Week 6........... Getting frosty Edit: on day 41,I already have amber but it's still packing on weight. I don't know what to do at this point.

Plant is doing well, she's thin but let's see what I can get from her. She's tall. Haven't checked her height in a few days but nearly 60cm I'd say. Vegged out at 54cm. 4/6/22 Took her height today. Has put on 18cm this week. Topping out at 72cm. Not much to her though. Hoping for long nice dense colas. There is lots of tight bud sites coming right up the colas. 6/6/22 Doing great. Putting on 1.5-2cm every day. All nodes have also took a decent stretch and are all nearly level. Also she's starting to get lots of frost.

Im hopping she will recover from the roots locking, i think she will, she has lost most of the big leaves, there is two left. Smell is very weak, i think its going to take 4 weeks more at least to harvest .

Fabric pot plants still trailed their plastic pals. Midweek (Wed–Sat) was a ghost town, and by Saturday, growth stalled hard—soil water crashed to 16%. Sunday’s 3L feed (1.6 EC) saved the day, with runoff at a happy 1.5 EC / 800 PPM. Conditions stayed decent, but a high VPD (1.4) midweek and low CO₂ (500 ppm) didn’t help. Good morning everyone, today is day 29f! Moving right along the girls are super healthy and looking great! Last week like a broken record we alternated watering with fish shit and silica although I did add an 1/8 teaspoon of kelp extract with the fish shit watering, Read a lot about it and feel like it could be beneficial! Also did my biweekly top dress of half dose Gaia green, I feel like it’s definitely been better to add less bi weekly instead of full dose monthly to allow for a never ending supply of nutes rather than having it run out then wait for it to cook and work into soil, gonna stick with it in the future. That’s about it really, we are on cruise control and they are starting to bulk up, the 2 permafrost seem to be a few days ahead of the jingle cookie or they are just going to be the fatter flowers, time will tell! Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Growing well as the week ends, #1 is the big guy so far, growing really well. 01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. This week has been great. I'm constantly refreshing the CO2 bucket. I'm very happy with the PPM,PPFD and heat levels. Plants are bulking buds these weeks and we will soon start to see some big and parts. Canopy is filled with buds now and I'm expecting slightly more or less than 1.5grams per Watt with this light fixture. This is a lifetime grow light and definitely recommended. This grow is a tight one with good ventilation. I'm not cranking my output fan all the way because I want to keep most of the CO2 and heat inside the grow tent. I'm blasting my fan directly to canopy and therefore I create a great air circulation. CO2 is directly blown onto plants thanks to the powerful fan and there is no chance of mold here since the humidity is also reasonable. Smell is fantastic and I'm not using a carbon filter to enjoy it. Grow room smells like standing near a waffle or cotton candy machine. Plants have amazing amount of frost already and I'm expecting much more. I keep them cold when the lights are off to enhance trichome production. This will be an amazing harvest for sure. 10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

My light fell on my plants yesterday. , the pot of my plant in the first corner was broken, I bought it in a different pot. In my other plant, 2 branches were broken, I taped one of its branches, it became crippled.

As seeing some deficiency pop up after flush. Also some stress from light. Added dome Cal mag, Alaska fish fertilizer and it started cleaning up. Added another king Brite 240 raised the lights and set them at 45000 lux evenly accross the tent. Everything looks like it's doing better. Defoliated a massive amount on most of the plants which you'll see in week 9. After I did it the 2 smallest plants started taking off. Dropped off c02 till the recovered. Only getting co2 @1100 ppm for 6 hours, 2 hours after they wake up to start. Still around 600ppm when lights go out and then down to 380 during dark.

Lower leaves are losing color and browning, flushed out water and added fresh nutes in 4 days ago. Roots have a brown slug on them from left over nutes, probably going to rinse roots off in the next couple days.
