Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

Hello All. I took a lot of pictures. Hope you don't mine, but I had fun. I think everyone likes to see large harvest pictures. It all started back in early January when I took clones of my favorite plants. It was a cold winter here this year, for these parts. So it was mid March when I got the plants out in the greenhouse. The spring was damp and cold too. I found powdery mildew in the garden about 2 weeks before I found it in the greenhouse. I got it on the Skunkberry and the Burmberry, But not on either Amnesia Lemon or the Sister Amnesia Lemon. I was very pleased about that :) I found some spider mites in the last week and a half. I decided to turn up the fans instead of spray. Yes they still spread but very slowly when they can't spin their webs. I didn't find many when I harvested. Everything else went well this season. I found a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights that I liked. So I'll try to make some seeds with the Amnesia Lemon, Skunkberry and the Burmberry. I'm trying to fatten up the Burmberry. I'm interested to see if the Amnesia Lemon gets fatter buds and carries the P.M. resistance to the seeds, I'm hoping. The tall Sister Amnesia lemon in the middle did cause a drop of production from the plants on either side of it. They were in more shade. Something to work on for next year :) The Skunkberry had the most P.M. I used a new produce that I'm pleased with, it's White Wash frequency altered water. Knocks the P.M. right out. I found that if you put a large tray under where you are spraying you can catch the run off. I could use it a couple of times with no change in effectiveness. It must be the Scottish in me. I try to reuse or recycle as much as possible. Cuts costs, and help make me feel like I'm doing good and helping the planet. My feeding schedule was: I had a 15 gallon half barrel and pump with hoses and nozzles. I filled the barrel with nutrient solution and watered by minuets, 15 for clod days and 25 or 30 minuets on hot days. After 3 or4 days I added water when the solution got low. Mixed new solution once a week, and cleaned the barrel and pump. I also took the hose in the greenhouse and soaked them till run off once a week and measured the ph. I saw a few fungus gnats, but the spiders and nematodes (from my compost I added when I mixed soil) sure help to keep the numbers down. I like to put my buds in a paper bag to dry and cure. Inside I hang the buds for 3 days before putting the buds in paper bags. But it was so hot in the green house that 2 days was more that enough before putting the buds in the paper bags. The bags sat in the greenhouse for 3 days and then went in to the basement to finish. The old hippies told me that they use to put their buds to cure in the middle of a bushel of straw. I seems that the drying buds gives off a gas, that when trapped around the buds helps to take away the bitterness and raunchiness' of the uncured buds. The bags also help in wicking away the moisture of the drying buds, just like the straw did. After a week I check to see if it is dry enough. If the buds are dense the bag might need to be rehung for a few days to finish. I prefer a dryer bud. I like to hear a light crunch when I put a bud in my pipe. In Conclusion: This was my best grow ever! Big thanks to Barneys farm, for great seeds. I've got LSD started and I will try that in the greenhouse next year, 5/5 for mold and pest resistance. I'm very happy with the results. I was concerned because I have 2 rental houses behind me and one of them had a big backyard party at my week 5 of flowering. You could smell the grow by then and I was hoping I wasn't going to get ripped off. I looked through the fence a few days later and saw about 12 large plant pots, growing cannabis. I'm very happy. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Ergebnis: ein deutlich aufgeräumtes Gerüst mit Fokus auf die Top-Triebe, die jetzt alle schön im Licht stehen wie VIPs auf der Gästeliste. Und die Buds? Die haben in Woche 4 endgültig beschlossen, keine Theorie mehr zu sein. Die Colas strecken sich nach oben, dicht besetzt mit weißen Stempeln, die mittlerweile nicht mehr „Hallo“ sagen, sondern „Bleib noch ein paar Wochen“. Flushed once and light defoliation this week as it’s one on the last times to do so before trellis net goes on. Also one of my last applications of organic insecticidal soaps (preventative) and Magnifical applied as a foliar spray. Low stress training for very last time and released by the end of the week. Girls are looking healthy with a few clearly showing sex. New intake fan and exhaust next week for when heating comes on in the house.

Welcome to 📅 Day 43: flower 4/26/2021 she is growing so good for only 3 weeks in flower the air stone is doing great in the pot and doing just what I want it to do. The Mars Hydro TS 1000 light is really showing its stuff right now as the flowers are getting big fast The deficiency's are staying small so I guess my plan is working I just need to keep an eye on it. That's it for now Happy growing and as always keep your stick on the ice 🏒

week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

Insgesamt war dies eine sehr erfolgreiche und erfreuliche Woche im Grow, mit weiterhin sichtbaren Fortschritten. The plants grew even stronger and healthier, and their leaves were now larger than my hands – and I have really big hands! 😄 Humidity and temperature remained stable, staying within the same optimal range as the previous week. The plants also showed a noticeable change in color, becoming significantly darker green, indicating an optimal nutrient supply and healthy development. Overall, it was a highly successful and satisfying week, with clear progress visible.
