For this reason I’m quite sure I’m going to cut in two times, around 85/87 days I’ll cut the high part of biggest bud and around day 95 the rest of the plant. I tought to harvest in like 10 days but as I have some water yesterday I noticed that she’s been quite not drinking anymore. I’ll give another 2/3 days before harvest. Apex is frosting up nicely and her smell is popping, closest I can get to describing it is like cleaning products from a real fancy hotel…but lots of fan leaves are showing signs of deficiencies and/or lockout cuz she’s root bound really bad. Buds and sugar leaves aren’t affected, so far so good, I hope they stay that way 🤞 Gelato is fattening up real nice and has that distinct pungent aroma but not as strong as apex and not a lot of trichs. I hear this strain starts picking up in week 7+…although she’s root bound too but not as bad (I think). Lights are at 80%…they’re fricken beasts and way too much power for such a short, tiny tent. Next grow will be same strains, bigger final pots and will be in a new tent that is 6” (15cm) taller, every little bit helps :) That’s it for this week. Thanks for stopping by. Beginning of week.. She is doing amazing! Runoff is right where it needs to be.. leaves are looking nice and green with not so much leaf burning on the tips anymore.. new sets of leaves daily! Gonna need to lollipop a bit more. She should produce a decent harvest! So excited to see what she does in flower! So far, I've noticed that she is making some purple striped stiples at the very crown of each (future) cola! So so excited! Need to raise light up a bit.. I think she's getting over 1000 micromols at the center sine she has stretched a bit... Next day.. Whoops.. not sure how the hell she managed to stretch up to 1400+ micromols so quick.. had to raise the light quite a bit and also dim her down just a tad.. now the center is getting exactly 950 micromols in the center and around 650 - 700 micromols around the edges of the tent (footprint). Perfect! I noticed some purpling on a couple of the higher leaves.. these were the leaves getting over 1400 micromols and temps have been another lower than anticipated. So if she starts turning purple this early on, then WOW!.. She should make some pretty colorful colas! Mid week.. She really needs a haircut. She has grown a few nodes on each branch just in the last 7 days or even less. So beautiful! Humidity is being a bitch right now. Up to 70% and my dehumidifier can't even get it to drop a little.. ugh. Cold front blowing through as I type this, so hopefully it'll blow this moisture out by the end of the day. Pistols should be making a crown pretty soon! Still stretching like crazy. She still has plenty of head room for it.. but damn, I really need to get some of these leaves and lower branches out of the way. That should help bring the RH down quite a bit too.. I know she isn't THAT big, but it's still gonna take me awhile to trim her up.. kinda wondering if I could wait till next week and get it all done at once.. cuz I feel like she may need one more with the speed she's been stretching at. Next day... Went ahead and removed ALOT of foliage.. humidity should go down quite a bit.. these leaves give off a very strong skunky scent.. can't wait to see the terp action of this strain! "OoOo.. Today I will start with nutritional information this week, I will tell you how I trained my beauty and what basic fertilizers I use. 👋This week I made a new solution, for ~ 9.5 liters of water I used: Liquid Silicone 3 ml 2 milliliters Calcium Magnesium 7.8 Gro, 5.2 Micro, 2.6 Bloom And 6.5 ml pH Down I got 666ppm and 5.5 pH. I immediately poured 8 liters into the system, and within a week I topped up the leftovers and adjusting the PH from time to time. Additionally, on the sheet, I use stimulants Root Booster, Energy Spell, Fulvic. 💪Now about training: At the beginning of the week, I did super cropping, a technique that involves breaking the stem of a plant to inflict minor damage and stress on it. And as we know, the natural response to stress in our plant is the production of cannabinoids. Therefore, by properly sprinkling the branches of the plant, we will kill two birds with one stone: we will get an effective bush shape and increase the potential of the cones. I also did this so that the side branches grow back faster and the plant does not receive early stress from the cut off head. At the end of the week, I did the topping, as the plant continued to grow well and reached the 6 floors I needed. Topping (from the English verb to top - to cut; in Russian it is also used "to stomp") - a cut of the top of the plant between the nodes (internodes / pairs of leaves). Such training is carried out when the plant already has nodes. This breaks the classic herringbone shape of the plant, giving the nodes light and air. This is the end of the 6th week. (Thats a little japanese bonsai in with it) Feeling like it isnt coming along as well as it should be.. Its fanning out like mad, but not growing up, stayed the same height for the week. I shifted it into a pot that wasnt clear as suggested and topped it and snipped a few other buts underneath off. Also my light arrived which is currently on 80% and at height of 450mm/45cm/17.7 inches My nutrients n shit haven't arrived yet, been waiting on those for a week thanks to a postal strike. So I had tiny barely visible bugs, which seem to have disappeared, not under leaves or crawling around anymore. Would they be what has caused my spots and drooping/clawing? Or is it simple because of my light, lack of food, too much water? Very much need some help with this.

So this marks the end of the 5th week and start of the 6th. Should I be topping it now or give it another week? Some of the leaves look a bit sad and droopy, is that from lack nutrients or over/under water? Over all I'm surprised I've kept it alive so long and that its going well. I have a new light coming, ViparSpectra p1000 100w and some food as well ADVANCED NUTRIENTS PH PERFECT BLOOM GROW MICRO. Help and hints always welcome!
