It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. Grow diary 11 Stage 4 Days 31-40 Day 31 Turned power up to 85% on the mars hydro ts1000. Mines one of the old ones you need to stick a screw driver in to alter it. Day 36 Removed the single finger fan leaves and the 1st 3 fingered leaves. Day 39 Removed the 4 fan leaves from where she was topped last week. The start of this stage we hit a heat wave, day after day of heat. I had my humidifier on most of the 9 days. The tent didn't hit the temps I thought it would so that means I have my loft under a bit better control. The plant really kicked into gear this week, around day 34 she started to explode in growth. So far I have only done some lite defoliation by removing some of the 1st leaves that weren't getting any light anymore. I now think the west coast o.g is the nicest looking one in the grow. Week#5 Baby Boom By Kannabia Nov. 25th- Dec.2nd. Baby Boom has grown at a rapid rate this week growing to 15 inches and also growing side branches with multiple tops and has started to flower this week.

Both plants continue to fill in. Now I'm waiting for the perfect time to begin my flush. 🌱🔥🤘🇺🇸

This was a pretty good grow despite having to fight off trips. The end product is rly dank af. Rly looking forward to make extract with the cuttings.

Hello. Got the plants into the main grow room. There is 2 videos . In the first I just sit in the room quitly and turn the camera. you get a sense :) of what it's like in there. In the second I try to describe what's in the room, equipment and maybe a new technique. With the tomato cages I use, and needing the plant to slow down, I twist the stock into a large figure 8. Eventually I take off what is on the lower part of the 8, and just work the top of the 8. About 2 weeks in veg in this room. Then I take clones of everything before I switch to flower. >Carbon dioxide enhancement: I had to make that choice 20 years ago. I could, rent a tank and have my name on a list, at the gas store. Or make my own. They didn't have the small propane tanks like they do today for the blue flame you get when you burn it. I decided on a kerosene lamp burning down as low as it could be without going out. It makes a half blue and half yellow flame. I vent constantly so the small amount of carbon monoxide is not a problem. For the first week you can smell it a bit, but the smell disappears after that. I light the lamp in the morning and put it out at lights out (unless it's bed time). It needs to be put in a place in the room that cant get knocked over (pets, children, ?). I try to use extra attention whenever I use it. It can burn down the place. Be careful Please. >About 17 years ago I thought I'd lower my table by knocking a hole in the cement and dropping my 10 gallon reservoir more. I was able to lower it by 16 inches. Still have to watch the height of some plants though, it worked out well. Watch the video. > Air cleaner: The reason I got a big 8 inch exhaust fan was, I had a bout of powder mildew and needed better a exhaust system. When I plugged it in there was too much air moving. I phoned and asked and the salesman said that a dimmer switch wasn't a good idea. I put one on anyway. Works great. I have the fan barely on in the winter and about half way on in the middle of the summer. I haven't had any powdery mildew since. About 12 years ago I bought a good air cleaner. An ORECK, It has electrified plates that zap any organic particle or spore that come between the plates. Use to grow a Northern Lights that got 6 to 8 ounces per harvest, it grew big buds. Buds as big as my forearm. I had problems with gray mold attaching the buds. But none since I bought the air cleaner. Ya learn as you go.

29.3.25: This week has flown by. Everything is looking good. I've been watering alternatively with Bud Explosion PK booster and Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients. Also, plain water I'm between feeding. I watered yesterday and had run off from 2 pots, so I will wait for them to dry out sufficiently before watering again. Trying to mitigate the risks of mildew and / or mould due to too much water / humidity. 31.3.25: I cleaned out the tent and disinfected it again. Had a bit of runoff, which had left a bit of residue on the floor. Today, I took all the photos and videos whilst cleaning the tent. The pots had sufficiently dried, so I will water with the Greenleaf nutrients. I watered with dechlorinated water PH'd between 6.2-6.4. 6.5 litres contained the following nutrients: ♡ 1/4 Tsp Mega Crop Part A. ♡ 1/2 Tsp Bud Explosion PK booster ♡ 1/4 Tsp Sea K(elp). Week 8 and growth continues to be muted. Due to the poor soil, I'm only slightly scratching the strain's potential. I've attached a video of the insects that were in the soil, along with the fungus gnats. easy trim✂️ The buds are Absolutely perfect,exactly what i was looking for🤩 Green pheno : cookie,diesel & gelato🍪⛽️🍦 Purple pheno : flower,sweet & honey🌸🍯 After 7 days on the dry rack she was ready for the jar to start the curing process.😋

Plants are very healthy, nice deep and dark green and good growth. Did some defoliation and Will turn the clock to 12 hours light and increase the lights to 70% 622 ppfd for the first 2 weeks of flowering.

Day 7 - Everything seems to be going ok they are all growing about the same pace! Day 8 - They are all growing pretty equal right now , extremely happy with how things are going!✌️🏼🌱 Day 11 - one plant has some twisted leaves hopefully it’s nothing serious😫 will be keeping a eye on her, other than that they all seem to be growing great!
