Hello Diary,
We start with another diary, North Thunderfuck Auto, also a new strain from Royal Queen Seeds.
Two plants of North Thunderfuck and one Cookies Gelato are planted on the farm.
NORTH THUNDERFUCK AUTO - Expert breeders at RQS decided to add a touch of autoflowering genetics into the original North Thunderfuck strain, a variety favored for its high THC levels and euphoric effects.
After crossing her with a ruderalis plant, our breeders made these uplifting buds available much faster.
With THC levels of 22%, she serves up a fast-acting high that energizes the mind; she makes for a superb choice in the morning when you're looking for something to perk you up.
What's more, her lively effects are accompanied by complex tastes of citrus, pine, and skunk.

LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY:
21/06/2022
Planting. I always prepare everything in advance that I need for planting, Air Pot, BioBizz Light Mix, RQS Organic Nutrients, Water and Seeds. And of course my camera.
In 11 liters of soil I added Easy Boost Organic Nutrition and mixed everything well.
This time I decided to take a test again. In one pot I put a mix of Bat Guan and Rhizobacter and in another pot I put Rhizobacter with Mycorrhiza Mix, so we will see which option gives better results.
After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small indentation and put the seed inside the hole and lightly covered it with soil.
After planting, I put them in a Grow Box where the conditions were as follows: Temperature 27.7 degrees and relative humidity of 52%.
I set the lights at a height of 35 cm from the pots, as recommended by Migro. The lights are on 24 hours a day.
23/06/2022
I sprinkled a little water on top of the soil, not too much.
25/06/2022
Both plants sprouted, along with Cookies Gelato, who keeps them company on the farm.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 59% humidity.
26/06/2022
First watering. I watered each plant with approximately 1 liter of water. pH I dropped to 6.0. I did not add any nutrients to the water.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.2 degrees and 61% humidity.
29/06/2022
Watering. I watered them again with just water and each plant got about 1 liter of water.
That's all for now, thanks to the team at Royal Queen Seeds for sending me the seeds. Thanks to everyone who follows for their support. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
The first week of growing is from both North Thunderfucks and the plants are doing great so far.
On the farm between them is Cookies Gelato Auto who keeps them company in this round.
I count the beginning of the growing season when the plant has passed the germination stage, that is, when the plant has at least 4 leaves.
Given that both sprouted at the same time, after 6 days they entered the vegetation phase. Until then, I consider them a sprout.
The plants branched out nicely, initially brown spots appeared on the first leaves.
I'm sure it's not from water droplets left on the leaves from watering.
But over the next 7 days it was evident that the plants had recovered from whatever it was.
Watering is every third or fourth day, at this stage they don't ask for much water.
With each watering, they received about 1 liter of water. I regulate the pH value with Plagron's Lemon Kick.
I am trying to get the water value around 6.0 p.H.
This week I added one component of the Bio Flowering Booster, Bigger Flowers, which I added 1ml/lit.
Farm conditions are acceptable. Considering the summer and high temperatures, even in the grow box it is slightly above the satisfactory value.
Humidity in the air is acceptable, slightly lower than 60%.
Here's what it looked like last week
01/07/2022 - Day 1.
Officially the first day of vegetation. Earlier I explained when I start counting the beginning of the growing season.
North Thunderfuck Auto #1 - Day 1. - 6 cm
North Thunderfuck Auto #2 - Day 1. - 6 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.1 degrees and 55% humidity.
02/07/2022 - Day 2.
Watering. I prepared 4 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.1 and watered all three plants on the farm.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28.9 degrees and 56% humidity.
05/07/2022 - Day 5.
Watering. This time I added Bigger Flowers, the first component from the Bio Flowering Booster range. pH I lowered it to 6.0.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 56% humidity.
07/07/2022 - Day 7.
End of the first week of vegetation. Photographing and measuring the height of plants.
North Thunderfuck Auto #1 - Day 7. - 9 cm
North Thunderfuck Auto #2 - Day 7. - 10 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.1 degrees and 57% humidity.
