We are watching trichomes every day and it looks like it is almost ready so we are thinking of harvesting next week. It is already possible to see some amber trichomes. Unfortunately it seems that we are not going to harvest the expected amount, the buds were not very dense and fat, apparently the buds are just small leaves with trichomes.

Fo' Twenny here with another Grow Diaries update! Today, I have a video update for ya'll recorded on 8/20. 8/20: Not much to report since the last update. She seems to be a happy girl. Leaves are starting to fade a little. Doing some very light selective defoliation, mainly in the center to allow more light penetration to lower parts of the plant. She's starting to put off more terps as she gets closer to the finish line. No complaints about this vigorous cultivar! 8/24: Photo update! Enjoy!

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering and this Blueberry Pie F1 Fast is amazing. The development of the flowers has been very fast and they are nice and big and thickening quickly. Thanks to Mrs.Larimar and I totally agree that these F1 hybrids are amazing. Did a watering round with potassium silicate, and likely the last one but we’ll see. Probably three weeks at most to go, so no more molasses and now mostly just pHed water to the finish line. Did a final light application of malted barley and Power Bloom and watered in. Removed fan leaves that were growing inward and shading buds. Aug 25: Flash pics are only okay when using a far red light after. Don’t take flash pics of plants unless you also have a red light. Having said that, I love taking flash pics of my plants. Aug 26: sunny again but not too hot and had the UV lights going. To spread the UV around I rotate the plant 90 degrees three times. This seems to be okay. This plant is the furthest along in flowering so I’m giving it most of the UV light and the slower ones can wait until they’re closer to harvest. Aug 27: she’s doing great. Up to 12 h of rain tonight with the potential for a pretty intense thunder or hail storm in middle of the night. All plants are in the garage tonight to ride it out. Aug 28: spent last night in the garage to stay out of the all night rain that was forecast. Turned out to just be light rain. Overcast all day and no UV light today. Aug 29: this plant is amazing, but I’ve said that before. The other day I noticed that some branches on the side are heavy enough that they are now slumping against the SCROG net. Fun to see that. The flowers are noticeably bigger each day and she still looks very happy. She is also becoming quite top heavy but the water bottle weights and five gallon pails of water hold it stable in the winds.

Se regaron las macetas con 6 litros de agua con un ph 6.3. Se retiraron hojas grandes que tapaban la luz. La floracion sigue sin novedades, no se ven plagas salvo alguna que otra mosca del sustrato. 27/8 Lamaceta de Jack Herer estaba mas liviana que las demas se rego con 1 litro mas o menos y se humedecio elsustrato de las demas. 30/8 se rego con 4 litros de agua ph 6.4. Las macetas se estan secando mas rapido que antes. El cultivo viene bien.

BIOBIZZ KILLING MY PLANTS 🖕

Moving right along I’m hoping this is the week she explodes. I’m thinking that I’ll keep her as a Christmas tree type as of now but that’s always subject to change. She’s a full 2 inches wider and her stem is about 3 times what it was last week in the update. She’s on full nutrients now so it’s only a matter of time.

I feel like I really identify with this strain. This is only the second one I've grown but I can read her well. If you think you've got a green pheno, try dropping your nitrogen and your temps to trigger her genetics (epigenetics) to influence her phenotype. This girl is almost done. She's right on schedule. Her trichomes are about 90% cloudy. I'll let her hit up to 20% oxidized. She's fattening up nicely. Her bud structure is much different than the first Blackberry, she's much more solid/ dense.

Alien Vs Triangle is growing like crazy! She's loving the Recharge. I can see some white hairs starting to develop. I'm expecting her to go into her stretch any day now. 👍

She’s growing well and finally starting to grow out of her lil leaf mutation at the beginning.

Well my lovely ladies grew wonderfully it was my first grow with LED. Definitely a little learning curve still. I ended up with about 700 g out of eight plants not too bad for the size girl over my head. The smoke is amazing smooth with a henna citrus then knock you on your butt I did harvest plants at different time so I do have different outcomes some is a little more of the knock you down while others are a little more energetic. Great girl have lots to learn will continue to post in here love you guys.

What's up Growmies🤟🏽 Week #7 of flowering is officially in the books. This is my last and final week of this run even though based on the Trichromes I think another week maybe 2 would be way better. However I have a new bigger tent and equipment and I'm excited to grow some strains from generous breeders. Hello week #8🙌🏾🙌🏾 Each of the strains I'm growing say 8 week flowering time with 2 saying 8 to 10 weeks. Right now Id say they have an 80 to 20 trichrome ratio with the 80 being cloudy and 20 being amber, but not on all of them. Some are mostly cloudy with a few clear trichromes. I am feeding them plain water ph'd to 6.6 I haven't given her nutes the last 2 weeks just about, just plain water. This may be partially to blame as to why the fan leaves shriveled up so badly, coupled with missing their watering by 2 days twice on consecutive weeks🤦‍♂️🏽. It's a wonder these ladies are still kicking. All in all it has been a great experience with these plants. Stay tuned for the chop💪🏾. February 20, 2019 update: Pretty much just waiting to be ready for harvest. Everything is moving along nicely at this point. Planning on feeding until the end of February, then starting a 2 week flush with most of the plants going in the flower room now, but I may let the Cookies & Cream go a little longer. Fed MegaCrop, Cal+Mag Pro and Mammoth P this week. I've used up the last of my Mammoth P at this point. It will be MegaCrop & Cal+Mag Pro only until flush. All pics were taken with the lights on. I tried color correcting the best I could, but the pics really don't represent the actual colors very well. Usually I try to get some pics with the lights off also, but I was not able to do that last week. I'll make sure to get some better pics next time. 👍

2 of the 5 coco plants are doing good but 3 others were looking awful and got behind. It was a bit unexpected. I've never had such unhealthy plants before. The peat side is doing good The runoff PH on some plants was 5.2. Adding way too much phophoric acid to get to 5.5 (Plagron recommendation) Well, fuck their recommendations. looking objectively, they are so dark green that the EC of 2 is probably also unnecessarily high. After a few waterings they are back to normal PH and EC, growing well again and getting back on track! Now I will not go above 1.5 or 1.6 anymore. === update I got some of those white crawling bugs. They came up after watering. I hit them with Gnatrol WDG and BAC vitality (as root drench) and they died. They only live in the air-pots. After the nuke I had to flush out the pots with 4 liters of nutrient solution because the PH came down to 5.
