Chopping these little ladies was pretty simple because of their size but trimming was a sticky mess I had to clean my shears after every buds because of the amount of resin. I will be growing this strain again with an actual veg so I can see how great it really is and I definitely recommend you try it as well

Vamos familia que se viene la cosecha de estas Papayton de Fastbuds, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo. Que locura de variedad, me encantó cultivarla , pero e de comentar que para mí es una variedad bastante complicada y hacía años que no me encontraba un reto así, al final salieron y bastante top. Las flores aparte de piedras, se ven resinosas. a sido una genética, dificil de cultivar y no es muy resistente pero si tienes paciencia fliparas con la calidad, 8/9 semanas de floración, los aromas son bastante intensos y hay que tener cuidado con los plátanos , si sale alguno a final de flora quitarlos y si sale antes desechar mejor la planta. Por esos problemas que comenté por muy buena variedad que sea no puedo darle muchas estrellas. Missed a few weeks due to I.T. issues. GG is going great now in the end of 6th week of flower super frosty & super sticky smells like the smell you get while eating a mango absolutely awesome smell.

As you can see from the third picture on day 29 she is looking a little ugly and unkept. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or something I need to take action on. Advice would be great. So day 30 rolling around. Decided I had to try LST again. She felt more receptive to being bent over today as well. I mainly had to attempt it for space reasons. With the current covid panic all the markets where I buy my buckets from are closed and I can't procure a new one to increase my height for probably a couple of weeks at this rate so LST was my only option. She seems to have taken well to it and I will upload a finished picture of her shortly. Day 32, watered and fed her. 500ml of water plus .3ml each of fox farm trio. Hoping to see her perk up a bit. Concerned about the large brown spot on one of her leaves which made me think she was having a deficiency? Probably a bit early to worry about buds fattening up also but I am worried they are looking a bit airy at the moment on the non main cola sites. I'm not sure if my LST was effective at tricking her into trying to have more than one top cola? Day 33. No noticeable gains today, at least to my eyes. I can spot a little nute burn perhaps but hopefully nothing too serious. Looks like a cola that isn't the original top is starting to fill out just as much, if not more, than the original top though. Hoping they all catch up at a similar pace to each other and reduce the pop corn nug potential! Day 35. She has shown a few more bud sites since last post. I am worried that she is going to produce a fair bit of larf/popcorn bud and wanted to know how to get rid of that? I am not confident to remove any growth without knowing for sure it has a beneficial impact on the overall health of the plant and the final results. Any advise is appreciated. She also seemed a bit thirsty to me. The leaves were feeling a bit thin and dry so I gave her 1L of water with .7ml each of fox farm trio. Hopefully she responds well. I will check her in an hour or so to see if the leaves are starting to point back up - fingers crossed.

Hello Diary. The last week of vegetation although you could already tell that flowering had begun. 😍 Purple Punch # 1 has already grown to a solid 50 cm. while Purple Punch # 2 that sprouted a few days later reached 30 cm. On Purple Punch # 1 the tops of the leaves are pale yellow, I don’t know if it’s up to light or genetics since it doesn’t happen to the other two plants that are on the Farm. 😏 This week I added a lot of nutrients when watering, I will see how they will react to that. 😐 The height of the plants now varies a lot, from 50 cm in height to 30 cm in height, so I had to adjust the height of the light in the box a bit. The lights are dimmed at 80% The temperature in the growbox is around 25 degrees, which is ideal for me but the humidity is a bit lower than I would have liked. I'm thinking of putting on a humidifier again. The plants started to be more thirsty so now watering is more frequent as well. Let’s take a look at the review of the week. 10/02/2021 - Day 15. Watering. p.H I adjusted to 6.3 with Lemon Kick and added one Easy Grow tablet to 6 liters of water. With that, I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.5 degrees and 40% humidity. 13/02/2021 - Day 18. Watering.p.H I regulated to 6.4 and did not add any other nutrients. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.3 degrees and 40% humidity. 16/02/2021 - Day 21. Photographing and watering. Well.. nice start of a new week. Still stretching so today changing water for fresh water. Going to level up the EC from tapwater 0.3 tot 0.7 with CalMag before adding nutrients. Then raising the EC to 2.2 I hope (depending on the PH not dropping below 5.8). Hopefully they will consume less water and therefore stop stretching.. We will just see what happens. Easy to lower EC afterwards and also easy to raise PH. I just have to add some tapwater. 13/7 some shortages and maybe too much light. Reducing time with half an hour daily. Raised EC to 2.3

