A very healthy week 2

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. So, I believe the plant has russet mites. I found some eggs in another grow room. It would explain how the colas are forming. I have had russet mites a long time ago. I have not found them on this plant or any in the room. With being super tiny thus may be the reason. All I can do is rinse her off good. I don't prefer to smoke or ingest any chemicals. I will likely do the smoke report and grind the rest up for infusing. The mites would explain a lot of why it is growing strangely. I treated the walls with neem oil. Once the room is clear I will treat and clean everything good. Had a small issue this week where temp dropped a bit, I was on vacation for a few days and a window got left open to the room the tent is in. The room got down to 62f with the lights on. lights off temp wasn't much cooler. I noticed some canoeing on leaves near the center of the room, I am hoping this was just caused by the temperature stress that happened by the sudden drop. I fixed the temp and issue and it should be back to normal. Trichome's look great under microscope. Getting tightly packed and very cloudy, very little amber color at this point. Cheese #1 Has swelled up quite a bit over the last 5 days, The buds on it are noticeably larger than the ones on Cheese #2 I have moved the led light to cast more on cheese #2 in hopes to get the buds on it to catch up to #1 Still dealing with small calcium deficiencies, I will do a light flush this week of 1/2 strength nutrients and Cal at 6.5 Mid Weekupdate: Flushed plants with 1/3rd nutrient dose and full strength cal mag. Adjusted ph. to 6.5 to allow for better uptake of calcium. The calcium issue isnt bad just some small spotting but I am trying to get ahead of it as there is supposed to be 4 weeks left on the strain. The buds have started to tighten and get more dense. Hairs are about 40% red, some are receding into the bud. Smells like citrus.

10.08. Girl Scout Cookies Day 107# The plant has recovered, but has not completely healed yet. This morning it started to form crowns and will probably enter early flowering tomorrow or today. Two days ago she received half a dose of boost and a dose of bloom, and this morning bloom again. The day before yesterday was the end of her 15th week. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

Weekly update on these lovely ladies. This week has been fun to watch the flowers form and swell. They definitely are starting to smell, as soon as you open the tent it hits you like a ton of bricks. I'll be doing my final dedoliation this week taking off some of the bigger fan leafs allowing more light to the lower flower sites. All in all Happy Growing

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it. Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback. Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier. There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it. Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier. HIGHLY recommend for all growers. The grow cycle went pretty smooth. She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌 Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites. They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received. Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more. Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds. I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part. They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days. I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them. Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos. Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel. Touch: Very sticky, dense buds. They break down finely in the grinder. Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so) I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo) Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash. The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush. Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you. Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth! Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂 Great strain to kick start the day. Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊

Well I'll say I didn't put as much time into it as I should have but it was quite or a pretty fair grow considering it's my first time growing anything.I've learnt alot and looking forward to my second grow

Week one done and I’m very optimistic! Added “grow big” into my watering this week, while also upping the dose of “big bloom.” Also I dropped my light down a bit just to control growth!

🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. Amazing week! Starting to smell absolutely Devine! Some cherry funk to cherry funk with a hash back and some with just lighter hashy lind of smell all looking great except one oheno growing funky finger nugs (one of the better smelling phenos tho) Need to clone 4,6,3!

Hoping she stops the stretch soon as she'll be getting very close very close to the light if she doesn't. Very happy with how the canopy and defo turned out. Still stretching, OH LAWD. She was 25 cm away from the light, that's lightburn just waiting to happen. Got the two tents in series now with all the equipment in the larger tent so this light can literally kiss the roof, which was very much needed. Canopy was looking a little dense in parts and the corners had nothing at all so I fixed that. This really is turning into a very nice run for me. Last defo day 21, I'll have the choice between a 45 and 30 cm deep canopy it seems. I think I fucked up the defo, I think I took way too much fan leaves. I left 3 fan leaves at least to the top of each main.

With my first time with this strain i had some troubles with nutrient dosification, nice buds anyway, y will try this another time for sure if i like the effects

Day 106. Pure water for both girls and heavy feed on friday. It will be last feed for FastDiesel. Girls are running fine and its so sad to leave them when they a such beuties ;) Day 108. I just fed them hard and left for 3 weeks almost. There will be no updates till then. Girls just flower, pray and bloom and i am very happy with that. Nothing to add. Strawberry would need a bit of LST, because her branches growed back to centre again, but i flattend the canopy for last time and now fingers crossed ;))) Tried Fim on Strawb girl, so very high atempt brough interesting double bud, we shall see is there any profit in such action, this type of FIM produces almost no split branching. Other parts recovered better from lower FIM and made Y form double little colas. Still think that 5 days after heavy training not enough before flower , i think 7-9 days for proper cola to develop. P.s. in Tangies harvest i showed how little nutes i used for all this grow.
