Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is behind us. The Green Gelato Automatic has reached 41 cm, and is now twice lower than its Hulkberry roommates. Due to the height of the Hulkberries, I had to attach the lights to the very top of the box, the height of the box is 178 cm and to maintain a distance of 35 cm from the plants, I had to do so. 😟 Unfortunately, now the Green Gelato is 50cm away from the light, although I picked up the whole pot, the distance is still too far than it should be. Earlier in the week, I changed the light regime to 20/4, four hours of sleep from the start of flowering. I started giving BioBizz full range for the first week of flowering. She started drinking more water, so I watered more this week than before. Compared to Hulkberry roommates, Gelato grows much lower with much denser branches and more leaves. He did not lengthen in height like them. I started adding Cal-Mag, preventively, since I had a shortage of Cal-Mag with Somango and Royal Haze before. The temperature is higher than I want, around 27-28 degrees, but it’s summer, it could be a lot worse. That’s the advantage of Led lights, and the Migro was a great choice. Humidity in the air is about 50-55%, which is currently good.😀 The tips of the upper leaves are intensely yellow, I sincerely hope it’s a little stress due to the heat, or is it something else, we’ll see. Otherwise the plant look satisfied, there are no major signs that it is missing anything. The only watering is difficult due to the density of the branches and the light does not reach the lowest flowers, but I plan a small defoliation next week. 10/07/2020 - Day 22. After deciding to start this new growing journey, I chose to germinate a Banana Purple Punch seed from Fast Buds. Flowering Day 56: Howdy Growmies. Hope we are all growing abundant crops with hits like a mule. It is finally the final week for ripening on the #1 and #2 Mango creams. Both plants have started to show some amber trichromes under the microscope but only in very singular points at present. They will be fed with plain water in a few days time as they were fed their final feed of the shogun Dragon force yesterday. The week has been a great example of ripening with the majority of the pearly white pistils starting to go orange initially now turning a burnt orange colour. They both have a few white one still to turn and even a few newly released ones around so i think it will be a few more days at least #1 is a fair sized budded girl and her lowers are going to be a positive addition with no real larf to worry about.I did leave a fair amount of her leaves for the flowering so expect trimming to be the usual sentence.lol #2 has been my masterpiece throughout the grow of these girls amd she continues to impress to the end it seems. She is a very big lady and even after I tried to fim her , she bounced back and created that huge main cola... The sides are doing just as well as the main is and they alone will yield well. She has done her breeders proud @exoticseeds #4 at day 49 looks ready to rock already just like the # 3 that harvested at day 39. Her trichs have Amber's around but still a few clear so I won't pull her too early . I am more sure she is the same Phenotype as the #4 now she is looking so ready. very different looking to the other 2 too. Now comes the patience again with watching the trichromes daily. .be safe growmies.

Day 1 of week 8 , about 3 weeks left until harvest. The buds have a higher percentage of amber pistils. The buds are getting a bit wider and their hairdo is a bit less spiked. Some minor issues with low humidity in the seedling stage. Once past the seedling stage this was a very easy grow. After my daily reservoir change I noticed after moving a few buds that yes i'm smelling licorice . It smells exactly like licorice sticks . I also get pine and some other spice, maybe cloves. My carbon filter still keeps the smell under control but opening the tent gives you a good slap. Buds look close to being ready . I will do a trichome check Sunday and a video. OK I took a few trichome pictures today at 8 complete weeks (Saturday ). This is my first photo period grow so I want to go close to the 10 week Cropking suggested flowering time.

Hello Diary. The third week of flowering and a total of six weeks is behind us. 💪 Hulkberries grow nicely, the flowers get bigger and bigger, full of trichomes. Hulkberry # 1 is more branched than the others and it seems to me that it also has more flowers so it will definitely give a higher yield. 😋 Even though I did a little defoliation last week there is still a big jungle on my little farm. Their roommate Green Gelato is in the middle between them and seems small compared to the Hulkberries, which definitely dominate in size. The Hulkberry # 2 has reached a height of 115cm and it is just above the maximum that my farm can allow given the height. It doesn’t look like it’s going to grow any more which is a big relief. That's why I had to adjust the light to them so that the Gelato is further away from the light than it should be. But unfortunately I can’t do otherwise, I hope it doesn’t affect him too much. What is a little worrying is the humidity in the air which is higher than I would like, I put two circular fans and a large exhaust fan I put on maximum, but the humidity doesn’t drop. The temperature is also high in the box, hovering around 28 degrees but sometimes rising to 29 degrees or even more, but the plants are genetically predisposed to a warmer climate so hopefully by the end everything will be fine. Although I have already mentioned this, my farm is in a small room in the apartment, and the weather conditions outside also affect the conditions in that small room. Given the height, it’s hard for me now to take the plants out of the box to take satisfying photos, so I didn’t paint them on a black background this week.