That's it for the first week, see you soon and thanks to everyone for following the diary.
Hello Diary,
The second week of vegetation for North Thunderfucks has ended.
Both plants are beautiful, have put on lots of new leaves and have grown a little over 10 cm in the last week.
All three plants on the Farm are of the same height, which is great considering that the lights must be 35 cm away from the plants.
They are still not too thirsty, watering was every three or four days.
And this week I continued with the addition of Bigger Flowers, the first component from the Bio Flowering Booster range.
I still regulate the pH to a value of around 6.0.
The conditions in the grow box are satisfactory. The temperature is around 29 degrees, while the humidity is lower than desired, slightly lower than 50%
Here's what it looked like last week.
08/07/2022 - Day 8.
Watering. I prepared 4 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.1 and watered all three plants on the Farm evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.1 degrees and 46% humidity.
12/07/2022 - Day 12.
Watering. This time I added Bigger Flowers, 1ml/lit.
I lowered the pH to 6.0.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.2 degrees and 49% humidity.
14/07/2022 - Day 14.
Photographing and measuring the height of plants.
North Thunderfuck Auto #1 - 22 cm
North Thunderfuck Auto #2 - 23 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 49% humidity.
That's all for this week, see you soon with a new report.
Hello Diary,
The third week of vegetation has ended.
This week a friend took care of the plants, he watered them and took photos because I was on vacation with my family.
Both North Thunderfuck Autos are making great progress. They have almost doubled in size in the last seven days.
It got a lot of new leaves and turned into a small bush. He shyly started to throw out the flowers so that we are slowly entering the flowering phase.
Watering has become more frequent and I give them more water per watering.
Now I prepare 6 liters of water, I always try to regulate the pH to a value of around 6. and I still add Bigger Flowers.
Conditions on the farm are challenging.
Considering the high summer temperatures, the temperature in the grow box is above 29 degrees. Humidity is below 50%.
Here's what it looked like last week.
15/07/2022 - Day 15.
Watering. I put 6 ml of Bigger Flowers in 6 liters of water and lowered the pH to 6.2. With that amount, I watered all three plants on the farm evenly.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.2 degrees and 49% humidity.
19/07/2022 - Day 19.
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as four days ago.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.3 degrees and 47% humidity.
21/07/2022 - Day 21.
Photographing and height measurement.
This time it was done by a friend who takes care of them while I'm gone. I am grateful to him for that.
North Thunderfuck Car #1 - 39 cm
North Thunderfuck Car #2 - 45 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.1 degrees and 49% humidity.
That's all for this week. The flowering phase is starting, which means that I will have more motives to photograph. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
The flowering phase has begun.
Although much slower than their roommate Cookies Gelato. But yes, North Thunderfuck shyly started to throw out flowers.
Both plants grew about 20 cm in the last seven days, and got more new leaves.
So at the end of the week I did defoliation. I removed the twigs and leaves from the lower parts of the plant.
Now watering will be much easier as the air flow has improved.
Watering is every three days, p.H. I lowered the standard to the value closest to 6.0 and continued to add Bio Flowering Booster.
This week I started adding the second component which is Thicker Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster kit.
Conditions on the Farm are not ideal. The temperature is above 29 degrees, no wonder considering the heat outside.
Humidity is low, below 50%.
The Farm has gotten crowded, both North Thunderfuck and Cookies Gelato have branched out nicely so I have to be a lot more careful when taking them out for photos.
I also changed the lights to 6/18. Now they have 6 hours of darkness and 18 hours of light.
Here's what it looked like last week.
22/07/2022 - Day 22.
Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Lemon Kick for pH regulation and Bigger and Thicker Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster collection.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.4 degrees and 49% humidity.
25/07/2022 - Day 25.
Watering. I repeated the procedure as three days ago.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.3 degrees and 47% humidity.
28/07/2022 - Day 28.
Defoliation, photography and watering. I removed the twigs and leaves at the bottom of the stand to make watering easier and to improve air flow through the plant itself.
I watered the plants as I did three days earlier. I changed the light regime on 18/6.
