MAY 26TH 2024 - The gen 1 & gen 2 mom's have recently been cut back & lights have been dialed down to 35% to slow the growth down on the mom's until they are needed for cloning in a couple months. We have gotten it down to a science now with how to manicure them & cut them back then have them re-grow out again. I am VERY proud of myself as this is my first attempt at growing out mothers myself. I have always vegged out seeds & flowered from seeds with my own previous smaller ACMPR grows, Then managing other peoples grows they usually bought clones in I never had the opportunity to learn this aspect of cultivation, Until now & I feel we are doing very good ! These things are monsters and are super healthy and strong. With that said I would love any input or advice for growing out mother plants that we could use to improve even further ! I am always open to learning more. @seedsman The RUDE BOI OG seed has to be at least 5-6 years of age & it germinated no problem, I burned it with the bar LED's too close to them when they first germinated and it looked touch and go for awhile but I did not give up on her now she is going to be one of THE best moms, Wait and see ! Also, BE WARNED if you use these fabric pots that are supposed to air prune the roots for you & allow you to keep the plants in them indefinitely. The ORIGINAL set of them worked great on our first batch of mom's, BUT we almost lost the generation 2 mothers because of them failing and the roots grew right out the bottoms of the bags into the run off's from the feeds and almost messed up the generation 2 mother plant's luckily we spotted it, Transplanted them out into different fabric bags & resolved the issue. Hi Growmies, I topped her towards the end of this week and removed two sets of fan leaves. It opened the plant up very nicely in combination with the light LST I applied earlier in the week. The plant is taking very nicely to the LST and didn’t seem to care about the topping either. I attribute this to the strong root system she already has. For the next week I have fed her additionally to the canna nutes, some plant success orca, for healthier roots and Rezin from greenplanet to prepare her for pre flower. Slight light burn on a couple plants had to raise the LED. On the off week Light seems to be allot more effective at civering the space although the plants did not take well to the spectrum/heat adjustment so the first two days i had to ween the light on a couple hours at a time. I could tell when they needed a break because they woukd physically get droopy once they got over whelmed eventually they got used to it tho!

Another week for the sour Tangie Dawgs😁 so far so good, only 2 and half weeks left, we gave some candy and for the rest only water! Hopefully things continue to go good! Great strain at the moment, nice citrus 🍋🍊 smells and nice and sticky buds!

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Week 3. Botanicare is working wonders. I went ahead and topped at the third node. And started giving plants full grow nutes. The Banana Biscotti looks so good I might clone it. The Ice Dream Cake hasn’t bounced all the way back yet.
