This week I continued trying to expose as much light as possible to the bud sites by getting rid of some fan leaves and tieing branches down as best as I could. I never quite know how much to take off the girls when they get hair cuts but I am confident there is much more light getting to the lower bud sites now. No nutes this week just ph water at 5.9 There are 3 plants that I am loving the most so far are a 6 shooter plant in a small pot, she is large a well spaced out nodes excited to see what the bud she produces is like. Never smoke any before. Very interested to try again in a 1 gallon pot. The zkittles og is another that has shocked me. She is in a larger 1 gallon fabric container an to be honest is exactly the right size and nicely bushy too. If the tent had 4 or 5 zkittles plants like that one i think It would be perfectly filled. Something else I have learned from growing multiple strains at once in a tiny space. I have smoked this before that I grew and loved it. The 3rd plant in buzzing with it the cosh kush from zamnesia. Again it's in one of the 1 gallon fabric pots its grown to a nice height for my tent with nice side branches. Grew this outside last year and got a little bit of smoke was alright I'm hoping with it been grown indoor will make it pretty dam tasty. I had a missile 33 seed going outside that's doing shit, think I gambled to early with my outside girls this year. Will take a pic of my 3 faves for you all next week if I remeber Peace 🍁

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Sun has been out and the plants have been growing. Accidentally misread the dosage of fish force but they were able to handle it. I also just received some advanced nutrients, Carboload and Tarantula. It says to give tarantula at the beginning of the veg and flowering state but I was late..Still thought I would give it a try. I also have some leaf discoloration on Walvisje, its just half the leaf. Pictures wil come later! 07/14- Supercropped Pumpkin Scone yesterday, may have gone a little overboard but she still looked good today regardless..

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! Day 120 Smells good buds are fatter and looking better then I thought last week, I flushed but I think I may have caused nutrient burn or nitrogen since my stems have turned purple also along the buds and tips or ideas of what I should try thanks Day 127 photos at the bottom

Week 2 begins 🤞🏻

Day 44 10-8 Tea and slight defol. Shes got a tall branch! Look at it go! 😱😁🤘 10-9 Water, leaf removal. 10-11 Water yucca cal/mag. Tea soon. 10-12 Day 48 Well her head was way above the rest, so she got bent down. Personalsmokes talked me into. He said, go for it! So I did! 😂 Hopefully i didn't F her up. No clue how she got away from me, but this is something new for me. 😁🤘 Light is amazing on everything now! .

Day29: New sets of leaves. I'll repot and switch to proper Veg Lights on the weekend. Day30: I'll repot tomorrow. Day31: Repotting done. She had a crazy amount of roots in the seedling pot. MUCH more than I expected. I switched to Veg lights at 90% power. Day32: Settling in new pot Day33 & 34: I had to perform some maintenance on the tent. Lost some hours due to that. Day35: Growth really looking healthy. Although she's not really stretching high, she does look rather happy. I do like them thicc ;) General: I need to put the camera somewhere else so that the growth can be better seen. Right at the end I'll edit out the white flashes. They're caused by the humidifier running and will be really easy to cut out without losing the gist of the grow :)

So now is the 16th day. This week the weather was rather bad!! Alfa boost has gone all out and couped a little too much N. but she is still young and will cope with it... in my opinion a bit behind but the weather should finally get better and become more consistent. the rain has now quite saturated the soil so that I had to cover the pot with foil to avoid overwatering. I ask for sun and a little dung... roots in the small pot had arrived at the bottom, are OK not lush but healthy and bemyzelt... hope she accelerates the next few days otherwise the bucket was a bit too big. will see.
