Do-Si-dos auto is doing great. She was lollipopped today, and a selective defoliation In the canopy. She is stretching and developing more bud sites as well. Hopefully the stress doesn't bother her. She is ready to flower now. Nothing more to report. started the flush this week. started to notice a couple of problems with drying out around 2 of the buds. raised the lights up to get some of the heat away from the top buds. a bit worried i left the flush too late.

Oh well, not my (our) week 🙄 During the week the Ladys start to look a overwatered and I had no idea how this could happen ... Well, first I tried to rise temperature slightly and had the fans run more often to dry them out a bit quicker, did not work. Than I took them out of the System ... All together worked, at least it looked so ... for 1 day ... Yesterday I found the real reason. The Humidity Controller was broken ... During the night they had around 90% humidity and during the day only 25-30%, way to high and way to low. Replaced the Controller today, hope next week will start smoother 🙂 Beside of this they made huuugggeeee progress, some nearly tribbeld in size and are around 5-6 Nodes now, will top them all next week when they recovered a bit 🙂 Also added some Alfaboost to help them a bit. FBTF was amazing. I tested topping with this plant, and while I do think that topping and root issues were the reason this plant did not grow so big. However, I did harvest dense colas that were all even in size and equally dense with loads of orange hairs everywhere, I am definitely growing again next grow.

Was extremely busy for the last two weeks but here’s my girls at 8 weeks goin try push dem to 9 weeks still a lot of white hairs also got some videos of my 3x3 and 2x4 tents

[ Information ] For all grow information, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] (Flower) Day 1 - Light intensity increased to 65%. C02 increased to 1300ppm average. Day temp/humidity 85/70 (1-1.2VPD), night temp/humidity 75/65 (.8-1VPD). Fed a diluted compost tea mixture before lights on. Base water was R/O and tap water mixed lightly with silica and Tribus microbes. Tea was a mixture of Fish Hydrolysate, Bat Guano, Molasses, Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, and Earthworm Castings. 8 gallons of tea were added to 72 gallons of water mixture for an 80gal batch total. The batch was mixed for a half hour before feeding to the room. I did not PH or PPM test the mixture, organic material is hard to get an accurate PPM reading so the numbers are useless to me. I will be working to bring the lights to 100% power over this first week of flower. Day 4 - Light intensity increased daily, currently at 90%. Will raise to full power tomorrow. C02 increased to 1800ppm average. Temp and humidity for day and night are still the same. Lights were raised slightly to maintain 12 inches from canopy height, and a few growth nodes that were above the canopy got topped. Watered today with an 80gal (1.25gal p/pot) mixture, 10% tap 90% r/o water. 6.8 PH, 2.2ec. Foliar sprayed yesterday before lights off with a neem mixture for weekly IPM. Canopies are stretching relatively evenly, though I will be adding in support nets within a few days to help maintain the even spread. I've run this strain before so I'm fairly confident that I know what to expect during these few stretch weeks. Day 7 - Lights have been at 100% since day 5. C02 still 1800-2000ppm on average. Plants are stretching quickly into the lights, I have yet to readjust their height. The best growth usually happens when I do nothing, and I've done almost nothing the past couple days besides enjoy the unusually warm spring weather my area is currently experiencing. Watered today, 100gal (1.5gal p/pot) mixture, <1ec. Mainly an organic feeding for microbe health, also wanted a bit more runoff than normal due to the high ec feeding previously.

I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.

2/5/25 thought i took some more pictures than this. shes very gassy. im worried about the mites because i noticed webbing on some of the fan leaves. i sprayed very very lightly with lost coast plant therapy. top dressed with 2 tsp bloom and 1tsp microbe and 1 tsp foundation

Week 5 complete for bloom. Getting sticky and feel 4 more weeks...clones are in rough shape...Gave the girls a treat in a 1L shot of a 4-20-4 each...still not a mark on the girls other then a couple of innocent brown marks on one...not trimming leaves too much as want the stored energy in them for flush time, Hands down...these are going to be awesome and Crosby Molasis with some Root Farm diluted every second watering has kept them content in between the 3 week Gaia feedings...just followed the directions and added 50% more. Organic is so easy with the odd turbo boost in between keeps things very healthy....Par is about 550 at fringe on 3 tops and mostly 750 to1075 on 2 certain tops so all below 1000 mostly...would bend the 2 but just want to see if get extra big...

So I did a lot of cleaning in trimming in my tent and spent a lot of close up time with grape gas station only to discover that it is a male. I did consider saving the pollen because I do have a separate tent that I could actually put this guy in alone but it's just not something I've ever done and not something I'm ready to commit the time to. Time to go so all others can thrive in the big tent

Lo que menos me gusta de la etapa de floración es que veo poco a las plantas, apenas un momento cuando las luces se encienden a las 22:00h. Esta semana he acabado la instalación de todas las lámparas de la carpa de cultivo, un mix de buenas luces para alumbrar las plantas por todas partes. Al final 450w repartidos en 4 lámparas en el dosel y 3 barras led alumbrando por los laterales. So it’s been 11 days since I last seen them we’ve had a couple showers of rain between that time, she’s started flowering.. Some animal has helped itself to a few tips and leaves, only took probably 2-3 tops and a couple leaves but mustn’t of enjoyed it.. I hope so anyway. 🤞 So everyone how does it look?? 5/20 I'm in love 😍 the leaves are lime green only because of the frost lmao this plant is ridiculous and Iam so looking forward to where this plants headed. This one bud in the middle is looking more and more purple each day. If the flower from this plant is what I'm hoping it to be, I will definitely be keeping this in my garden, which would be a first. I also never had intentions to do that or medical intentions to be more specific, up until now. Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. But for flowering, we want to keep daytime temps closer to 24–28°C for optimal quality. ⸻ 💧 Watering Strategy We water when the soil dries to about 25% moisture remaining, this encourages: • Stronger root growth searching for water • Better oxygenation of the root zone • Less risk of root rot in warm temps Right now: They’re drinking daily due to the heat, so we’re feeding daily as well. ⸻ Current Feeding (per L of water) • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml With the increased drinking rate, nutrient uptake has increased — meaning no signs of deficiency, just steady lush green. ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead • AC installation will stabilize temps, allowing tighter VPD control • First signs of pistils should appear within the next 7–10 days • We’ll begin adjusting feed ratios for early bloom once flowers set • Light intensity will climb further as stretch continues ⸻ 💚 Closing Note: This week is all about momentum, heat or no heat, the Lava Cakes are pushing upward, prepping themselves for a heavy flower load.
