Triple G (Grow 26)

Bluemels The seedlings were visible after just 4 days at a constant 24°C. I only potted 2 out of 3. In the end, I only want to grow 1 plant. This will be my summer grow.

Bluemels The little ones are growing excellently. Fortunately, they haven't noticed any of the technical problems 😬. The hygrometer broke down again, the humidifier sometimes didn't turn off. Again 😒. That didn't harm the little plants at all. 😍 And soon the day will come to decide which of the two plants I will keep. 😊 Day 16 was decision day 💪, and it was just a Triple G left. 😄

Bluemels On day 21 it was time to repot the Triple G and move it into its own grow tent 😁 Already on day 22 I was able to top the plant at the nodes 😃

Bluemels Unfortunately, the leaf tips are slightly burnt. I raised the temperature too quickly 😒 Now I'm back to 25°C daytime temperature and adding Alg a mic to the watering, that should help 😌 After 2 days, the plant has visibly recovered 😍, it looks more vibrant than ever 😁

Bluemels On day 39, the Triple G shows a tiny pre-flower 😜 On day 40, I topped the Triple G at 4 branches.

Bluemels On day 42, I bent all the main branches down to create more structure 💪 Day 46: last defoliation before flowering 😜 Day 47: the Triple G has recovered excellently from the topping! The remaining shoots have already become noticeably stronger. In 2 days, I'll send her into flowering 😎

Bluemels Day 56: The Triple G has grown 22cm in the 1st week of flowering, leaving me with 20cm left for the lamp 😬 Otherwise, the last few days have been very hot outside, and as a result, the temperature for my plants has increased by 2°C overall, but it doesn't seem to bother them 😀 Day 57: Right on schedule after 1 week of flowering, I noticed a subtle scent from both plants (Shogun and Triple G). Today it got really hot again, with nighttime temperatures averaging 26°C and daytime at 27°C 😱, but that also doesn't seem to bother them so far. 😎 Day 59: Earlier than planned, I had to defoliate the Triple G, as it's stretching quite a lot, probably due to the large leaves, and it's standing very closely together. The node distances are at 10cm at the bottom 😳 I don’t have much space left upwards. 😨 Day 60: Even after defoliating, the Triple G has no intention of slowing down its stretch. I won't raise the lamp just yet; I'll only raise the last 10cm when the lady stops stretching 😬

Bluemels Day 63: The Triple G is giving me headaches, it has stretched a lot. I barely have any space left for the lamp. 😱 The plant has very few flower sites, watering takes forever. 😨 Day 65: One last time I raised the lamp, can't go any higher. But thankfully the Triple G is finally starting to spread out. 😌

Bluemels Day 70: The Triple G is my problem child. She's really stretched out 😱 The lamp is already at max height 😨 So, there's a lamp distance of 20cm - 30cm. I hope everything goes well 😬 The plant has only a few flowers, but is incredibly thirsty, yet it's hard to water her. Day 72: I was shocked to see that the first leaves in the middle are already turning yellow 😱 I managed to get the lamp distance back to 30cm instead of the previous 25cm with a lot of tinkering 😄 The filter is now pretty close to the ceiling, but oh well 😁

Bluemels Day 77: Since today, the full amount of nutrients! Only the climate is a thriller 😱 we currently have a lot of rain here, in between quite warm, so it’s a constant back and forth. Yesterday I already had the first fungus gnats 😩 I didn’t waste any time and put dehumidifiers in the grow boxes, but now it’s at least 1°C warmer in the boxes. If it doesn’t get too warm outside, it could work... if..... Day 80: Currently, we have a subtropical climate here, I have temperatures in the box of up to 28°C, cooling down during the night phase is no longer possible. But my plants are handling it well so far, they even look more vibrant 😍

Bluemels Tag 84: The Triple G has handled the past hot week very well. Its smell is getting more intense day by day. Tag 89: After the Triple G got a bit out of shape, I pushed the net up quite a bit, it was a sticky situation 😛 But it was worth it, the individual shoots are now getting more even light.

Bluemels Tag 91: Only 3 weeks left until harvest! The Triple G is developing wonderfully, it's become a real jungle 😁 I'm curious to see how much it will yield in the end, it's hard to guess right now 😶

Bluemels Day 98: The last 2 weeks have begun 😁!! From now on, the Triple G will no longer be fertilized. It's already very sticky. And it smells intense. The climate is pretty good, not too warm right now. Day 102: It seems like it's going to be a cooler August, which is wonderful for my plants 😍 now in the final phase.

Bluemels Tag 105: Only 7 days until harvest! Can't wait 😍

Bluemels Tag 112: Harvest! There was a lot to trim, but I think the result looks great 😍 It ended up being 700g wet weight. Now just 2 more weeks to wait 😋

Bluemels I didn't expect that much because the grow with the Triple G was quite a hassle. Due to the strong stretch, I barely had enough distance from the lamp. The harvest was also quite labor-intensive because of the long internode spacing. But the result is impressive and has excellent quality!