North Thunderfuck Car #1 - 53 cm.
North Thunderfuck Car #2 - 60 cm.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.4 degrees and 47% humidity.
That's all for this week, thank you all for your support and see you soon.
Hello Diary,
The second week of flowering at Butterflies Little Farm has ended.
Both North Thunderfuck Autos grow nicely and form flowers a bit.
The size of the flowers is not big if we compare with their roommate Cookies Gelato which is as old as them.
But let's wait and see what happens next, we are just at the beginning of flowering.
The plants have grown quite a bit this week, especially North Thunderfuck #2 which has grown almost 20cm in the last seven days.
Now there is a big difference in the height of the plants.
Both plants have a lot of leaves, although I cleaned the leaves on the lower part of the stand last week, they are still full of leaves.
The leaves are a healthy green color and there are no signs of anything missing.
Watering is every three days, I continued to add Bio Flowering Booster with each watering.
Conditions on the farm are relatively good.
The temperature is still high while the humidity is very low, which is in my favor considering the beginning of flowering.
Since the beginning of the week, they have had 6 hours of darkness overnight, which further lowers the temperature inside the grow box.
Here's what it looked like last week.
31/07/2022 - Day 31.
Watering. I prepared the standard 7 liters of water, lowered the pH and added Bio Flowering Booster.
I watered all three plants evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.1 degrees and 42% humidity.
03/08/2022 - Day 34.
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.4 degrees and 44% humidity.
04/08/2022 - Day 35.
Photographing and measuring the height of plants.
North Thunderfuck Car #1 - 58 cm.
North Thunderfuck Car #2 - 79 cm.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.5 degrees and 44% humidity.
That's all for this week from me, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
Six weeks have passed, and North Thunderfuck Auto has completed its third week of flowering.
The flowers develop slowly, much slower if we compare with their roommate Cookies Gelato Auto, which grows together with them on the Farm.
Thunderfuck #1, which is about 20 centimeters shorter than the other, is more advanced in this regard.
The plant has not grown so long, so the flowers are more developed.
Thunderfuck #2 which is taller than 80 cm develops much smaller flowers.
But it is still too early to make any predictions.
The plants have not grown much in height, so now they only have to ripen.
The plants are full of leaves and if we take the Cookies Gelato growing between them, the Farm is quite crowded.
Watering is every three days, I continued to add Bio Flowering Booster with each watering.
Now I put all three components from the Bio Flowering Boosters kit.
Conditions on the farm are relatively good.
The temperature is a little lower this week, the temperatures outside have dropped and it has been raining.
This raised the humidity in the grow box so I set the ventilation to maximum.
Since the beginning of the week, they have had 6 hours of darkness overnight, which further lowers the temperature inside the grow box.
Here's what it looked like last week.
06/08/2022 - Day 37.
Watering. I prepared the standard 7 liters of water, lowered the pH and added Bio Flowering Booster.
I watered all three plants evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28.1 degrees and 55% humidity.
09/08/2022 - Day 40.
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.8 degrees and 51% humidity.
11/08/2022 - Day 42.
Photographing and measuring the height of plants.
North Thunderfuck Car #1 - 61 cm.
North Thunderfuck Car #2 - 83 cm.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 54% humidity.
That's all for this week from me, I hope I covered everything. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
The 4th week of flowering is over, the seventh week of this cycle in total.
Both North Thunderfucks are slowly entering the final stage of flowering.
Discoloration has started on the leaves, especially on Thunderfuck #1 which indicates that it is nearing the end.
It is not so pronounced on the other plant. We'll see how it goes when they wrap themselves in their autumn mantle.
As for the development of flowers, the situation is different.
Thunderfuck #1 is much better in this regard, the flowers are larger and harder to the touch, and although the plant is much smaller in height, I would estimate for now that it has more flowers.
In Thunderfuck #2, the flowers are much smaller, many of the pistils have turned orange, which would be signs of ripening.
We will see how the situation will develop.
Watering is usual every three days. This week I added Nutiente, and from next week I water only with clean water.
