BOMB (B) : 77.7 cm, had a massive growth spurt (for my tent size at least) and is also maturing much quicker than the rest of the plants in the tent. I'm thinking I maybe should have topped her as well. She is also the first to smell of berries (lightly so far).

Final stretch, let’s hope I can figure out when to harvest at max potency.

This week I tried to let them go, only did some gnat hunting with the vacuum to keep populations down. Sunshine found a great way to hold the plant down with some thrift store Christmas light fixtures. At the end of this week, I tied the remaining upward stalks down and away. The final bits of training before we can hopefully go towards flowering coming week. I did some foliar feeding also to help the soil dry out a bit, also to fight the gnats. Maybe overdid it a bit with a few yellow points on the leaves. On to flowering!!

11/10 - Over this last week the ladies have consumed a significant amount of nutrients in addition to the water they drank. After 4-5 days ppms measured 580 and pH 6.7. Added full strength nutes to top off (not half-strength like normal). This brought the res to 715ppm and 6.2pH. Removed a couple older fan leaves that weren't getting good light. Plant is maintaining 6" height with wire ScrOG. She has started to show her bud sites and I expect a fairly healthy stretch due to her ~90+ day timeline. This should allow plenty of tucking under the ScrOG to allow light to the inner bud-sites and increase overall yield vs previous grows. Welcome to 📅 Day 1 of veg 3/15/2021 as you can see the seedling has grown a lot she had a 1 inch root sticking out the bottom already so I know the root starter was working. If you look close you can see she has her first true leaves and that's when I say day 1 of veg has started. I will do the video tomorrow germination under the mars hydro TS 1000 was a dream the dimming gives it a hand up over my Aglex light. I am growing the plants side by side this one is under the TS 1000 and the other will be under the Aglex 1200 to see how they compare. I have high hopes for the TS 1000 🌱🌱🌱 Update 📅 Day 3 of veg 3/17/2021: she is coming along very nicely her first true leaves are getting very large. I have the TS 1000 putting out 13253 lux. I'm top feeding her for about the first 2 weeks so the roots get down in the soil far enough for the auto-pot to do its job Update 📅 Day 6 of veg 3/20/2021 she is growing fast and strong under the TS 1000 the second set of leaves has started and progress is great I adjusted the lux down a bit
