Week 2 has had some explosive root growth! As soon as they got enough roots in the solution, you can tell from the color they are eating well and they are really starting to pick up some growth on top. Trying to get the VPD dialed in during the day, with the dehumidifier running at night to keep the humidity in check with lights out. It seems to be successful so far.

12/6 Update - seed is germinated and ready to grow! I will post a new weekly update tomorrow! So I had to scrap this plant - it was just growing too slow and it was unfortunately not a health plant. I decided to remove the plant altogether and have started a new seed. Since this plant will be four week behind its neighbor in the tent I will have to modify my approach to training on this one. I typically mainline - mostly just to utilize the space in the best way that I can. This time around I think I will just top it maybe once or twice and then let it recover for two weeks then flip to flower and manage out the lower branches from there. It will be kind of fun to do a side by side with these. The neighbor plant is super healthy and is almost ready for its first topping, I did however go through today and remove all of the growth from the plant (other than topping) so that should slow that one down quite a bit and give this new plant some what of a chance to catch up. Also - check out the worms!!! I pulled out that plant and reached down into the soil just to see what the worm activity was looking like - I pulled out this little ball of freshly hatched worms! Barney's Farm Gorilla Zkittles - Feminized. I'll be growing just one of these plants in this 2x4x5 tent. It will be growing side by side with another plant but I wanted to be able to document them separately. This is my fourth grow using this set up, I'm excited to document the process this time around! 1- getting nice and thick with a stronger smell. Watered with flowering chemicals. Tent at 24.6°C and RH at 47% today Away for the weekend. Can’t wait to see how she will look when I get back 5- Came back to fairly dry soil and somehow forgot to turn my dehumidifier back on after emptying it. So the RH was at 77% when I got back. I got everything back within the range I want it now. 24.5°C and 46% RH. Watered plant with flowering nutrients. 7- Just amazed by how fast it grows. Seems like every time I look at it, it keeps getting thicker. I have some sort of fascination with the main cola. Just love taking pictures of it. I ordered a USB microscope that I should be getting today. Looking forward to see those trichomes magnified.

Ok, so this week I have put a microscope to the girls and the tops are showing a hell of a lot of amber so I have taken the tops off of them all to dry. Underneath is still more undeveloped so will leave the rest a while longer. No nutes the past week and not gonna add any more.

So i never ended up doing the nutes i had. I waited until seeing pre flower and top dressed with natures living soil autoflower concentrate. So far so good. I do think they were cal-mag starved prior to adding this because they did start to yellow a bit in between veins. Going all organic from here on out and doing super soil.

D4: Bleaching stopped but foxtailing persists, keeping buds small. I dimmed lamps to 30W each which is very weak, I know but I have to try to save the buds. 60W 25-35k lx

Every 5± days from week 5 I suppose I get rid of below leaves and big fan leaves,which don't let the light get to the bottom buds,as was recommended in comments. They react good on that kind of stress and the bottom buds started developing too. Despite the high temperature( 28-30 degrees) they keep on growing and forming buds,happily.

The harvest wasn't the biggest. But high quality. I will increase the light density by adding CFL to the grow room. And test the nest grow how much I can push the yeild.

4 of the 12 seeds from fast buds didn't pop so i am soaking some from 00 seeds hopefully all goes well with them

What can I say here? she exceeded my expectations and grew much more than I expected. I'm looking forward to its beautiful blossoms.

This week has been a really good week for me, Growth ✅ Run off ✅ Temperature ✅ Humidity ✅ I am started to do a feed cycle of feed - feed - flush As I am watering evey 3 days should work out to a flush every 9 days Day 78 I started to defoliate underneath the scrogg to increase air flow underneath the canopy Each day I increased the amount I removed working my way up slowly until I had removed majority of the leaves that wasnt receiving sufficient light and was restricting airflow in between all my bud sites by Day 83 I had finished removing all that I will be removing other then huge fan leaves coving/shading areas in upcoming weeks, thanks for reading my diary👊😁 Happy Growing Guys!