This week I made Top dressing with bat guano. This will further enrich the soil for the remaining period.
The conditions at the Farm are similar to last week, the temperatures outside are not so high anymore, but the rain came, which slightly raised the humidity in the air.
This also affected the conditions in the grow box.
Here's how it looked this week.
12/08/2022 - Day 43.
Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.1, added all three components from the Bio Flowering Booster kit and watered all three plants evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.9 degrees and 54% humidity.
15/08/2022 - Day 46.
Watering. I repeated the procedure from three days ago.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28.1 degrees and 53% humidity.
18/08/2022 - Day 49.
Photography and watering. After I took the photos, I spread the Bat Guano over the surface of the soil and watered it with warm water.
North Thunderfuck Car #1 - 61 cm
North Thunderfuck Car #2 - 83 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 54% humidity.
I think that's all for this week, if you have any questions, feel free to write, I'll be happy to help if I can. Thanks to everyone who follows the diary. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
Thunderfuck has finished its eighth week.
Considering the changes in the color of the whole plant, the harvest is approaching.
Thunderfuck #1 has much more concrete flowers, they are bigger and cover the end of the entire branch.
While this is not the case with Thunderfuck #2. The flowers are much smaller, tiny, but hard as stone.
I don't think I've had such hard flowers with Automatic so far.
The smell is wonderful, especially with Thunderfuck #2 which has a much more intense fruity smell. I can't wait to taste it.
Watering is usual every three days, but from this week I no longer add any supplements or nutrients. Only pure water with a regulated pH of around 6.0.
The conditions at the Farm are good, the humidity is around 50% which is acceptable, while the temperature is around 27 degrees.
Here's what it looked like last week.
21/08/2022 - Day 52.
Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.1 and watered all three plants evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.5 degrees and 51% humidity.
24/08/2022 - Day 55.
Watering. I repeated the procedure as I did three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.2 degrees and 50% humidity.
25/08/2022 - Day 56.
Photo shoot for the end of the eighth week.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 51% humidity.
That's all for this week, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
It's real autumn on my little farm.
Thunderfuck has wrapped itself in autumn's cloak, which announces to me that harvest time will soon be here.
This week I photographed on a black background because I'm afraid that the leaves will turn yellow and fall off, so I wanted to photograph them in their best light.
And indeed, both plants are very impressive.
Although you can see that they look different, they are both special in their own way.
Thunderfuck #1 - is much smaller but the flowers are much bigger.
I started checking every couple of days with a microscope how the trichomes are developing and still not all the trichomes are completely milky.
So I have to wait at least another week.
Thunderfuck #2 - is really special. The leaves have turned dark purple, they look like they are black, crazy.
Although the flowers are not that big, they are as hard as stone.
They still have about a week left until harvest.
Watering is standard, every three days. Each plant on the Farm receives about 2.5 liters during one watering.
The conditions at the Farm are satisfactory, the temperature is not too high and the humidity is around 50%, which is acceptable.
Here's what it looked like last week.
27/08/2022 - Day 58.
Watering. I adjusted the pH to 6.0 and with 8 liters of water I watered all three plants on the farm evenly.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 50% humidity.
30/08/2022 - Day 61.
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.2 degrees and 48% humidity.
01/09/2022 - Day 63.
Photographing plants.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.1 degrees and 49% humidity.
I think that's all for this week, see you soon and thank you all for your support.
Hello Diary,
The tenth week is over, both Thunderfucks are almost ready for harvest.
Usually on my Farm in the tenth week I have a harvest, but in this case I will wait a little longer.
Although they look ready, the trichomes are not completely milky yet, I think I'll let it go for a few more days before I harvest it.
But both plants are truly beautiful, each in its own way.
Thunderfuck #1 being smaller, his yield will surely be higher than the other. They are bigger and equally full and hard.
But Thunderfuck #2 with its purple color still dominates the look, at least for me.
I don't think I've had such hard flowers on the Farm until now, at least as far as automatics are concerned, and I've mostly grown them so far.
