Started a little training, cut down the older fan leaves and topped up. I’m adding a tiny bit of root stimulator cause changed the pot size last week so it will to promote a faster growth. Gotta keep this lady low cause the box is quite small. So excited 😆

Responded nicely to topping & LST making her a much stronger girl. Developing a good structure with tight internode spaces she was a real plus in the garden. I'm really looking forward to dropping these beans again. 🍂♨️💨🍂♨️💨🍂♨️💨🍂♨️💨🍂♨️💨🍂 Big old bright green nugs that are coated with plenty of milky-bulbous trichomes. Sweet and earthy aromas are louder than the usual. Her flowers can stink up any space if not completely sealed up. Pleased with this "Fast" Bruce Banner's outcome. As are others who've been lucky enough to have tested her out already. Yet another great show from Canuk Seeds. Thanks to all the dudes and dude'etts who've kept up with this grow to harvest. 12/12/2022: Getting close to the end. The Strawberry Gushers has turned completely purple. She may have a week or so to go. Just waiting for a bit more amber tricomes before I chop her. The Orange Bubblegum and Newberry are fading more every day, but they still have a couple more weeks. Just when I thought I got the fungas gnats under control more must have hatched. They are mainly concentrated in the Strawberry Gushers pot, so I threw in a new sticky trap and did a little watering with some mosquito bit tea. About 1/3 liter each. Just enough to get the first inch or two of soil wet. One lesson learned from this grow is start treating for pest issues when you first see them, instead of waiting for them to get bad like I did. Also, plan to implement or stricter IPM strategy next round. 12/15/2022: The Strawberry Gushers is just about done. Tricomes are about 20% amber, so she will be getting the chop this weekend. The Orange Bubblegum and Newberry still need more time, so I gave them a good watering today. They each got 1.5 liters of water at 6.6 ph, with ThermX-70, coconut powder, FishShit, and about 1 liter of mosquito bit tea for the gnats. 12/18/2022: only watered the Orange Bubblegum and Newberry today. They are both fading hard, but i think I'll give them another week or two before chopping. Gave each about 1.5 liters mixed with ThermX-70, FishShit, and mosquito bits. Still can't get these fungas gnats 100% under control, but keeping it at a manageable population at least. The Strawberry Gushers is getting chopped tomorrow, so she didn't get any water. Was originally planning to chop it today, but still need to get my drying space dialed in. Trying to get as close to 60° with 60% RH. Avg. VPD:1.6 PPFD: 600 DLI: 39

The ladies are growing fine and faster. Fertigating till run-off. Light increased at 50%

They’re all hitting their stride in terms of flower. Chemdawg easily the most impressive bud development/size wise, but Bubba is massive and has a TON of bud sites. No leaf discolouration at all so I’m guessing the ladies have switched to flower smoothly with the right amount of food in the soil. I top dressed with Gaia Bloom to give them a little extra for the next few weeks as they push forward. Crazy to believe Bubba might only have 25 days left which means I don’t know if she’ll get fed anything other than water from here on out

Nice colour, she liked the nutrients, was increasing in vigorousity all week long.. Perfect moment to test some Topping and later LST :)

The ethos put on a lot of stretch this week. The viparspectra xs2000 is doing a great job. Running cool and keeping the plants happy. Everyone is popping pistils. Excited to see what kind of variety comes out of this gutter!

I'm just excited to get my harvest on here! I believe this will be my biggest of the 3 plants. I have it all mostly trimmed. I will dry trim a bit later and weigh. I will try it once it's dry, though it is tempting to smoke a bowl of the hash fur I pulled off everything with tweezers. More photos and a review of Platinum Purple to come. Dry in peace, my little buds! Dried in brown paper bags after a half assed wet trim. Dry trimmed after stems snapped and put into a canning jar to cure. Vaped trimmings with popcorn nug. Biggest mistakes of this grow: Not vegging longer Not using a PPM meter and using extremely hard tap water Not starting from seed Not keeping the space cleaner (fur & bugs) Not using individual trellises Not using ventilation besides fans Not using enough fans Best lessons learned: I loved growing weed. Being on this site in a supportive community made it especially fun. Small yeild but when you consider I pay 30-60/8th at the pot store and that this was my first grow and I feel lucky to have made it to harvest , getting a half oz out of one plant is more than fine by me.

Pheno 1: strong natural tart cherries with a slight candy Pheno 2: loud cherry candy Pheno 3: cherry fun dip Pheno 4: cherries mashed with earthiness Pheno 5: the strongest cherry pheno I’ve ever smelt. Just loud cherries in your face. I kept pheno 3 and 5. I pressed both into rosin and the terps were insane it smelt like I worked a double at the marischino cherry factory. The terps on 3 were cherries on the inhale with a candy fun dip exhale (absolutely up my alley). Pheno 5 was the most in your face cherry I’ve ever tasted. It was straight cherries throughout the inhale exhale with a slight tart/candy on the back end. I have found my cherry phenos for my future business. Thank you for riding this journey with me. This plant was amazing from start to finish. I will update a final comment soon as well as final weigh and a review of the smoke once sent out to a group of testers.

So yeah just grow an auto. It takes the same amount of time but you get a much greater yield/quality of bud. Oh yeah... dont buy from msnl... horrible customer service, I have never had a problem germinating seeds until I ordered from them. I couldn't germ 10 ww I bought from them and when I contacted them they were more then useless trying to get a refund or more seeds. I will never buy from them again. Besides that I would like to see a good diary of how a non 12-12 of this strain would go. I'm glad for it to finally be over but am excited to start another grow soon. I have been very interested in purple strains and that will probably be whats next. I hope everyone is staying safe and enjoying life. Thanks for reading and have a great day. :)
