As hot weather is on the way next week, I have not choice but to harvest. With multiple humid days in the 30s forecast I know its either harvest now or contend with grow tent temps close to 40c. Definitely not going to help the terps anyhow. Honestly I think she needs another few days, but super close either way. Trichs are predominantly milky white with just a tiny amount of amber. Managed to get a 5 day flush, not ideal but best I could do before the heat comes. Will manicure really well to speed up the dry time, hoping for a 4 day dry to avoid the hot weather. 🔥

5/5 1AM MONDAY 5/6 4am BPP is looking good....water logged some roots so I will be opening the top today to dry the dirt. 230pm used a rag with a little bleach cleaned the bottom of the tray and sides dried and put everything back. BPP looks happy!!! 5/8 5sm.... BPP id good all others looking nice. letting dirt dry now, turned on the white lights and turn them off by hand around 3 or 4 but leave blue and red on 24/7. Plants are getting too big for enough light coverage, so had to buy a second grow light. As noted before, the plant was getting out of hand and growing at many different heights making it difficult to set the optimum light distance. So, I went a little crazy and did some serious pruning (yes, during flowing, I know). Also trimmed off a number of fan leaves that were either beginning to yellow or were otherwise blocking valuable light from the many of the smaller buds. Fortunately my plants are very resilient and are finally at mostly equal heights now. Hindsight 20/20: I now have a better idea of how to route my plants using the ScrOG method. I found a well written blog that answered all the questions I had that other article didn't. Bottom line: Instead of allowing the main branches to grow through the netting and re-route the offshoots, I've found it's better to keep the main branches under the netting and allow the off-shoots to grow through instead. Think of it as the plant growing sideways.

I have 2 seeds. One rooted in the water and places in the bucket with soil. The soil is rescued but I added some amendments. The other seed I placed in a Rockwell cube but just started to root.

I still found a few places with bud rot and I keep removing every spot I see. The plants have been doing fine beside that, they are looking and smelling great, they are super dense and I can't wait for them to be ready. Most trichomes are still clear so I am awaiting for the first ambers to show up, aiming for around 5% amber and 95% milky.

Purple afghan kush 1...she has taken her purpyra color ... there is very little left for her to be able to taste this variety ... she has a smell of tender wood ... sweet smell ... she did not grow enough but if she dedicated herself to fattening her head ... purple afghan kush 2 she had about 15 worms ... look for them one by one ... she did not grow well from the beginning ... I do not know what happened to her growth and flowering ... her buds are small ... let's hope she tastes good ...

We had a great growth this week, there was a big growth from the 24th to the 27th, because I watered on the 24th. I also thought that she has a little lack of magnesium in the bottom leaves and unfortunately I'm being Magnesium Nutrient.
