Dec. 13 - start of week 11 and all's well into the flip to flower. Clipped 'er out real good twice but there's no stopping these girls. Probably looking at some serious pruning over the next 2 weeks. We'll keep it light but regular and with luck, it'll be a perfect mix between max photo synth. and energy allocation. We've gone much more aggressive with the nute shed. - gonna jam 'em every feed on a 5:1 ratioof full strength to calmag only and see how they take to it instead of the current 3:1. @quexos was spot non about the defo - shoulda been a little more ruthless but all good - we'll get there homie๐Ÿ˜‰ Thanks again to the usual suspects for the comments and critiques. You folks continue to keep it chill, enlightening and positive - you grow fiends have been awesome and best to all of you this Christmas!๐Ÿ‘Š Peace, love and all that other stuff.๐Ÿ˜Ž Dec. 16 update - the stretch is on heavy and yeah, weโ€™re gonna have a height issue with the cabinet ๐Ÿ‘. ILL Chat back later for input on how we go about tackling this eventual issue๐Ÿ‘ Excellent ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜Ž. Background After the batshit nonsense with this years outdoor grows getting jacked, I need some kush and I need it fast! This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. Theyโ€™ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). Ive had my eye on a critical & kush cross for awhile and really looking forward to seeing this one grow out. Thanks for take'n a peek, stayed tuned, and happy grow'n folks! ๐Ÿ‘Š

After germinating on a wet paper towel inside a hanging plastic baggie for 48 hours, all 6 seeds have opened up. The 3 ZHEETOS (=ZKITTLES X CHEESE) and the 3 BADAZZ-CHEESE (=BADAZZ-KUSH X CHEESE) seeds, which I received directly from Milo from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS have a 100% germination result, I love it. The seeds are then carefully (with gloves on and a tweezer) transplanted into small pots (0,25 liter) filled with PLAGRON Grow-Mix. You can see how its done in the video and pics above. I fill the pot with soil and water it a little bit. Then I make a small hole with a finger in the center of the soil. I take the seed off the wet paper towel with a tweezer and put it onto the side-wall of the small hole. I position it right at the edge with the white tap-root pointing down and the seed-shell laying on the edge of the hole. Then i push the soil from the other side-wall towards the seed, so it is enclosed with soil from all sides and the top of the seed shell still peaks out of the soil. This way the seedling does not have to fight its way to the surface, but can grow out right away. Within 24 hours I can see the small seedlings rise and push out of the soil. Some with the seed-shells still on them other without the seed-shell, depending if they were able to shed them in the soil already. The first ones to rise are ZHEETOS #1 and #2 together with BADAZZ-CHEESE #1 and #2, both #3-plants are one day later out of the soil. During week 1 I only gave them little water (0,1 liter per plant every 2nd day) and on day 7 I add BIONOVA ROOTS to the water (0,5 ml/l) to enhance the growth of the roots of the seedlings. After a few days all 6 seedlings have surfaced and then shed their seed shells and unfolded their Cotyledons (=first round leaf). They grow quick and healthy in the first week inside my GrowforLife-Coset and start to develop the first sets of real leaves. This closet is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and MOST SILENT stealth-grow-cabinet EVER! (check them out: www.growforlife.com ) I loved my first round in it and cant wait for this one. The plants LOVE the spectrum and light-intensity of the two 50 watts SANlight-LED modules built into the closet. The 100 watts of light are plenty for the small grow-surface (45x45cm) of the closet. This round I will try the whole line of BIONOVA nutrients from the Netherlands, since I have only heard good things about them.

I topped this beautiful girl again and it was 32 tops in total, now I will wait 2-3 weeks for her to overcome these heavy stresses and start active growth, after which I will cover the scrog net and switch the light cycle to 12/12 ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒ‹

So this is the last week before harvest, the trichomes are gettin milky and this time i will cut a little bit earlier. It is rainy and humid outside, it's good to finish now. Gave her Flash Clean for 3 days now, flushing. in 3 days the reservoir will be empty and the last 3 days she wont get any water . Set the PPFD to 600 to save the terpenes. After some start problems she turned out better, my first time in Autopots and pure coco. A lot of buds, i think 180 Dry. The top are already smokeable, i did a partial harvest. Smoke Report will follow Thanks to Terra Aquatica for the fertilizers and FastBuds for the seeds!

