Both phenotypes now remain there for 3 or 4 days before they are put in the darkroom for 48 hours 😁. The trichomes are now 70% milky and 30% amber ☺️. They were watered one last time today with 1.2 l per plant so that they can dry again until the darkroom :-). Before the last update, there will be an interim update of the harvest 👍. So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

07/09: Transplanted Red Mandarine into 7 gal and both CCCBD & Do-si-do went into 5 gals. Fed all the plants as well with just Herb Thrive Veg Planted two Auto Bubblegums from T.H Seeds as well.

This fine lady is really starting to add some nice colours due to some cold temps in our neck of the woods. She has a ton of trichomes development now! I am really impressed with the look of the buds. They aren’t all full of leaves which should make trimming her a pleasure. 😎 She has really been fattening up this week. I am guessing she needs another week or so to finish up. Her colouring should be quite something once she is done. 🤩 I am still having the odd spot of powdery mildew pop up but nothing too serious. I have been treating it with greencure every 3-4 days and it’s keeping it under control. I haven’t found any affecting the buds yet which is a win! This is the reason a good effective regimen of treating plants for pest and mould/mildew is an outdoor growing must!! I have yet to lose a plant to mould or peat so I swear by it. I’ve seen a bunch of my associates with some powdery mildew beast. Such a shame to see😱 Stay tuned for the final week 😎🍿

acho que ainda consegui produzir uns tricomas com as correções da água, mas como o estágio da floração já estava bem avançado, as folhas começaram a descolorir muito cedo, tive que colher 3 plantas precocemente, as outras 3 menos vou tentar seguir mais 2 semanas, não estão mostrando tricomas Ambar ainda!

Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

Welcome back, Day 23, everything is on track, and I'm able to leave the system to run, although I still check on the girls 2 times a day and foliar feed Remo cal-mag. pH sweet spot seems to be around 5.8/5.9 upto about 6.3. EC has been gradually dropping which let's me know the plants are uptaking the nutrients. Roots are now getting very established hence the faster growth. I am due a RO water change in the next day or so. Plant training - I plant to do some LST and Topping soon. Withing the next week for sure. Stay tuned until then! Day 28 - Things are looking good, some decent growth the past few days. Everything is luscious green and looking healthy. Occasionally foliar feeding cal-mag as I use RO water. Taken off 2 fan leaves off each plant as they were pretty big blocking light. The rest I've just leaf tucked. Trying to open up the lower shoots without causing too much stress to the girls. The LST and topping will start properly soon. Let the fun begin

Very happy overall, had some difficulties hitting the sweet spot through the cycle but managed to pull it through brilliantly at the end. This is definitely a very deserty and cookie like strain. Oven baked freshness!

Fattys are growing and seem to be thirstier.Used foliar spray to help the leaves and also started tucking. When the plant was topped pistils were seen for first time.

Both clones are Hermi they have had low stress at most havent a clue to why they turned hermi there momma was female 100 percent .ive managed to find all bulbs over 20 throught the plants and plucked them out last week but today i found 2 open male flowers pinched them off tightly hoping not to spread or let any pollin get airborn .Crossing my fingers i havent missed any male parts . Other than that these plants got over 5' tall durring the stretch .only expected them to reach 4' must be because they turned hermi there going to produce alot of long fat buds if i can keep the male flowers from opening its alot to monitor so probably impossible to do so but ive got to try' The june heat of summer is brutal cant keep my day temp under82 and when it does my rh goes up to 59 only have a swamp cooler and it doesnt get under 79 in the room outside the tent so my lights run at night and go dark during the hottest time of day wich is 80 at best for july and auga😡st are my worst months without A/C its 105 outsid now and will climb to 120+ in aug. ill be lucky if theres any trycombs left by mid july when its ready to harvest .

Well last feeding was Tuesday so will be all water from here out. Excited to cut these ladies down soon. Two weeks of flush and I’ll let them do their thing. If I see anything going wrong I may cutdown early or I may chop Betty a week before Vanna to see if I get any differences. We had a hot week last week but they seem to be fine. Heat got to about 85 last Saturday but it cooled down quickly at night. Here they are. In all their glory.
