D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room.

- RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF
D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature.

- water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each
- run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush

D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days.

D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet.

D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky.

D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches.

D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong.

Gals are hardening up, guessing 1 more week or so, starting to monitor trichomes.
Stopped MKP a few weeks ago but seeng some signs of K def so adding in a small amount at the end of this week (0.5g/gal).

What’s up fellow Growmies! Got another exciting strain from Canuk Seeds... Cement Shoes! Yep, gonna be sleeping with the fishes. Lol First time trying this strain but so far it’s been a breeze. I kinda took a break from documenting my grows because life got a bit hectic for a bit their, but I’m back and got some more great strains lined up for the future. Gonna try and do an outdoor RDWC setup this summer so stay tuned, gonna be some monsters hopefully! I’ve never seen it done really and I have a few ideas...lol but anyway, back the the cement shoes. So I started them awhile back(not exactly sure when) in my smaller tent(3x4) under a single 1200w King LED grow light. They spent about 2 months in this tent in 3 gal DWC buckets until they outgrew the buckets and tent and need to be moved. Up until this point they were kinda just on auto pilot in the background of my other larger tents. But I was planning on reducing my plant count in my larger 4x8 tents so I decided to go from 4 plants per tent to 2 plants per tent, so we needed some big girls to fill these tents. Lol they were topped at 3-4th node and just let them go from there. They ended up being about 3 feet tall above the 1ft tall buckets. Moved them over too one of my bigger 4x8 tents and added a screen very carefully and ScrOG’d them out. Still waiting on my new Eye HPS Bulb so they are still currently under my 1000w MH. I’ll post all the pics I can find in this weeks log from the veg time and they are about 2 weeks into flower now so I’ll snap some flower pics soon and continue from there. So far 2 plants vegged a bit longer are filling the shoes of 4 plants no problem. Having more space means I also have not had to really defoliate at all. Well that’s it so far, stay tuned for more! well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

Week 3 has been great for these Wedding Cheesecake Autos from Fastbuds! All 5 have been tied down for LST (LowStressTraining) an are looking gorgeous! Little bit of Mag issues but bumped it up from 1 TSp of Cal Mag to 2 tsp and they are looking better everyday! Stay tuned for next weeks photos to see these ladies do their thang!! This is the final week, next time will be the harvest, this girl just got mature from a day to the other, lost 70% of the top bud due to rot i haven t seen. So i could get virtually 30-40% yield from this girl
Without the locks or rot, anyhow still looking ok as far as harvest, quality will be a bit compromise, not the end of times though lol! 🙃👊🏻👍🏻

Been a wonderful week! Defoliated for the last time until the flip and have great news! Have a new light on arrival TSW2000 and it will cover the whole space in the tent! Our journey with the amazing LSD lady from Seeds Mafia has come to an end. From the very beginning, this girl delighted us with her performance. There were no problems throughout the entire growth period. She grew very vigorously, with thick stems, green leaves, and an incredibly sticky texture. The aroma is superb – strong, powerful, sharp, and pleasant. With just one whiff, you can tell it's a bomb, or I'd say a rocket into space. We planted her on October 29, 2023, and harvested on February 28, 2024. She had a 6-week vegetative period, and the rest of the time was spent flowering.
Three weeks before harvest, we stopped feeding her nutrients, giving only purified water. Two weeks before harvest, we watered her with ice water three times every other day. Five days before harvest, we stopped watering altogether. The buds are dense, heavily covered in trichomes, and the branches would have started breaking without support.
I want to thank Seeds Mafia once again for this awesome strain. I'm very pleased with this LSD lady and highly recommend it – you won't regret it, it's truly a bomb. I tried the lower buds, and they hit seasoned smokers hard. I'll soon try the upper buds but will be very careful, starting with microdoses.
Seeds Mafia are reputable producers who not only excel in their strains but also care for their customers and value their reputation. I highly recommend visiting their website and choosing what suits your taste. I didn't weigh the wet buds, I hung our beauty upside down for about 14 days to dry. It will be dried at a temperature of 20-25°C with humidity between 55-65%. That's about it.