Growing well. Just fed 12 cups Ph'd water (6.3). Lots of cold humid air coming in from outside, plus with the half soil half coco mix I think they're holding water a long time. They're only needing water once a week right now. They were not impressed with the water-only feeding. Some leaves got burnt tips, some got small yellow dots that look like spores or insects but I don't think are either. I think it's some kind of nutrient or pH unhappiness. I only gave 2/3 of the amount of water I normally would, hoping that they will dry out soon and I can give a proper feeding and check runoff pH. I left them alone for a couple days and boosted the 1000w back up to 100% to dry things out a bit more. The buds loved it but I think it's damaging the leaves a bit. I put it back down to 75% just now. I forgot to adjust the intake fan from outside down to low overnight from medium during the day and leaf temp was down to 13.3c when I woke up. Can't be doing that either.

The plants finally seem like they're picking up steam, with more noticeable growth every day. We're really surprised by the variation between Plant #3 and the others. All plants have been receiving the same light levels and watering but Plant #3 is super leggy! The space between 2 nodes is almost as much as the entire height of Plant #2. Day 22 - light levels have been slowly increased throughout week 3. We're now averaging 27k LUX across the canopy. - More LST on Plants #1 and #3, started some very minor LST on Plant #2. - We plan to do another magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) foliar feed, although we think that our last foliar feed did have some positive effect and the yellowing of the leaves has improved some. - These girls are also finally starting to become thirsty and i expect that we'll be increasing our watering frequency this week. - We've noticed that these plants tend to respond better to daytime temps between 78-83F. Under 78F and they seem to look and grow rather sluggish. We wonder if that has to do with the fact that LED lights do not provide any UV, therefore, in order to maintain optimal leaf surface temperature, the air temp perhaps needs to be slightly higher than if using CMH or HPS bulbs. It's just a theory but regardless of the science, we're aiming for 80-82F during veg. - We trimmed the lowest set of branch shoots off of Plant #2. It is so compact in there... 6 nodes in less than 2 inches of growth! The branches are all tiny so we're going to experiment a little and focus the growth on the main stem, leaving a few of the more robust looking branches. Day 23 - Watered with dechlorinated, aerated tap water, with approximately 1ml/gal of GHE's "CALiMAGic". pH adjusted to 6.5 - Continued LST on plants #1 & #3. We got a little too carried away with Plant #1 and ended up ever so slightly breaking the main stem! Luckily, it was just a small "gash" and we're confident it'll heal up quickly (see "Day 23" photo above). - As part of our LST treatment, we do leaf tucking as well, which seems to be having a positive effect on the development of some of those branches that are covered by the larger fan leaves. - Day 23 really was a day of mishaps... our air conditioner timer did not turn on again and for about 6 hrs the temperature inside the tent reached 87F. - Our HLG Elite 360 light fixture is now running at approximately 40-45% intensity, at about 32" above the canopy. Combined with the Sunblaster strip lights, we're getting approximately 28-30,000 LUX across the canopy. - I expect that we'll start seeing some pre-flowers/pistils within this next week, at which time we'll be looking at swapping the three 6400K Sunblasters with two 2700K Sunblasters, to supplement our main light. - Lastly, we did another magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) foliar feed at lights-out. We went a bit stronger than anticipated, with a 700ppm solution of dechlorinated, aerated tap water and approximately 1 teaspoon of epsom salts per gallon. We were aiming for about 400ppm, so hopefully 700 isn't too high! pH adjusted to 6.6 and applied with a fine mist spray bottle. Day 24 - Started LST on Plant #2, tied down main top, some leaf tucking. - Temp: 73-82F - RH: 45-60% - Lowered HLG Elite 360 light fixture by 1-2 inches, to approximately 30 inches above canopy. - Lowered the center Sunblaster LED strip by 1-2 inches. - LUX: 27-30,000+ - Our "light meter" app maxes out at 30,000 LUX, so we're unable to read anything above that... A proper light meter is on our wishlist! ๐Ÿ‘Œ Day 25 - LST on Plant #2 - Lowered Elite 360 fixture to 28" above canopy. Increased intensity to approx. 50%. - LUX estimated at 29-32,000 across canopy. Day 26 - Plant #2 showing some light/heat stress. - Raised Elite 360 fixture up 2-3 inches. - Aiming for slightly lower temperatures of 78-80F, instead of 80-82F Day 27 - Watered with a 315ppm nutrient solution. Watered to approximately 10% runoff. Day 28 - Defoliation of a few fan leaves and small branches from Plant #1 & #2. - Plant #2 really seems to have some dwarf genetics showing up or something... very small branches and leaves... looking under-developed. We're a bit concerned that she won't have what it takes to put on weight. - Temperatures have been swinging a bit further than we'd like, reaching down to 73F during lights off and occasionally getting up to 84F during lights on. Most of the time the temp sits between 79-80F. - Pistils are definitely showing on Plants # 1 & #2, with Plant #3 the furthest behind in pre-flower (but also the largest plant!). - Week 4 to week 5 is typically where we've run into nutrient deficiency and excess issues, so we're really hoping this coming week goes smoothly.

