It's been another easy week in the Fastbuds tent. I've spent most my energy preparing my outdoor grow space for a wild summer. At this point, there's not much I can do except water and watch my plants grow. I've added videos of other plants in relations to the mimosa cake just for visual aid. I also added a photo of my cheese auto.. it's still drying! With the Mimosa cake auto I've been taking fan leaves off slowly for weeks now. This is a very busy plant. She is also going to run later than I expected. She's on day 76 and I suspect 95 to 100 days to finish time. I'll have to keel feeding her bloom nutes for the next few weeks; her 3 gallon bucket ran out of nutrients already. Feeding schedule: water, feed, water, feed Step 1- I'll take an aeration stone and use it to remove the chlorine residual in the water... this only takes 8 - 12 hours depending on water temperature. (I'm a water treatment process operator, I have checked several times in the past with my own Cl2 meters). Step 2 - add Calmag Step 3- add bloom nutes Final step - pH the water accordingly (very important that this is final step) A TDS residual of 500 ppm equals roughly 1 E.C. (I just double it)

All the girls seem to be finishing up now and the leaves fading. Auto is pretty much done. Another 7 to 10 days and the others should be done too.

Phwoah! Grow Genius silica came thru in a big way, blessing the Blue Paint crew with the rigidity we’d hoped for. One pheno has a slight curve to it and it’s now evident that they’re starting to break away from each other in phenotypical expressions by way of height, strength and leaf structure (possible variations in new growth width), but these might well be environmental influences rather than genetic. Seedling feeding regimen has been swapped out for the veg stack. The environment of the nursery tent saw a slight shift downward in temperature as the seasons press closer to winter but this didn’t stop progress, even after the Blue Paint crew got a repotting, increasing their root space 10 fold. With the increase in legroom they also got an upgrade to first class with a tent of their own as older auto tent sisters were shifted to their final grow space. Unfortunately this might only tide them over for a short while. The worry is, longer than expected flower cycles mean their final home, the photo tent, is still packed to the rafters with ripening flower and Blue Paint is coming up behind at an alarming rate. No choice but to play it by ear and possibly end up making some big purchases, drastic changes or tough calls. Ready and willing if it comes to it, fire genetics over bag seed all day long 😂. After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength Especially the dark purple phenotypes look very dense and hard. it also looks very resistant to mold Very pleasant sweet fruity scent I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way

Tangie'matic showed me that she was in it for the long haul right from the start. This was my first time topping an autoflower and I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out - but each time she took on stress, she pushed back even stronger. I topped her once at the 5th node, and then used some low stress training to create this beautiful canopy. She really grew like a dream! Partway through flower I had to move my grow tent from my second-floor bedroom to my not quite warm enough basement. I had assumed that the heat from the grow lights would have compensated, but it didn't take me long to realize how wrong I was. This poor plant had her reservoir and atmospheric temperatures dropped with no warning. She held in there while I figured out how to get the environment closer to desirable and less feeling like a frozen tundra. In the mish mash of environmental flux, some of her buds began to foxtail. This was my first time seeing this happen; so despite the fact that it's not desirable, seeing foxtailing happen with my own buds for the first time was actually kind of cool. After the environmental woes were corrected, she stacked even more. Her buds nice and dense with a citrus fragrance complimented by some subtle skunky undertones. Before harvest I changed out her reservoir and gave her a 4 day flush along with 48 hours of darkness. When I opened the tent on harvest day I was punched in the face with a beautiful fragrance of mandarin that instantly lifted the corners of my mouth into a sweet smile of satisfaction. I cut her down and hung her to dry in my climate controlled closet holding a perfect 69.8°F and 55% RH. Six days later her buds were ready for the jars. Her dry buds gave me 8.8oz/250g of quality bud and an additional 2.9oz/82g of popcorn buds. Just being in jars for 24 hours has REALLY brought out even a stronger citrus aroma that is just a true pleasure to take in. Will update with more after the cure and first smoke experience. ✌️💜🌱0000

11/24/22: Happy Thanksgiving groupies! Hope everyone is having a good holiday. My lady is doing her thing she has gotten even bigger coming into the start of this week. I watered her with plain water last to try and get some of the grow nutes out going to switch to flower when she dries out and can water with bloom nutes.. Got these seeds as freebies when I ordered other seeds and I gotta feeling this is going to be a beauty at flower!

Week 7 is ending today. I decreased my Macro nutrient by half. This week will probably be my last week using it. I took the Armor Si out of the regimen completely. I started using terpenz at 5ml per gallon. No issues still. Keeping my fingers crossed for everything to continue on cruise control. The rainbow cake and London mint cake is super frosty. They all have a pretty strong smell. I have clones and will continue to run the strain I like the best.

Hello. This is the last of Lemnesia North by Chucky Seeds (sort of a dream of mine but I have a cautious wife). This is the last look at the growing buds before harvest. I was able to get in 4 good flushes in before harvest. I'm happy to get this crop in. There is powder mildew on my zucchini plants just outside the door of the greenhouse but none in here.😁 In the pictures, the string with the white tags are the pollenated branches. I have lots to do today. Have fun. Chuck.

63 days of flowering have passed, according to various colleagues they are 1/2 weeks behind on the swelling. But to me they look squat enough to pick up. Quite evident smell of sweet Hashy. Fed lightly with Bio Bloom but it was more of a rinse. 2.22l per day for 6 days, including 2 days put 1 drop of Bio Bloom in the irrigation

Both alive and well, watered on Day 1 with 200 ml of PH'd tap water and a sprinkle (0,5ml/L) of PowerRoots. Light is sitting at 360-400 ppfd at 40 cm. Humidity dome came off and i cranked up my humidifier, we will see how it goes! Day 3 500 ml of 5,9PH 0,7EC Tapwater with 1ml/L PowerRoots

Oggi, lunedì 22/01 ho cambiato una 40 ina di litri di soluzione nuova e fresca...ho notato che verso la fine, l'acqua/soluzione era più "limpida" rispetto alla prima ventina di litri ... credo che la pietra porosa con aggiunta di ossigenatore sia stata utile nel secchio "Sistema" per evitare eventuali depositi sul fondo Il problema maggiore è la temperatura stessa ossigenata... è impossibile tenerla a 19/20° senza l'uso di un raffreddatore(Chiller)...costa un botto! Ora è a 21.3 ma sicuramente salirà....di solito è intorno ai 22° ...La luce led dimmerabile è all'80%... È vero che ci saranno le foglie a fare ombra al vaso....ma non so se al 100% ,che metterò ad inizio fioritura e l'abbassero in altezza a 40 cm dalla cima,cosa accadrà alla temperatura,in generale Per ora andiamo avanti e proviamo a risolvere una cosa la volta 😉 Oggi topping o FiMing, vediamo cosa riesce😂 Crescono ma... credo che abbiano preso il Mosaico del tabacco..una malattia che deforma le foglie,si piegano le punte in su e in giù, alcune foglie appunto presentano una specie di mosaico con macchie giallognolo Sembra bene...oggi 2 febbraio defogliazione e da lunedì si passa alle 12 ore..... credo che farò così...o farò poi fatica a gestire le altezze e l'area...ho notato che le foglie e il tronco sono molto più grossi rispetto la terra con lo stesso periodo di 3 settimane piene...
