Lots going down this week! I threw up a couple pictures today (day 74) I'll add more pictures and videos later on but I wanted to get this week started... Day 70; Nothing much to report except we got the new Optic 8+ 120°lens LED installed!! We got her put up around day 69. It's the 2nd optic weve bought and love these lights! The plants reacted immediately and we only started them at 80%veg brightness 20%bloom. Increasing 10% or so a day. I also built a cloning station so I can take cuts tomorrow just incase we fide a unicorn!🤞 Day 71; Officially on 12/12 light schedule now! I've decided to keep #2 in her 3gal pot. #1 gets the 10gallon smartpot. Both are doing terrific. I top dressed with .5 table spoons per gallon of soil on both plants using Papa's Perfect Poop. Made buy Michigan made mix m3 soil company. Its 5-10-2 using 100% organic fossilized bat guano Day 72: I defoliated both plants today. Fairly heavy but not extreme. I took all the larger fan leaves out that were blocking the lower bud sites. I also took clones today. 2 off each plant. 1 of each clone went into an ez-cloner that uses spraying water to root them. The other 2 cuts I put in a hydrofarm cloner that submerges the stems in aerated water until rooting. Day 73; The girls both bounced back and are praying beautifully after the defoliation. Both loved it! I can definitely see the start of new growth already on the lowers. I'm keeping the clones on 24hr light schedule. I know its addition stress but it's easier for me. Day 74: Literally nothing happened today. I sat and stared at them for maybe 2hrs but that's about it tho lol Day 75: A bit done today. I rearranged the tent hoping to give the girls a bit more leg room(you can see #2 in the picture is growing all funny because of space) I also watered #2 tonight. I'm finding the Choc Mint OG do not like much water. I also took them out of the tent for some glamour shots. You can really see what difference 7gallons of soil can make in terms of size. #1 is nearly a foot taller. Both are starting to stretch. Curious how much that is. Put #2 out in shades place outside to harden up Day 76: Not much going on. I watered number 1. Day 77: Big day today. 3 days ago I put #2 outdoors in shade to acclimate. I know I rushed that a bit. Should have let her harden up a bit more first, but I wanted her in the ground and growing roots while she has time. Its gonna be close but I figure all my other outdoor plants are just starting to flower so why not? My tent was a little crowded so being outside will give her the best chance possible! Day 17, and she’s starting to show sugars from the top down. I can’t wait for a smell to develop, but when I did smell something during the first opening of the tent it smells something fruity. She’s drinking at least 4 gallons a day at this point.

Switched to 12/12 Defoiled them every 2 days...slightly, just to stop all shadings Mixed in some flowering nutes mid week Got an really even canopy...LST did a good job...light seems to be used very efficient now

Finally the weather is nice enough I transplanted them into there final 4gal pots and put them into the greenhousefor the season. Got my drip line all hooked up and so far seems like it's going good. Week 10 (27/03 - 02/04) During the past week the blue cheese started to change the colors of pistils into brown. All plants seem to be healthy and next to the end. During the past week I bought an iHub power strip in order to change my self-made control system, but at this time the iHub app is far useless; it often loses the settings and it randomly turns off/on the outlets. I hope that Mars Hydro will fix these bugs soon, it is annoying considering that the power strip is sturdy and well built as the rest of their products but the app that should control everything it isn't. During this week I'll change the nutrients to plants and I'll check the trichomes. 27/03 D64: - 28/03 D65: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.3. Trichomes check: majority are cloudy, especially on two fat bananas, few amber 29/03 D66: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.2 30/03 D67: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.0 31/03 D68: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.2. Trichomes check: Fat banana #2 has almost all trichomes cloudy and few amber; Fat banana #1 has majority cloudy, very few amber; Blue cheese has cloudy and few crystal 01/04 D69: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.3 02/04 D70: -

Skunk apple runtz I'm probably only going to keep 1 of these guys seeing the 2nd just has really bad growth so far. I'm sad about this I made this cross out my last grow and was hoping for the better end of things. The other plants is decent but we will see I hope it has the growth pattern of the lit farms Rick bobby and the bud structure of the obama runtz I grew It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

Buds getting fat and quite a bit of amber in the trichs as shown in the video. I keep saying to myself chop it but just a little longer i think. Or whenever i get impatient. Currently flushing with just water.

Day 84:Another week passes and these girls are still full of white pistils. The Los girl is now totally void of Nitrogen in her pot I think and it explains the yellowing from early on. I think I may have washed the life and nutes out with an overwatering and not had chance or time to replenish them fully. Their pot will be redone when she is out to re introduce all the life. The bids on her have definitely paid the price of no supply of abundant feeds and without doubt smaller than they could have been. She is so productive that it's a shame to reach the end this way. # 2 is leading the way for her to watch how its done.She is pushing nice shaggy fat colas that are starting to orange up a little now so should it be much longer before she reaches her perfect pint to harvest. #3 Has pushed herself to the top slot for size and development. The colas are so hard i can't squash them at all. They let me know they are there with bursts of pineapple smells as I move them around. I don't doubt that she will be another week before her end but that gives her more time to swell !. For growth , this strain is amazing and a definite grow for the future. until next week Growmies. have fun

Nutrient issues starting showing up. I used Mels square foot gardening soil mix and the chicken and cow poop has tons of nitrogen so i believe there was too much and started to get nitrogen toxicity..
