De vuelta familia, traemos esta semana y es que ya recuperamos unos problemas que surgieron por el trasplante(no les sentó bien). Después de trasplantarlas el sustrato no secaba bien los primeros días y se marchitaron 4 hojas, con algo de alimentación, esperar algo más entre riego y riego, solucionamos el problema y a seguir adelante. Ph controlado en 6.5 alimentando todo con la gama jungle y adicionales de advanded nutrients. Quitando esos pequeños quebraderos de cabeza, esta variedad es bastante sensible a la temperatura y hay que tener cuidado, porque marca muy rápido los síntomas. No obstante no quiere decir que sea mala cepa, si no tener algo más de experiencia y pericia. Es la única variedad que nos afectó algo la temperatura baja por la noche. Pero sin Serios problemas

Here I am again, I've been neglected this diary for 3 weeks so I made a fast update on the last 3 weeks, not so detailed unfortunately. Today is day 58, some leaves are yellowing and I don't understand what it could be. It seems a Phosphorus deficiency but there are also this strange rusty spots on some leaves on top of the plant. From what I know in case of deficiencies the first leaves to suffer should be the ones in the bottom part of the plant but I don't know. I upped the calmag a little because the rust spots could indicate calmag deficiency. Learning something new everyday with this hobby, I just hope I manage to stop the problem because in my previous grow I had a similar problem and didn't managed to stop it so in harvest time all the leaves were basically dead. Anothe detail I'm not happy about is the not so even canopy I created. I think I started LST a little too soon and therefore deformed a little too much the plant. Next time I'll try to top for the first time. Other than the problem I mentioned the buds are stacking up really really nice and they smell amazing. Real frosty buds it seems as you can see from the video. I hope I'm doing good :D

Approaching the finish line. Fertilizer is now at its final dose. Both plants stopped growing now and started to build thick buds. Ken in fact is way ahead in terms of buds but it might be because he Hase a little bit less in number. It’s possible that I trained Ryu too much for his pot size 😆😆. But let’s see. Both looking very good and a lot more powerful than in my first grow. Water intake is still massive. The top soil is rock solid while draining water super fast which must mean the pots are filled with massive roots. The erected teeth came down a bit but they were never that severe in the first place so I’m still not worried about that. I skipped one day of watering to account for possible slight overfeeding but I mean, today’s watering then was with the increased dose of fert 😆😆. I know I’m pushing it a little bit but that’s deliberate. I have high demands both in mass and quality so my approach is riding the edge as good as possible from the beginning 😆

The best quality cannabis I have grown so far. Sweet and smooth with a mellow, balanced and creative high. Nuggs look amazing after 12 days curing. Shame I don't have any more seeds, will def grow again. RQS done a great job. 123 Gram of top quality bud and 32 Gram of trim for hash. Sincere thanks to the grow diaries community. In just over a year I have learned enough to grow top quality medicine at a fraction of what I would normally pay. Plus, it's such an interesting hobby! I will continue giving to this great community. This plant is mother nature's gift to us all.

On week 2 the woolrock got some mohoo, i fixed it by putting water mixed with "safe roots" from Hydrotek directly into the rockwool superfice. After a couple days that problem was solved and the plant kept growing very well. And also i started to train the plants (lst)

The plants start flowering last week and the light schedule is 12/12. I feed the plant every day. Hesi nutrients controls and correct the PH level, thats really helpful. Let's see what size will be the buds after 2 weeks.

Day 29 - 8/12 - I took the day off! Didn't water and didn't measure. LOL I did peek at her once or twice though... Day 30 8/13 - 8.5" today! - 5.8 ph water as usual. - Cut off a couple of fan leaves that were annoying me. Thinking about finally flipping her tonight, getting a bit bored LOL need a change up. Day 31 - 8/14 - LOL Never mind on flipping her I guess, I ended up topping her! I wasn't going to, the furthest thing on my mind when it came to training her! But, I just did! I topped her! What can I say...I am very impulsive. I get an idea in my head and it's done before the next thought. I will change things up on a dime! - Well, she is doing good after that sudden head chop though. Wish I would have decided to do this a few days ago...but whatever! I think I will let her veg out for a few more weeks and get tall before I flip now LOL I may change my mind before then though. - 7" tall today now that she is topless. - No water today, but bringing her new feed up to full strength on her next...It's coming! She wants it bad lol Day 32 - 8/15 - Finally a full feed! Upped her Cal mag to 4ml/gal now too. May end up needing to go higher on that soon. - 7" tall still - She's already growing new pretty leaves and looking more bushy lol. I'm glad I topped her. - Hoping her full strength will help her paleness now lol, and her big dose of cal mag of course. Day 33 - 8/16 - 7.5" tall Day 34 - 8/17 - 7.5" tall - Still on every other day water with full strength Terra Grow from Plagron and 4ml of Cal Mag. Sometimes I feel like adding a ml or 2 of silica. Giving 2000ml per water. Day 35 - 8/18 - 8" tall **Still going on about how much I love my low effort nutrient feed! Simplicity is the way ! LOL at least for me. She didn't seem to mind the switch up to Plagron at all, but she was really young though. She did yell a bit at me for starting her so low...but this was my first time using Plagron, and my first time not going off of someone else's chart so I was fine taking my time. And, as you can see, she survived LOL She also didn't mind me suddenly cutting her head off. LOL When will I flip.....now that will be a mystery. I'm sure it will just hit my head one day that "today is the day"....and I'm sure there will be no actual reason for that specific day either, just an "I felt like it". Lana has not managed to nibble any this week, but she has stood guard to make sure no one else could either. She thinks if anyone is getting a nibble it's gonna be her! My little guardian. Started the week off with water this week then got a real feed midweek

