Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes. I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. Been a hot and humid week! But wow growth has been thriving and vibing in the garden! Feels like the tropics in the lung room, but the higher humidity seems to be perfect for vegging plants! By the end of the week, the canopy is almost full, so decided to flip to flower in 7 days! To prep for flower, slightly increased the VPD levels which are also helping to lower the humidity down a bit. Defoliated both ladies and been tucking and training the top growth. To preserve these genetics, started the cloning process and took cuttings. By the end of the week, the cuttings were transplanted into Coco Coins for rooting! Week 9 marks a turning point for the grow. The main plants are deep into flower now, with dense buds that glisten under the HPS light. Their smell is intoxicating, filling the room with the rich, sweet aroma that hints at the potency to come. Even the late bloomer has stepped up its game. While it’s still behind the others, it’s finally entering full flower, its smaller buds beginning to form. It’s got a unique charm, and I can’t help but root for it—sometimes the underdog ends up stealing the show. The grow room feels like it’s nearing its peak. The plants are massive now, with thick branches bending under the weight of their buds. Every day brings new changes, and I can see the finish line getting closer. The hard work is paying off, and I can’t wait to see how these beauties turn out in the final weeks.

Esta semana fue una semana bastante normal, con la unica complicacion de que una de las plantas comenzo a presentar manchas en sus hojas y no encuentro cual es el problema.

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

Week 6 - Week without surprises. No-till cycle working well, watering only with water, but note that the companion plants still grow crooked. Soon the soil still shows signs of excesses, I believe that in the next cycles these excesses will be fixed. Hugz from Brazil.

Week 6 Day 1 10/28/2023 Water Change Day!! Added: 36 gallons of Water CALMag- .75mil/Gal GH FLoraMicro-4.3mil/Gal GH FlroaGro-4.3mil/Gal GH FLroaBloom-6.5Mil/Gal Liquid KoolBloom 2.5mil/Gal TPS SIGNAL- 4.0mil/Gal ORCA-.5mil/Gal I setup my PH automation system.. I will start it running in 24 hours after the system settles in. Week 6 Day 2 10/29/2023 Going to be interesting.. I left the old monitor in to do a double check behind the new auto PH monitor.. not eh problem is I configured the New one and I am pretty sure that it is more accurate than the previous one I was using but the difference is 5.9 on the new one and 6.19 on the old. So it leaves me to questions if I was always running my PH higher but still just within safe range? or is this one off by that much. Questions, Questions.. But so far it is working I had to make several adjustments to dial in how much of each gets released but right now they are sitting around 5.9 Week 6 Day 3 10/30/2023 Worked on adjusting the auto PH system and I think I will need to change out some of the gear to make it work better.. Right now the suction/ flow rate has to be up to high in order to get the Up or down out of the Containers and the UP kicks on before the Down has a chance to settle.. I would have hoped there is a steady reading for X seconds before it starts the other.. but there isn't it is automatically kicking off the Up even while it is still adjusting from adding Down. Week 6 Day 4 10/31/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Nice day.. the experiment of the PH auto system is a bust as of right now.. the range is out of what I want.. and it keeps immediately kicking off without giving the water time to balance.. since this is a res system which the water moves.. not the best.. it doesn't have a wait time before release more.. and it keeps releasing even after it starts reading in range.. so it drops it lower than it should.. I could probably dilute the PH up and Down and make it a little more effective.. but not sure what I want to do at this point. Week 6 Day 5 11/01/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. 6/23 Due To The Two 8 Day weeks this week will only consist of five days to get me back on track. SEE LAST WEEK FOR DETAILS. I DID ANOTHER EIGHT DAY WEEK. I'LL DO THIS WEEK AS SIX DAYS. THAT WAY IM BACK ON SCHEDULE. WATERED 6/22. WENT BACK AT NIGHTCAND WATERED ANOTHER GALLON WITH 1/3 TSP Armor Si. I mixed the solution with kelp you kelp me but I dumped it out. I've mixed silica with other nutes before but I had read something earlier about bioavailability issues and I didn't want to risk it. My plants are the healthiest I've ever grown. I'm considering transplanting the large 10th planet that I'm light depping. I also need to develop my ipm and my nute schedule. Still gonna have to keep an eye onvthe water situation. Luckily I have a buddy in my corner that's co tinualkt Bern a great help. WENT BACK OVER AROUND NOON. BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE AND THE PLANTS WERE LOVING THIS SUN. I DEFOLIATED SOME BURNED LEAVES AND MIXED A SOLUTION IF KELP ME KELP YOU THAT I PLAN TO FEED TO THE GARDEN TODAY. IM HAPPY WITH HOW THINGS ARE GOING. WE HAVE SOME RAIN AND THINDERSTORMS COMING. I mixed two gallons of kelp you kelp me and fed it to the garden. Afterwards I pointed qbd found a couple plants that were more open to the wind were a little lighter. I know tomorrow will be very hot. Maybe quarter inch of rain. However after that it will rain (showers) off and on for days. I wanted to make sure the girls had what the needed to make it through tjis heat wave until they get that rain. I had another gallon mixed up and I'm thinking I should've given it to them. Oh well. I'd rather underwater than overwater any day. I did notice a burnt top on the plant furthest from the tarp that the sun JUST BARELY TOUCHES when the rest are in shade. I'll just raise the tarp a little. These are tiny problems. Can't upload video until tomorrow. 6/24 Good thing u gave the plants that water. I know it wasn't much but we didn't get any rain. Suppised to get a qtr in today and another qtr in tomorrow. Then rain a couple more days. It's working our really good for my watering schedule lol. Yesterday the girls got there first dose of a bottled nute. They got two gallons of kelp me kelp you (1/3 tsp per gallon) and another gallon of just phed water. I was going to do another gallon but held off due to the threat of syring rain. Didn't get it bur it looks like the plants loved the kelp. It had reached 90 yesterday. They look better today. It's 70 at 9 today. I LST the 10th planet in the 3 gallon. It's getting huge. I should start a separate diary for those three light dep plants. Its cool as hell watching this. One of the purple punches is flowering pretty good. I probably should start another diary for them. I'll be starting to feed my plants soon. Wondering if I should pinch plants again. I'm surprised how well these girls withstood this storm. They are certainly resilient. The 2 purple punch 1 10th planet that I'm light depping are flowering nicely now. They missed all the commotion from the storm as they were inside. It's smelling good. I'm happy. 6/26 It's what a friend would say is "maineing") out. That mistcthe plants love. I'm surprised the plants are doing as good as they have been considering the wind. Will be adding nutes soon. Need to add extra supports too. Light dep 6/27 Brief periods or torrential downpours. Light depped 3 gallon 0lants are under an overhanfcwhete the hatsxrain can't hurt them but they still get sun. They are really starting to flower now! I'm going to begin feeding with a base nute and a flower nute I think. I'm thinking about giving the light dep some open sesame or something similar. I need to set up a nute program soon but the plants ALL look so healthy! And it's been raining! I've only watered like once or twice since they've been in the big pots. I've seen zero pests aside from a chunk missing from a grasshopper. Usually by now I'd have battled half a dozen things and be battling another half dozen. However I was posing from clones. These are seeds and boy don't I see the difference!

I was afraid of finding a lot of budrot, luckily it was only the one cola. The buds are very frosty, the bottom at the base of the branch looks a bit brownish on some buds, i inspected it with a microscope and didnt find any mold or weird things. There are a lot of amber trichomes tho. I think that's why it looks brown like that. It smells and smokes good, so i think its fine. If someone thinks otherwise, let me know! End results: Buds: 92 Grams Small Buds: 18 Grams Trim: 16.7 Grams Total weight of the buds: 110 Grams. I calculated that i used a total of 72.3 watts this grow, that makes it 1.52 grams per watt! Very happy with the end results, and its by far my personal record hahaha.