A fast update! 😀 Last week was unexciting because it was the first week of flower and nothing could be "seen" but now it's different! My babies are now showing some of their pistils! 😍Specially Pistachio. During the week I also took some pictures when the tips of the plants were lighter in color and I noticed the moment they were the lightest was right after the lights turned on and they lost their "bright" as the "day" progressed. I suppose the reason why that happens is because Pistachio and Matcha are trying to build flowers, stretch or do both things, or maybe I'm wrong? 😲 No idea tbh, but I believe they look great and it's a nice sight when it happens! They are also drinking more water and I'm missing their watering schedule but at least they manage to recover in time (gladly 😱) Anyway, that's all for this week. They are starting to get a bit frosty. the sensi prop is powder so the given values are in grams. Big bud as well. I planted cloves in the bottom of the pot, they are growing well and I think I am liking the companion planting of mixed clovers.

Update February 4, 2019 (Video and Pics actually taken Feb 1). So I have harvested the 3rd FastBuds BlackBerry as well as the Barney’s Farm NYC Diesel Auto. The Blackberry was very loose and airy with not much density to the buds. Made it difficult to trim without just putting 90% in the trim pile. I had a taste of one of the buds from Blackberry #2 and she was much fruitier/sweeter than this one is. I can still taste some sweetness in #3, but she also tastes bit more harsh than I remember from #2. I yielded 16 gr from the 3rd plant and never weighed the first two, they just went straight to my edibles pile, but I’ll guess they may have yielded another 16 gr combined, which would total 32 gr for 3 plants. The Barney’s Farm NYC Diesel turned out pretty nice. Got some pretty nice and solid buds from her. She definitely tastes and hits like Diesel. I’m very happy with this girl. She only yielded 18 gr dried, but I didn’t really do any training with her at all. And she survived through all of my soil and ph issues like a champ! Back to the living…. So, I’m figuring I’m about mid-way into flower now with the 6 girls I have flowering. Overall, I’m very happy with how things are going. The buds are coming in strong on all plants, they are stinky and sticky and I’m not complaining about anything really. But, I still see more yellow than I like. Last week I fed Recharge, Mammoth P, MegaCrop, and CalMag+. I don’t feed all of those at once, Recharge & Mammoth P one time, MegaCrop & CalMag+ the next, then the 3rd is usually straight water. I also seem to be able to go at least a day between waterings/feedings. Anyway, yellowing leaves during flower seems to be most common with a Nitrogen deficiency as far as I can tell. I’m tempted to feed in a round or two of veg nutes to see how that goes. One more thing… I transplanted my clones and seedlings into larger nursery pots today. They were transplanted into pots with soil that has been composting/recharging for almost a month now based on some of the tips from the books I have been reading. I’m excited to see how they react to their new environment.

It’s the 9th week of flower and this run is slowly coming to an end. Mimosa is by far the fastest finisher here. In 8 weeks there is around 30 % amber trichomes in the top buds. A little too much for my taste. I ve reduced the ec in the medium of mimosas to around 1.0 and took the drippers out. Now they will dry out fully in around 1 or 2 days and I will chop. The rest is more or less similar and will go for about a week more.

Week 8 begins for LSD and Green Crack. These ladies are getting close to the end, there was a lot of yellowing leaves on each plant, so they were removed. Not much else to say. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚
