This week was spent doing some needed cleaning and minor defoliation and start aiming towards flowering in the next week or so. I dumped all pots and wiped out as well as the resivoir and added fresh water and nutes to all the plants. While plants were out of tent I did some very minor defoliating as well. I picked up a few goodies this week. I noticed a fruit fly or two and decided to pick up an insect trap off amazon (let’s see how it works 🤞🏽). I also picked up a chargeable watering wand that is worth 3x its price for how easy it makes it to water/feed my plants. I just drop in in my 5 gallon bucket after nutes and pHing water and get to work without moving a single pot. Wish I got this sooner!

Day 92 Trichomes still don’t seem ready :( Flushed for 9 days thinking she would be done , sort of slowed up and bit airy with some white pistils , is in need of nutes now .. showed signs of deficiencies I resorted to giving her a pk boost for a week to help bulk and frost up . will asses again in another week and commence another flush . Not too far away now

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

Nov 13: Hash washing using fresh frozen plant material. This Gorilla Cookies had nice yield with most of the trichome recovery being on the first two washes. Later washes were still very high quality. Bag sizes used are 160/120/45/45 which means the 120 fraction is still very decent for immediate use and what is caught on the first 45 micron screen has a nice range (full spectrum). That’s how Frenchy Cannoli said he did it, so fine by me. Washed for 3 minutes, then 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 minutes. A+ grade on first three washes and then only slightly worse on later pulls. I tried fresh frozen before and it was a disaster with way too much green in the extract. This time I avoided trimming sugar leaves by leaving them intact or removing them whole and that seemed to work. Will confirm hash yield after freeze drying but seems good. Extracted resin is the perfect sandy colour and is now in freezer. The freeze dryer should be wired in and ready to go later this week.

I think there’s been some sort of salt build up / nutrient lock. The lower leaves have been turning a lighter green and some even yellow on SL plants. Most stems are red. Seems like it’s a pH problem. I flushed them with 4-5 litres of water to reduce the nutrient concentration in the roots. Going to introduce molasses in next feeding! Organic Unsulphered And also stop the Micro (nitrogen)

Mandarin XL auto is growing great. She had a solution change early week. She has been growing steady, but is not showing any pistils yet. Which is fine. I seen plants get really big when they take a long time to start flowing. Everything is looking good. - Humidity has been high in Berlin again but I managed to control it way better with the arrival of dehumidifier but still can not manage to bring it to lower 50%s. - VPD fluctuated this week between 1,0 and 1.55 kPa, averaging at 1,25 kPa. - Tent temperature fluctuated around 23 at night and 28 Celsius at day time, averaging at 26.3. Higher than last week… - Humidity did not fluctuate as it used to but still way higher than ideal range, averaging at 63.4. - This week, Medium Ph got back to normal of 6.3. I am now giving standard 6.4 Ph Water. - Both plants keep frosting day on day. - Stickiness and smell keep getting stronger. - So far, both seem to like their environment despite the high humidity and temperature.
