They sent me the ROI-E420 with the Master Controller. First impression is amazing. Looks and feels like very high quality build. The spectrum seems more blue than the 3000k lm301H Kingbrite bars I have been using. The bars are thinner and packed with a lot of diodes, so they do run a little hotter than the KB at full power. I adjusted and now running them at 90%. For now the Kingbrite bars are being used as side lighting dimmed to about 30-35% depending on Grow room temps.

The plant is stretching very slowly which i wonder. The nitrogen overdosing could also be a factor the plant is not shooting up instead forming indica structure buds. Waiting to see the full formation. This plant is 90days old, will harvest when the plant is 120-140days

Trichomes are everywhere around this 2 purple punch. The middle plant is more frosty due to the nutrient feeding stress( bat guano powder topdressed). Most of the fan leaves have burnt off crispy but the sugar leaves are not disturbed. I will be watering plain PH water once a week to stimulate draught and humidity and temperature down. I noticed that when the plant is in stress mode during mid flowering, trichomes tend to form fast i guess it is the defence mechanism. The genetics from my local nation is top notch. The centre plant i am keeping a 2week time frame to harvest if the sugar leaves yellow soon.

Not sure what to expect of dry weight as this is my first grow, but seems like it should be pretty good for 2 square feet of grow space and my 150w light set at just over 100 watts.

Well my lovely ladies grew wonderfully it was my first grow with LED. Definitely a little learning curve still. I ended up with about 700 g out of eight plants not too bad for the size girl over my head. The smoke is amazing smooth with a henna citrus then knock you on your butt I did harvest plants at different time so I do have different outcomes some is a little more of the knock you down while others are a little more energetic. Great girl have lots to learn will continue to post in here love you guys.

This grow is over. Both plants have been processed & after drying for 14 days (trying to stay 60/60 as much as possible) Each plant has been bagged and locked into it's cure phase via Grove bags. Both phenos were absolutely phenomenal specimens & growing them out was an honor. Pheno one dominated her sister in every aspect except for Terps. She grew faster , was more resilient , developed denser trichome coated flowers and ultimately yielded more @ 220g. Her smell is bright Citrus with Skunky undertones. Now the shorty pheno may not have yielded as much as her taller more vigorous sister, but her terps were off the charts! Pungent sweet Citrus that almost burns the sinuses. She came in @ 147g with 60g of floof that I've arranged for pressing in the nearby future. Her buds were not as dense as her sister's but notably stickier.All in all I'm very pleased with a total yield of 428g. I got both plants divided into four 1/4 LB Grove Bags with RH locked at 60-62%RH . Smoke report coming after a minimum 2 week cure. Thank you to everybody who stopped by to check this grow out. I hope this diary can be used as a reference to those who wish to try growing in living soil and sub irrigated planters. Pineapple Runtz grow underway!

This plant is a test of a new genetic I hope to release from GHSC which I thank for letting me try these delicacies. The highest quality is the resin, oh my how much resin has spread on the flowers and leaves, even the most peripheral ones. Exceptional way of rendering this plant. It's also very very fast, ready in 9 weeks and I really love the way even the leaves turn dark on purple at the end of their life, beautiful. The production also seems excellent we have a great result on the scales, the flowering is in clusters, you are not impressed by the space between one internode and the other from a cluster flowering but the flowers are dense and heavy and with this resin for me it could flourish as it pleases. So being my 1st hydro/RDWC grow and it’s been ages since I’ve had photoperiods I flipped to flower a little on the early side to be safe. With each grow the more I learn the more I’ll push but, for now I’m playing it safe. The Growbuds trellis nets helped out a lot being my 1st time using! Gotta say I’m loving them.
