I've repotted into her final 15l auto pot. The procedure I used is as follows. Items needed.. Clay pebbles Hydro coco 60/40 clay pebbles/Coco. Silicium Flash Startrex Mycrotrex Bactrex And of course Bio tablets X2. 15l of hydro coco was mixed with 25g of Silicium Flash and 25g of Startrex. Mixed up well to form the main substrate. I filled the autopots to a depth of 5cm with clay pebbles and then layered up the amended substrate making a nice hole for my 300ml nursery pots. Into this hole I sprinkled in 5g of Mycrotrex and then dropped the seedling in. This then gets 2 biotabs pushed 5-8cm into the substrate and 1l of water mixed with 5ml of Bactrex. I put domes over them but I think the Rh was a bit too high and this lady seems to have gone a bit floppy. Not an issue and shee will be fine in a day or two now I've removed the domes. I need to top feed the autopots for a couple of weeks so the root system can establish before I transfer to my flower room and the gravity feeding trays..🤘🏼👍🏼 I'm keeping temps at a constant 25c and lights are on 24hrs a day. Rh is sitting around 65%.it too low hence the domes but then it goes too high. I'm going to run a couple of days with the 65% but vpd over 1 is a bit high for so early.. we shall see.

Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. The near infrared (IR-a) borders around 700nm up to 1400nm @ photon par flux density of 1.8 instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. Think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, your RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level you set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches desired% RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always be releasing more water into the air, so the RH% of the tent overnight will always increase, so long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential which will work wonders on your grow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Hoy quiero compartir mis pensamientos sobre el estado de mis plantas. Sinceramente, quería creer que no habían sufrido mucho por el frío, pero desafortunadamente la realidad resultó ser diferente. Algunas de ellas parecen un poco deprimidas y su crecimiento se ha ralentizado. Pero no me doy por vencido y sigo esforzándome por su recuperación. Además, no me gusta el régimen de luz que se ha utilizado desde el inicio de la siembra de las semillas, 12/12. La próxima vez utilizaré 18/6. Espero que esto ayude a estimular su crecimiento y desarrollo. Ayer empecé a darles a las plantas PK13/14 en una dosis de 1 ml/l y Diamond Nectar en una dosis de 2 ml/l. Espero que estos aditivos les ayuden a obtener los nutrientes necesarios y a estimular el proceso de floración y crecimiento. A pesar de algunas dificultades, no me doy por vencido y sigo cuidando de mis plantas. Creo que con el cuidado adecuado y las condiciones apropiadas, podrán superar las dificultades y crecer saludables y fuertes. Sigo siendo optimista y seguiré creciendo junto con ellas.

The top buds are still fattening up but slower than last week. In the lower branches there are also many smaller buds that have started growing. I guess the plant is fattening up those as well. The flowering time of this strain is between 9 and 10 weeks, so it still has at least 2 weeks to fully mature. The top buds are looking nice and frosty, and the smell is outstanding! More pics will be added after wednesday. I lost my Sanlight dimmer key and waiting for a new one to arrive. And taking pictures with the growlight at 100% is no bueno 😐 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Allright so my dimmer is replaced and I can take more pictures of this frosty lady ✌️ The trichrome production on this plant is more than I have ever seen sofar. My microscope broke down and I'm waiting on a new one to arrive so I can inspect the trichromes more closely. We're entering the ninth week of blooming so the plant should be ready within 2 weeks.

Day 43 - First day of week 7 today and she looks really good just not sure if she’s really starting to flower yet. I’m hoping this is just typical of the GC strain. Day 44 - No major changes, she’s growing and I’m loving the looks of her. Will continue uploading daily pictures. Day 45 - She’s looking really good and budding more and more each day. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give her another feeding on Saturday. She’s drinking almost a gallon of water a day. Day 46 - Things are looking good with this girl. Bud sites are growing daily and this thing is a beauty. Gave her another feeding of just pH’d water and will “feed” her tomorrow. Day 47 - ALL is looking good and she’s looking purdy. Gave her a feeding with the foxfarm nutes today. Did a true measurement to the biggest branch and she’s at 25.5”. Will continue to measure each day to see how much she’s growing in a 24 hour period. Day 48 - Looking gorgeous and still stretching. Grew another two inches and is sitting at 27.5” right now. She’s really starting to fill in now and looking forward to the next few weeks. Day 49 - The way thing thing is growing, she’s gonna be a beast. Gave her straight pH’d water tonight and will give her a feeding tomorrow. Looks like she finally stopped stretching, sitting at 27.5” still so hopefully she’ll start putting on the weight.

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

Hello everyone, first of all I apologize for the late upload. We are already on the 2nd almost third day of the 5. Grow Week. As you can see, she is developing beautifully and she is due to get a haircut today. There are also still a few training sessions to be done to get even more out of it. Extremely disappointed with the yield but that is my mistake by keeping this 100% indica from getting bushier and expecting it to stretch more. Definitely many lessons learned this grow. Going to add weekly flushes with beneficials in my next grow schedule from now on.

Day 109 Its time to harvest the Juicy Zkittlez from seedsman 😇😇. I loved doing this project and it was my first try with my training on an autoflower, it was really motivating. A compact and frosty circle of heads, I couldn't have asked for better. So heavy that I had difficulty holding it with one hand for photos. Training : She received my hand manipulation training from the 8th day. I cut the head on day 19 to have my base on a manifold and work more quickly on my 4 main branches. Then I continued my training as much as possible to develop the structure before installing the scrog. I made a summary of photos on week 5 of flowering to see the evolution. Harvest I harvested almost 11 ounce , 10 ounce and 23 g. My training was based on quality and I'm really not disappointed with the minimum amount of nutrients she received. And it wasn't perfect for the first try with my new equipment.

Der Samen kam aus der Erde, und damit er sich nicht streched hab ich das licht etwas herunter gelassen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war bei 35%, dass habe ich aber wieder im griff da ich eine Sprühflasche habe und eine Kuppel über den Setzling hatte. Bewässern brauch ich kaum da die Pflanzen wenig Wasser brauchen. Da die TS600 bei 60% Leistung nicht allzu heiß wird es ist aber auch Winter. Montag habe ich meine Spuckpalme dazu gestellt da die vielleicht etwas die Luftfeuchtigkeit reguliert ich hab keine Ahnung ob das stimmt ich wills auch nicht googlen wird schon funktionieren und wenn nicht sprühe ich sowieso regelmäßig mit einer Sprühflasche. Die Spuckpalme sah mir sowieso zu traurig am Fenster aus. Die Temperaturen waren am Wochenende im Zelt sehr hoch Sonntag Nacht hatte ich 5 Stunden lang circa 30°C-32°C. Trotzdem haben beide Pflanzen es super bestanden. Ich habe zum Umtopfen nächste woche einen 8L Topf, Mykorhiza und Wurmhumus gekauft. Dazu noch den Biobizz Indoor Dünger.