Day 37 - Everything looks good.... they are drinking so much.... i built a bit more stable light setup, and i'll need to buy afew more plugs and stuff, to fill it out ...... i organised all the 2700k globes, ready to swap in..... still waiting on the exhaust fan, so i'll keep em in "grow" mode another week or 2 .... i'm vaping a leaf or 2, and drinking "green tea hot chocolates" .... it is so delicious in hot chocolate .... my health has picked up since starting the vape/drinks... the 21 thc/19 cbd is supa healthy ... Day 38 - Getting them ready for Flower, noticed they are lacking in nutrients, so i started em on the heavier dutch master gold flower nutrients. Day 40 - Added some pics. (they look droopy because they in night mode, just turned on lights for pic) - Started them on 12/12 flower, still working on getting all the lights, gear, and globes, for the right spectrum and amount of light.... atm got - 7x 2700k (click) , 2x 6400k (osram), + 60w light panel .... i'll go get some more gear today and hope to expand it to 10x 2700k , 2x 6400k ...... I put the exhaust filter fan on seperate power, so it doesn't go on/off with the timer, but stays on all the time.... it totally fixed up any odour problems, haha ....... Added some different pics for my light spectrum ... etc..... the outside winter temp is now at 40-60oF (5-15oC) so with the 12/12h, the temp inside the tent is dropping to 60-80oF (18-22oC), abit low, but flowering is supposed to be in winter, so idk, see how it goes..... I'm new to growing, so idk how this will work out....... just working it as i go.... i noticed afew spots on a leaf, so i upped the neuts abit more, they are still drinking like fish, huge amounts.... Day 40 late - new vids - Got the extra gear and installed it all... redesigned the initial setup, refined it with proper measurements, had to get my steel rule out, lol....... got the 12 leds in and running, 10x 2700k clicks, and 2x 6400k osrams, with the panel..... it's lookin beautiful and got the exhaust on 24 hrs now, all working perfect with 12/12 timer.... they are forming a few spots on leaves, so hammering the nute water into them now... they are drinkin 1-2 litre of nute water a day each.... (nute water = Dutch mater gold one grow/flower, 800-1000 ppm 6 PH) 😎 Some details about lights.... i did some maths on it, and included some handy pics..... because i'm using cheap leds, i'm keeping the distance at 25cm, they are leds so they won't burn, and it massively increases the lumens/lux/Par, and with my home built light setup, the leds are spread out enough to keep it lower.... worked out good..... something of note is that all the led globes are built/made in china... however different marketing/selling companies from around the world... and the german osrams are 1w leds ... by far the most superior, but anyone can design and send the requirements to china to build em, haha) it's not a contest, we all work together.... haha.... the person with the best led light globes gets my business, because i want the best for my babies.... :) (let me explain- 1w led vs 0.5 w led, the watt of the led projects the light, lumens, LX/PAR etc much further the higher the watt of the led....my 600w panel has 0.5w leds, the philips has 0.75, the osrams have 1w leds..... ) each globe philips (dutch)- 10.5w internal - 14 leds 0.75w 1055 lumens each globe osram (german)- 10.5w internal - 10 leds 1w 1080 lumens each globe click (cheap)- 9w internal - 16 leds 0.56w 800 lumens light panel - 70w - 600w 30 red - 8 red 12 blue - 8 white 7500k 1 ir - 1 uv = 20x blue 6400k - 38x red 2700k internal - 60 double leds - 120x0.5w 6000 lm

Thrips infection might prevent these lovely flowers from showing their full potential... Will start flushing passively the coming week. Will switch to 11/13 the coming week. There are two distinct phenotypes in terms of flowering time visible as the pics show.
