I got a week and a half notice that I had to go on a work trip out of country for 10 days, so the clown show continued. I was definitely overwatering them. Thanks @shinsimilla, I saw the difference after waiting a few extra days. Also, I definitely should have started LST at least a week earlier than I did. Now for work issues: I found an old security camera that the cats had knocked over a million times and damaged. With a lot of tape, I got it working again and set up in the tent so I could see what’s going on while gone. Be warned, the photos are NOT good quality. I also looked up DIY self-watering systems. I needed it as simple as possible to reduce the risk of something breaking while I was thousands of miles away. I found one where it wicks water up a cotton or wool string. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/P0hn5cKZ0Z0 I cut up an old 10K shirt that was made of cotton. I had just broken down my balcony garden since it’s already getting cold here. I took two long planters, lined them with a construction garbage bag to be the reservoirs. Even though the floor of the grow tent is waterproof and I put plastic between the floor and outside of the grow tent, I didn’t want to risk any water getting out while I was away. I was nervous y’all. Basically, you wet the fabric then use a chopstick to run the it through the plant from bottom to top. It needs to be long enough to have a few inches sitting in the bottom of the reservoir. I filled each with 3L of water with the BioBizz nutrients mixed in and ph’d to 6.1. More info in week 5.

This is the final week, they are going to be chopped coming week. Already had some darkness and they are very very smelly. I am amazed at this strain's resilience. It had to deal with my noobishness with autos, heat, very hot soil and less PH buffering with my own super soil recipe (see the yellow image in the germination page) in the smaller bags. Still, they became huge and full of bud. Forbidden Runtz is an amazing strain. Very strong growth but also with most auto's I've grown: once the grow derails, it seldom recovers. But these do. I'm sure next grows I'm going to get even more out of them. Can't wait to try them again with what I've learned now. And you should all consider the SP-3000 as a growlight, look at my results! she's been in flush for nearly a week. still about another week left, im loving this strain. Been an easy grow, was still hungry for nitrogen early flower other than that has been a breeze, has luscious dense sour buds top to bottom, mephistos genetics are the best when it comes to autos that's for sure

No major changes this week but the plant is still taking 2ltrs of water every 2nd night. I have stopped giving nutrients now so it’s just getting Ph’d water. Some of the lower leaves are turning yellow as expected. From this week on I’ll be dropping the temperature a bit during lights out to help produce more trichomes and also turn it a bit more purple.

Hello boys, how was the week? 27-APR-22 - First day of flowering, I've made a defoliation before switching the lights to 12-12 28-APR-22 - Watering no nuts pH 6.5 29-APR-22 - Nothing but manual LST 30-APR-22 - Made an AACT with Sheep dung, Biobizz (Fish-mix, Grow, Alg-a-mic and Top-max), 1 tbsp Humic acids, and ophicina organica alquifish mel to lower the pH after bubbling... 01-MAY-22 - Watering with the AACT ph'd 6.8 02-MAY-22 - Nothing but manual LST 03-MAY-22 - Nothing but manual LST

End of week 4. So far so good. Plants are healthy, buds are starting. Light and plants are happy together. I haven't had a proper tasting Bubble gum in a while, let's see what theses can do . Thanks everyone

Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

Hola a todos, día 81 de floración, en las últimas semanas antes de la cosecha, ya se ven los primeros tricomas de color ámbar, la planta ya muestra señales de la disminución de los nutrientes, se ve un degradado natural en la tonalidad del verde de las hojas, sin zonas necróticas salvo las quemaduras de las hojas más cercanas al foco. De aquí en adelante ya no queda mucho trabajo por hacer, observar y reposicionar las ramas que caen por el peso. Hasta la próxima semana!
