The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Listed nutrients are ml/gallon of well water. Day 1 we had high temperature of 81°F skies were cloudy to partly cloudy. We had some intermittent heavy rain so everyone was watered by nature today. Day 2 we had high temperature of 85 with sunny skies. I watered .5-1 gallon of water from the hose. Day 3 we had high temperature of 87°F with partly cloudy to cloudy skies. I watered .5-.75 gallons from the hose. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 73°F and all day rain. The rain was what remained of hurricane Beryl. There was a lot of wind up to 20 miles per hour. I brought this one inside. She was just too far into flower to expose to all day rain and wind. Day 7 we had clear sunny skies and a high temperature of 85°F. I watered .7-1.25 gallons from the water hose. This week was a success we had a little powdery mildew but it's very minimal and on the bottom leaves. This girl is finishing fine and I'm waiting on her last swell and day now.

It was a great call to defoliate I'm already seeing the benefits. The only unfortunate parts is the added time, she seems to be progressing at a steady rate none the less and it will be harvest time before I know it. The smells coming off the stem rubs are very enticing and have this seasoned grower super excited for the smoke report!

This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Had a lot of fun growing these girls. They went through a lot off the bat due to my inexperience. Learned a lot during this run and it was extremely rewarding to nurse them back to health. I am very pleased with this grow for it being my first run. I had no expectations as I am just starting to learn and want nothing more than to acquire knowledge. The quality and yields will come once I get more dialed in. Once these girls got healthy they had no problems for the whole grow. I am already planning improvements for future systems and am extremely excited to continue on my grow journey. Thanks to all who helped me out.

Day 49 Flip day! Just flipped them to 12/12 took loads of leaves off. Let's see if I've guessed the sex right then 😏 I think I've got 3 fems but people still tell me I want know until I've flipped 🤷‍♂️🏼 Update: Day 50 and day 1 of flower looking very happy will give a nice feed when soil dries out. Lights are now maxed out and on Day 51, day 2 of flower I'm sure all 3 are definitely fems will keep eye on them next few days 👀 Update again: Day 53, Day 4 of flower and they looking beautiful 😍

There are good genetics and there are genetic masterpieces. The Great Jefa is part of the second case. Truly exceptional. It is a plant that has vegetated in a graceful and regular manner, the 16 bud topping seems tailor-made for it, all 16 have been successful, I would say excellent. I started germination of this Gold Bar Kush bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cube with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into a 1 gallon pot. Plus get this lady situated into her new home. Cant wait! Some background information on my first run with GBK. It's a VERY robust variety packing hella branches, hella quick. Prime candidate for continues ongoing lst work. To maintain a clean,uncongested even canopy. She can become a jungle quick if left untamed. Shes very easy going in the nutrient department. Not hard to keep this one happy. Packs on lots of weight everywhere towards end of flower. Branches most definitely need some support or they will come crashing down. The flavor and aroma from this variety sre majestic. The intense indica effects are heavenly. Not hard to guess why it's back in the grow room for round 2.

Put the largest nothern lights in its own mini green house, both have x2 large bug nets around them instead of a plastic cover as the temps and humidity were off but are perfect now. Plus it will reduce the chances of bugs flying in while also allowing the wind to pass through, I’ve used some Biobizz leaf spray no further leafs have been eaten since using it which I’m happy about.

This week I finally removed my plant(shaman) that I didn't want to keep. Gave her away to a friend, hopefully in ''good'' care LOL. Sprayed them with CANNA RHIZOTONIC again. Did a little LST and some defoliation. Had to raise my PH a little bit because I did a small flush and found out that my run-off was like 5.6-5.7PH which is a little to low. So to keep a good PH in my soil i have them some water with ph 6.2-6.3. Not to much because then your soil will be ph 6.2-6.3. I just want to have it arround 5.9-6 for now.

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.