Day 83 Day 41 Flower This Royal Creamatic has done amazingly well. I'm very impressed royal queen seeds!! She has finalised, soil has returned to dry, I also did 24hrs of darkness on last day to help boost trichome development, not sure if worked or not but she is very tasty looking! Trichomes now seeing amber and pinks they look amazing, the smell is unreal, a caramel sweet hint then BANG straight gas to the nose and throat ๐Ÿ˜‚ safe to say she'll be a hitter ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’š Overall I'm impressed with what I achieved from a 3gal fabric pot, on a whim I threw 3 seeds in, kept 2. Topped one, and found this strain prefers to just have lst and support during flower as she does present some dense flowers ๐Ÿ™Œ I have a wet bud weight of 570g. Trimmed wet buds are 423g Wet trim 47g I will be hanging for 7-10 days, possibly 14 due to size of nuggets ๐Ÿ˜…. I'll update dry weight then ๐Ÿคž Bud dry weight 287g!! It smells incredible! Gassy, pungent straight to the nose, but then it's a sweet caramel / vanilla tone. Smoking - ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹, damn, my partner only had 4-8drags normally, but she described this one as a caramel biscuit ice cream, that tasted that good she smoked past the high ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ She was off, half a joint and done. Giggles, munchies, sex sleep. I enjoyed. It on the other hand, straight the eyes, dry throat, munchies as soon as stubbed out. Then we had amazing connection s+x ๐Ÿ˜. One of my favourite strains I've done so far. Thanks everyone for following, comments and the likes ๐Ÿ™ Stay high growmies โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ’š

Hello growers and we are back in the garden with crystal meth sorry iv missed a few weeks but have been occupied elsewhere but Iโ€™m back on track day 49 today I didnโ€™t have high hopes for this girl as she has got white leafs up 1 side of the plant and she took awhile to get going but Iโ€™m glad I left her to do her thing as her buds are pure purple ๐Ÿ˜ I canโ€™t wait to see the end product I did do a purple lemonade but she didnโ€™t have the colour like this 1 until next week be safe and happy growing โœŒ๏ธ

Finished Week 3 of Flower and watching it like a hawk for any hint of PM. Did have to spray occasionally on a few leaves, but total spots found were less than 10 for all three plants. I perform DAILY inspections, LEAF BY LEAF, ensuring I do not suffer the same fate I encountered on my first grow. Did some light LST'ng, but more really like pulling down slightly, any very tall stems. Removed remaining fan leaves that aren't on a node with an active bud site, mostly all bottom level leaves. All in all, some great bud growth. I can say The Bling is a very lanky and upright plant. I still have all the LST wires attached as there is still tension for it to grow straight up! Mimosa has the most bud sites and even growth. Napali Pink is also growing well. Has been unaffected by PM from early on through today. If you are looking for a hearty, PM-resistant plant, Napali Pink is it.