Top Bud : is a fattening fertilizer for the flowering stage. It maximum concentration of phosphorus and potassium and its absence of nitrates make it an ideal fertilizer for fatterning, while respecting the good taste of the crop.
It is also rich in amino acids that benefit the development of flowers.
Dilute at the rate of: 0.5-1ml per 1L of water once a week.
Apt to: Its use in hydroponic substrate and coconut fiber.

Inizio della seconda settimana di vegetazione, le FBC sulla destra corrono veloci, cotiledoni verdi e forte fotosintesi (anche grazie al Led) che le spinge a pompare tanto nutrimento (dimensioni infatti doppie rispetto alle altre), Mimoshi al centro con un po’ ti ritardo, ancora solo il cotiledone fuori e anche un po’ ingiallito, con la bottiglia provo ad aumentare un po’ l’umidità, ma conoscendo la genetica è molto delicata, White Runtz con le prima foglie che sembrano basilico, stropicciate e piccole, sarà un fenotipo non selezionato, Frosted guava nella norma.

Very healthy looking seedling, starting to grow very fast, she's got a great size for 14 days only and I think I'll transplant her in a couple of days more when she is 17 days or so like the other ones in this run, they grow extremely fast under the tsl2000 by mars hydro, very happy with the results I'm achieving in terms of growth, I hope the same in flower! I have Transplanted this lady into her definitive 11l pot on February 6th which is her day 17 since she was planted, she's 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this 2x4 run, she's looking very healthy and strong, let's see how she keeps developing herself!

Day 42-49 (June 11th - June 18th)
(Day 43) I need to work on my early veg times. Things are just too slow in the seedling stage. Next round I will use a coco/Destiny blend for the better aeration and lower EC. Even with my indoor plants. I notice plants started in coco root way faster. Not just with weed either. All plants seem to like it better. Coco is far superior to peat imo.
(Day 44) I’m pruning off the lower branches on my rooted blackberry clone. It’s cool to see it’s weird reveged structure. Lots of the fan leaves have trichomes on them.
(Day 45) Something really weird is happening to Grapefruit #3. The leaves are browning and starting to gnarl. It could be an insect of some sort as it’s the only plant looking like that.
(Day 47) It just hailed super badly and the leaves on some of the plants are pretty damaged. In my neighboring town the hail caused multimillions in damage so we got lucky here.
I’m going to spray some method 1 pps prevention spray today to help keep pests at bay. I will try to do it in overcast or shade. I’m seeing what looks like thrip damage but there is no way they can survive the cold nights here. Dog shit in my yard is attracting flies which then land on plants spreading god knows what.
(Day 48) Autos are still really stunted. I wasn’t able to find out how big they will get so I will just wait and see. I would guess they’re in their flowering stretch because their growth is unusually fast right now. I will probably just end up with 6-10 inch ornamental plants for autos. Definitely should have started them around mid summer in coco then transplanted. Time is of the essence with autos it seems.
(Day 49) Photoperiod plants are looking really happy but growth is stunted from the cold and lack of light. I was hoping for bigger plants by now. A lot of growth can happen in 2 weeks so we’ll see. I’m definitely not transplanting on the 21st but the sooner I do it the better. The bbb clones are struggling hard to root but I can see new growth on them starting to push out.
My clones are taking a really long time to establish. Every plant here, I don’t care how stunted, must be flipped by July 15th.

Shes growing well , I will be dialing the nutrients back on her as well I dont think I have to but its to keep it nice and even throughout the grow until she reaches flower . I can really say I have complaints about her for the past week shes been growing and doing her thing :) Shes getting ready to push up a new node so thats always exciting !

Starting to bud now. The plant has grown rapidly and is getting taller. Had no issues so far apart from she is very hungry. No smell or anything yet.
