m hoping they grow well this week. but I feel that the week of painting here in the room affected my girls. They had the ventilation turned off in addition to the smell and gases from the paints that took a week to come out. pound Cake was the most affected😮‍💨 ...but , Let's see how they behave this week 💪🏻 (In the next plantations I will start using Mammoth p later, I think it affected the growth a little at an early stage. Now that I am also seeing how the companion plants behave, I will select better, placing more of some and less of others, I will also leave space in the pot to add a layer of soil and plant the companion plants 1 or 2 weeks after planting the girls. As for myco Chum, so far I have nothing to say, it seems like a good product, but for now it's just an assumption.)

Pbb has been chopped! Saw a decent amount of amber trichomes and the calyxes were quite swollen also she has been fading beautifully for quite some time now. Went into the dark for 48hours then I trimmed any dead leaves off and a few larger easy to reach leaves. She’s hanging in a dark tent now with a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent. Ducting to my flower tent to keep it from stagnating. Frost is starting to fade and swelling quite well. Afghani is getting a much more complex smell not as sweet as before still looks like looks like at least 2 weeks for her. They have all just been getting water for a while now.

She's filling out a bit more this week. Just watching and waiting though.

Start of week six of flower, pk 13/14 week. All is ticking over very nicely, buds getting fatter every day and the smell is fantastic. Looking forward to smoking this one. Have to say there has been no signs of any problems she is a strong genetic.

Tag 98: Nachdem die Shogun etwas "geschlafen" und eher ab statt aufgebaut hat, ist sie doch seit ein paar Tagen wieder in den Gang gekommen und die Blüten sind schön weitergewachsen. Tag 102: Es scheint ein Kühler August zu werden, das ist ganz Wunderbar für meine Pflanzen 😍 jetzt in der Endphase.

Week 13 (Aug/1/2024-Aug/7/2024) DAY85 - Nothing new. Water, check, repeat. Added Kelp Meal for nutrients this week. I am thinking how I will separate the plants this week--they're starting to bunch up together--staggered may be the best option to minimize space in the garden. DAY 89 - Gave one of the girls to my buddy. Helped with the bunching of the plants in a limited space. They're a lot to handle when you harvest alone. Kept the tall one, the short two(LST), the different one in the 45 gallon pot, and the bushy one(LST-ish). By the way: I include germination as part of the day count. So basically day 1 is when I put the seed in water. These seeds all rooted within 48 hours.

This week was a bit stressful. I was trying to identify the nutrient excess/deficiency. I think i narrowed it down to calcium deficiency, but these symptoms could also be a side effect of potassium excess (but what I gathered from my research, there is a very slim chance of this). Anyway I started to add CalMag to my regular waterings and they're showing some correction. I'll probablly water them with water, CalMag and lower than recommended amounts of nutrients for a day or two just to make sure. I had them on a 12/12 light cycle for 4-5 days, they've streched and risen up, which was what I wanted. They now on a 16/8 cycle.

1st of November, HARVEST, D91 So, after the 24 hours of darkness, she is now beautiful and ready. After chopping her, I hung her for some hours – I had some stuff to do – and after that I did wet trimming since I find it more convenient and I don´t like to trim dry buds. I guess the best way for me would be to leave it drying for some days, do the trimming, then leave it drying some more, but, I sincerely don´t have patience lol. When I was in the last stock to trim (which was the main btw) the top bud looked strange to me so I opened it and it was starting to rot.. I got really sad but what can I do except for trying to save it, right? So I took all the rotten parts out of the top bud and tore it to pieces to watch it closely and keep it from getting any more mold. D94 Today I weighed the half part of the top bud that was already dry and it remained without any mold: 3.6 grams. D97 Everything is dry and now curing, the total weight is 68.6, 65 of the whole plant and 3.6 of what I saved from the rotten bud. I´m really happy with the results, the buds aren´t much dense but they look beautiful. D111 Today is the 14th day of curing. D120 Today I´ll be doing the smoke report, it´s been curing for 3 weeks and the smells is quite good already, I know it can be better but the taste is good already so I´ll be doing it today. Nuevamente repito siempre el mismo proceso en el cuidado de la planta en cada etapa. Siempre cuido el ph que para mí es lo más importante en este trabajo. Despúes todo lo demas se puede mejorar.

Fattening the buds and making them grow. Nice smell. Buds are heavy causing the branches to fall, losing strength, I'm having to tie them up. Very fat.

Seedsman White Widow. I accidentally killed my first seedling as a sprout by getting it wet right as it was sprouting. Live and learn. Here we go again and she's off to a much better start this time. 👍 My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Switched the autoflowers to another tent to give them 300 watts of led everything is growing fine

The voodoo juice x platinum hermed this week so moved it to it's own tent. We have 6 plants remaining in the room. I cut out the maxigro this week. They are getting .5 tsp per gallon of maxibloom now. Seems to be keeping everyone happy. Not much to report other than that. Buds seem to be progressing pretty nice.
