My Gorilla Cookies plant is absolutely exploding under these new high-intensity lights! It's showing incredible resilience – seriously, this thing can take a beating. The combination of its hardiness and the promise of those potent, frosty buds has me super excited for the weeks to come. I'm starting to catch whiffs of that classic sweet, earthy aroma, with just a hint of chocolate in the background. It's gonna be a good harvest! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Overall I'm very happy with this grow. There were a lot of small buds, and I realize with more skill as a grower I'll train my plants properly and defoliate the lower leaves and branches before they develop into buds. It took me about 5 hours to trim this entire plant down, and I feel a lot of that was because of all of the small buds. Hopefully the only real loss on these small buds is bag appeal. Really this is all for myself so I don't care if the buds are small... this round 😜 The smell in my apartment while harvesting was so nice. It smelled like super sweet citrus weed... beautiful. I didn't get as much fade as I expected leading up to harvest. I've been too timid with watering and was afraid to give this plant a good flush. Hopefully since she was fully organic it should still taste fine. I won't be growing a single plant in a 10 gallon bucket for a while, I feel this was just too big for an inexperienced grower. It made watering this thing difficult. I'll post more updates once this fully dries and cures for a while. Thanks for following my grow if you have. When you get to a certain point in the flowering, the real magic begins, so far beautiful yes but when the flowers form I would stay there speechless admiring them for the whole time enchanted. ---- General conditions in the Growbox - We are talking about our autoflowering @zam.nesia which are all in great shape and are now showing their differences. The F1 Hybrids are flying, they are ahead of everyone else, if you want to realize how much the F1s work look at my photos in the growbox. Look, test and then talk, I never talk before trying. I get an idea based on what people say, especially when I hear the old school know-it-alls a bit hippy talk badly about a new thing I think: "this new thing is worth trying, it must be the bomb", and in fact... ---- Plant - I have sung the praises of this plant and the F1s and not just to throw words to the wind. Look at the difference between the two Blue Cheeses and all the other 10 autoflowerings (in 5 strains) that I have; they are very advanced as if they were 2-3 weeks ahead of the others. Compare the f1s with the normal ones to understand the difference. I continue to be amazed by the speed of these plants and their power. I have two very similar in everything except size. One is giant, well over a meter and flowers at a speed that is unbelievable. Overall very pleased. All the leaves are dark green and the plants are looking very happy. I’m giving them a couple more days before they are flipping into flower. All of them handle defoliation really well but Somango is a little to bushy to really do any organized Lst. I will try after Defoliation next week and give her a bit more surface area.

It was my first grow and I really screwed it up a lot, but it resisted all my beginner mistakes, pests, stress, being without irrigation, irrigation without measuring PH, revegetation, etc. I love her, really, in love with this strain. Al ser la variedad con más predominancia sativa de las tres que habian estas fueron cortadas un poco antes de tiempo y los tricomas en su mayoria eran todo cristalinos, apenas habian unos pocos lechosos o ámbar y muchos de color morado xd. No obstante una vez pasados los dias huele bién, sabe bién y buen efecto. No sabria describir el sabor pero tiende a Kush. fácil de cultivar y como pudo verse hace o puede hacer unas bonitas porras.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. 2 of the 5 coco plants are doing good but 3 others were looking awful and got behind. It was a bit unexpected. I've never had such unhealthy plants before. The peat side is doing good The runoff PH on some plants was 5.2. Adding way too much phophoric acid to get to 5.5 (Plagron recommendation) Well, fuck their recommendations. looking objectively, they are so dark green that the EC of 2 is probably also unnecessarily high. After a few waterings they are back to normal PH and EC, growing well again and getting back on track! Now I will not go above 1.5 or 1.6 anymore. === update I got some of those white crawling bugs. They came up after watering. I hit them with Gnatrol WDG and BAC vitality (as root drench) and they died. They only live in the air-pots. After the nuke I had to flush out the pots with 4 liters of nutrient solution because the PH came down to 5.

19/06/2021 - Day 28 - First day of the 5th week. MEMO: I'm using the following "names" for differentiating the two both in comments and pics: 🅰️ - "A" for the one transplanted in the garden soil and that will NOT receive any nutrient; 🅱️ - "B" for the one that will grow in the pot and that will receive nutrients. 👉 Started LST also for "A", 3 good spots for the flowers. She is starting flowering right today. Smaller than "B" but I'm positive. 👉 "B" started flowering basically the 2nd day of 3rd week. Isn't this a little too early? Didn't have time to optimize LST so now I have to remove fan leaves in order let the sun light reach all the flowering spot. Definitely not satisfied with the training. Started right today feeding with "Easy Bloom Booster Tablets" by RQS. Hot and sunny week, zero rain, we good 😁 There is just one problem (is this a problem?): I think ants created a nest under both plants. Do I have to worry?
