D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

Day 22: approx. 5-7 roots 10-20cm long are coming out of inner pot. Day 25: Alright, I got another big accident. I guess lowest link of stem was damaged from my burn attack in 1st week. So it broke by weight of the plant - not bend but really broke with only a small part connecting roots with higher stem links remaining. I added substrate covering the broken area and gave a support to bring her back in vertical position. I am so sorry for this plant - considering the 1st week I have as good as killed her 2 times already. I will watch her, providing most possible comfort I can give, for couple of days. Lets hope she manage to solve this issue as well. Added air stone pump into waterfarm outer pot. Removed 4-5 damaged/burned lower leaves. Day 28: lights timer locked and didn't switch off for night time. I noticed that only during following night. Otherwise everything is fine, seems like she recovers well. A real pleasure to watch this beauty grow :) Will provide remaining pics & video for this week approx on Tue or Wed.

Ok so getting a bit concerned. I'm trying to keep nutrients low, but am noticing spotting on some other leaves and some of the white pistils lower down are growing in brown instead of white. Spotting on at least one of the plants has gotten to the degree I've trimmed it a bit and the lower leaves look fine. Please let me know if you see an issue with any of the above pictures / advice. - Update: Ok looks like I have a bit of light burn and possibly some nutrient issues as well. Have been adding more cal mag. Trying to water a bit less than was as may not have been letting the coco dry out enough. And I have moved my LED lights as far up as is possible currently to try and see how it goes, not sure If I've mucked this up or will still get a decent harvest. Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome. Edited: 28/09/18 Got a nice mini led microscope to check out my affected leaves. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00LAX52IQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Glad to report that I have not seen a single mite on any of my checks between 60 to 120 magnification. Even split open a stem where I had to remove a leaf earlier and had a look inside just to be sure. There are lots of little circle type globs on the leaves, but I take it this is trichomes and not eggs.

Abrazo, Tom

Week 8 of Flower Lowering Temps/RH, lower CO2 concentration, lowering nutrient concentration, & lower light intensity to mimic fall conditions. Flushing is right around the corner. Day 50 of Flower Temp./RH Daytime:75F/45%RH Nighttime:60F/55%RH Day 53 of Flower Today, I performed a reservoir change for Pheno’s 1 & 2. I lowered the ppm to 400 & the pH is set to 5.8. The temperature of the nutrient solution in my DWCs is lowered because I have been inserting frozen 16 oz. water bottles in order to mimic fall temps. The temperature fluctuates, but it is consistently lower than without the frozen bottles. Day 55 Final flush using GH Florakleen. New LED Floraflex 700 watt.

Week 1 of flowering 9/18/24 Took 4 clones a day before. Defoliated and trained plants. Watering 4 times a day (with little runoff at the first watering) changed nutrients to fit the transition from veg to flower (base chart from CocoForCannabis, with small changes to the nutrient line I have) put on another scrog (to keep the colas straight when they get too big for the branch to hold them)

I decided not to flush her, since I mixed her last food too strong and ended up with lots of leftover. She's also my only plant blooming at the moment, so I'll just keep using the leftover prepared water to top her buckets until she's done. ;) ----- The leaves turning yellow tell me I need to get ready to harvest her, probably this weekend. I'm sure I could do it already, but I'm really pushing for a couchlock...

Hi everyone, some tme ago i found some seeds in a bag of weed bought at the local weedshop. I will try my own version/style of LST this time keeping my fingers crossed... bagseed... so many risks LoL I use Hy-pro feeding, no nutrient problems so far. And in later stages i throw in all kinds of supplementary nutrients, some mineral, some bio. As we buy in legal stores since ages here, our quality standards are quite high, so when i do this at home i try to achieve that quality, it isn't difficult to surpass the quality. So,, lets hope for the best, Game On

This week was the start of the flush. After some research and debating on the subject, decided to flush all plants but #8. Wanted to get our own conclusions as to whether or not flushing is necessary. Excited to see the results. Plant #1 - 3500ml water Ph between 6.00 - 6.10 Plant #2 - 3500ml water Ph between 6.00 - 6.10 Plant #6 - 2000ml water Ph between 6.00 - 6.10 Plant #8 - 8ml in 3000ml water Ph between 6.00 - 6.10 Busted out the professional macro camera to check the trichomes. Thanks to a family member for helping out, but I am unable to post any pictures taken sorry all

Hey fellow growers welcome back for week 7 update of my criticalpurple and pineapple auto grow! So the only real update to the grow operation is an air conditioner install! Which has made a major change in the climate and my girls are very satisfied with their new lifestyle!! Bud production is on the increase! I also installed pot elevators under all my ladies as suggested by Papa_T. To help get some air flow under the pots to prevent root rot. I just installed these tonight so I'll let yall know what I think of them. Here's the link if you wish to purchase them- https://hydropros.com/products/gro-pro-nx-level-pot-elevator?_pos=2&_sid=b71ac87f9&_ss=r. I also had to purchase a new Ph meter because I dropped my old one in the mixing bucket(of course)! So if you read last week it was a all water week. This week I threw the nutrients too them after a deficiency. I was fed up with deficiency problems so I wanted to see what they would take! The girls seem to love the feeding! Also the deficiency is neutralizing. So I've only had the one feeding this week. I will be watering tomorrow. 10/18/21 5ml- calmag 4ml- micro 6ml- bloom 1/4ml ph down Ph 6.35 Solution temp 73.1F 1003 ppm Still alternate feed/Water every four days at 1gal/plant. I'm going off of pot weight mostly but it seems like a gal every 4-5 days and they are happy with it. Critical purple #1- So this lady has turned into a power house! She was slow in veg but quickly has recovered! She is throwing on the bud quick! She is going to be a heavy hitter! To me she seems to be filling out and her aroma is starting to join in with her 2 week ahead flowering sister! She is also my 🌟 of the week for the second week running! Measured 28" tall Critical purple #2- Boy oh boy is this shorty packing some heat! With this being this little ladies 4th week in 🌸 The aroma this lady is throwing out is intoxicating🤤🤤!! She is showing a few amber pistols but tricomes are clear and still developing I'm still thinking about three weeks out. She won't be plucked till ready! I can promise that! Measured 18" tall. Pineapple auto #1- So big week for this lady also as u remember from last week I was pulling the tape off Sunday well I waited until Tuesday 10/12 giving her a whole 9 days and I would like to say my girl is knuckled up👊! She has recovered saving my future bud site. I know this is small for more seasoned growers but for me this is a major stepping stone. Other than that bud production is chugging along. Every day this girl is still filling in her part of the tent. Measured 32" tall. Pineapple auto #2- This lady has been my focus factor this week. She was suffering a nitrogen, magnesium deficiency with some possible light burn also. But she is recovering after some cal-mag. I will prob give her cal- mag every feed/Water till flush from here on out too keep her stable. Even with the deficiency she is still producing bud so no signs of stress at this point. Measured this lady out to be 37" tall. I would like to Thank all the growers for taking time away from your own beauties to read about mine. I really do enjoy my time on here viewing your diaries and learning with you all. I just have a passion for this and wanna do the best I can for my ladies. So if you see any improvements that I can make or suggestions u wanna make, or even just to say hi hit me up! Well till next week Best of luck and Happy Growing!😎🌱💚💪💪