What's great is that both plants made it to the end without any problems, they didn't show that they were missing anything for ten weeks.
For now, as it looks, they have rewarded me handsomely. Although I will see the real result after drying and testing.
But I have no doubt that they will be great.
Last week, apart from watering, there was no intervention regarding the plants themselves.
They get clean water and that's all they need at this stage.
The conditions are the same as last week, the humidity is satisfactory, around 50%, and the temperature is around 27 degrees.
Here's what it looked like last week.
02/09/2022 - Day 64.
Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.1 and watered all three plants on the Farm evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.1 degrees and 48% humidity.
05/09/2022 - Day 67.
Watering. I repeated the procedure as I did three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 50% humidity.
08/09/2022 - Day 70.
Photography and watering.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.2 degrees and 48% humidity.
I'm looking forward to next week and the harvest, so I think that's it for this week. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
On the 76th day was the harvest at Butterflies Little Farm.
This 11th farm is certainly one of my favorites.
All three plants that grew had a great cycle.
Along with two Thunderfucks, there was also one Cookies Gelato that also exceeded all my expectations.
Thunderfuck may not be leading the way with flower size, but what I can say so far is that they are one of the best strains ever grown on the farm.
The flowers are rock hard which I have not been able to achieve so far.
So I'm really looking forward to seeing how they look after drying.
I examined them almost daily under the microscope because I wanted to be sure when the moment was right.
And after all the trichomes took on a milky appearance, and here and there some brown trichomes appeared, it was time to harvest.
But when I look at the photos, both plants and their external appearance make it clear that it is harvest time.
This week there was one (last) watering, three days before the harvest.
On the day of harvest, I first removed most of the leaves to make trimming after drying easier, and to improve the drying process and reduce the possibility of mold.
After that, I cut off the plants at the very bottom of the stand and hung them upside down to dry along with the Cookies Gelato.
Conditions in the grow box are ok.
The temperature is around 27 degrees, while the humidity in the air is around 50%.
I would like it to be lower, but the extremely rainy weather this week also caused increased humidity in the air coming into the grow box.
Here's what it looked like last week.
11/09/2022 - Day 73.
Last watering. I prepared 8 liters of water and watered all three plants on the Farm with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 50% humidity.
14/09/2022 - Day 76.
Harvest. First I removed most of the leaves from the plant and then cut off the base of the stem. I hung it to dry inside the grow box.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.8 degrees and 49% humidity.
Now there will be 10-15 days of drying, I will see how quickly it dries.
That's all I thought was important regarding the breeding and characteristics of this great strain.
There is a lot of information that I can share with others and write down for myself as a reminder.
Great experience and I'm very happy with the outcome, at least for now.
See you soon with the final report.
North Thunderfuck Auto delighted me, a light potent strain that enhances creativity and productivity.
An ideal strain for daily users.
I had two plants with different phenotypes. The whole cycle passed without too many problems, three weeks of vegetation and eight weeks of flowering.
In the end, I got a little more than 100 g of dry flowers from two plants.
The plants received organic nutrients throughout the cycle, for which I have to thank the team from RQS who sent me for testing.
The taste of North Thunderfuck is pine with a citrus note, and considering the high percentage of THC, a great strain for daily consumption as an additional booster if you are engaged in creative work. I definitely recommend it.
North Thunderfuck Auto is a powerful strain, I am very happy that I had two plants so that I will be able to enjoy it even longer.
Here is a quick overview of this cycle.
21/06/2022 - planting
14/09/2022 - harvest
3 weeks of vegetation
8 weeks of flowering
15 days of drying
106 g. total yield
2 North Thunderfuck Auto plants
After harvesting, the plants were dried for 15 days, after which I trimmed the flowers and put them in jars to ripen.
And now all that remains is to enjoy the fruits.
I think I've stated almost everything I had in mind. If anyone has any questions, feel free to write.
Thank you all for your support.
Very nice start! Seedlings look amazing and very strong! Good luck the rest of the way... it will be interesting to see which option you find best - the bat guano or the mycorrhiza!
