Week 3 of flowering! I am planning on moving the girls into a bit bigger tent (70x70x160) so hopefully I have a bit more room to grow tall. They will probably reach about 60 cm and that is the limit for the current tent. I hope to get the humidity down to the range of 40%, but this month is very humid in Berlin 😶‍🌫️

Semana 5 Del 30 de noviembre al 6 de diciembre Seguimos con el mismo sistema que hemos utilizando hasta ahora. 3 de diciembre Realizamos transplantes a macetas de 7l. Como podeis ver en las fotos las raices son una locura y tienen todo el sutrato colonizado. Utilizaremos cocogen de la marca progen (que es el que hemos utilizado en todo el cultivo hasta hora) para el transplante a maceta definitiva, 100% coco, previamente humedecido con agua + ryzofuel. Aprovechamos para quitar algunas hojas de la parte de abajo y eliminar algun nudo. 5 de diciembre Cambiamos el periodo a 15 h y 30 min para que vayan sexando. Realizamos riego, esta vez le metemos agua + 1gr•10l de vegetative growth de grotek porque es algo que me gusta mucho como funciona, le da mucha fuerza de cara a floracion a la planta. Regamos con 0.5l por planta PH: 6.2 EC: 0.4ms Sera el ultimo riego antes de pasar a floracion que sera el 7 de diciembre.

Wow what happened this week? Doubled her height!!! From 45cm to 88cm tall!! She's gonna be a big girl I think! Flowering underway now so the stretch should slow down next week 💪

Well the buds are starting to join together. She smells insane and is pure resin. Not much meat on here she is a skinny plant with very nice colours.

This Is not a 55 days strain like the package and BSF's web claims, they should change this información because is wrong, it seems to be a 90 days strain.

During week 9 the flowering continued nicely and all plants developed nice flower crowns. Unfortunately I spotted some brown pistils on some plants and at this stage that only can mean they have been inseminated by pollen. Since I have no male plants around I thoroughly inspect the nodes of all plants from bottom to top. I am searching for hidden male pollen-sacks that have grown on my female plants and sure enough I find several ripe and open pollen sacks on three plants. This means those plants ARE HERMAPHRODITES, plants that have BOTH SEXES, they are female plants that also grow male pollensacks...my ABSOLUTE HORROR! The open pollen sacks have released pollen onto the female pistils around them and this turned the pistils brown. Where those fertilized pistils are, seeds will now start to grow inside the buds of my grow. 😢 After spraying water over the plants, in order to neutralize the free pollen inside, I carefully cut off the hermie-plants on the main stem right above the soil and immediately discard them far away from my grow-tent into the trash. Since I spotted the hermies early, I hope my grow will not be fully seeded, but only have a few seeds grow in some buds here and there. My fingers are crossed! My 'CHEESE'-plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS has turned a little yellow and developed some dark spots on the leaves, which I attribute to the plant standing alone in a tray now. She seems to be overfed a little and getting too much water to the roots. I therefore take her out of the water for a few days, in order to let the medium dry out a little and let the roots get some air. The SANlight EVO4-120 LED-lights work like a treat. They are now running at 100% dimm-level and are hung 30 cm above the top of the plants. The BIO NOVA nutrients are still given at half strength of the recommended dose and some plants seem to be overfed...I have to keep an eye on them.

For this week, since its second week of bloom, will give it a P boost to the 1st gen mother to make sure she knows it's time to switch gears and flower. So taking out Flora Bloom and added dry Koolbloom which is 1-42-22 450PPM and also added 100 PPM of Flora Grow and 100 of CaMg for my main macro/supplement. Will be doing silica every other week and Hydro guard every week (since I found brown slime) Will resume with Flora Bloom next week. Been only doing Hydro for cloning and vegging so its my first time encountering brown Slime. Anyone know how I can get rid of it? What I know... - Need to lower PH to closer to 5-5.5 from 6.0 - Added Hydro Guard to fight slim - Minimize Air Stone duration - Been having it on pretty long because I have one large pump and I use it to brew Compost tea for my organic grow. - Need to minimize light penetration to resi - I have a perforated plastic cover laying around the house and I have been using that to cover the resi and sometime I even forget to put it on. Anything else? I run totally chemical nutes from GH Flora Series. And I have been sharing the PH and PPM meter with my organic nuets which I brew for 36 hours before use. Maybe some of that got contaminated thru that? Cause I have been using the same bucket system (without res) to raise my mothers for almost 7 months already and never encounter any slim before. I think I finally understand what tops are LOL: So please correct me if I am wrong... What I understand: - All tops large or small will "stretch" at the first weeks of flowering - Most of the "stretch" only occurs at the tops - The "stretch" will determine the length of that bud - The "stretch" should be as high as possible BUT with short distances between the NEW internodes that develop during that period. for a large and dense bud. - Don't get confused with stretch that cannabis experience under low light. Been tough keeping up with everything started a new job and has been hectic lately. ladies are doing good. feeding her based on the biobizz schedule. Havent checked Ph or PPM of runoff in a bit but have been keeping nute solution between 6.1-6.3 Im so mad i topped her a little too early she smells so damn funky would have loved to see her get to her full potential. Cant wait to pop another of these and give her another try. Thickening a bit hopefully she'll end up with some small sized colas. Its tough getting pictures of her with the lights on in tent. better pics soon!!

30.4.25: This worked out very nicely 👌 I just found Ecothrives' new, Trace! I was looking for Cal-Mag with no NPK. I came across this, I'm genuinely so excited to get using this! Ecothrive has the best products, hands down. As fate would have it, the plants are looking pretty dry! I'm going to be watering with the Trace and Biosys. Let's see what happens 😁 6 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1 contained: ♡ 3ml of Ecothrive Trace ♡ 1/4 Tsp (2.4ml) Ecothrive Biosys PPM 475 PH 6.0 1.5.25: I mixed a foliar feed with my new Ecothrive Trace. I filled a 250ml spray bottle with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with 4ml Ecothrive Trace. I used the entire bottle in 3 plants throughout the course of the day. The fan is very strong, so it didn't take long to dry. However, I did keep the lights dimmer to ensure no leaves were burnt. Additionally, I spent more time than I care to admit massaging the foliar spray into the leaves 😅 I also moved the LED lights up as Northern Lights is still stretching. Par was about 600-700. Which may be too much. I'll keep an eye on it. Let's see how we're looking in a few days after the first Ecothrive Trace application! 4.5.25: Hulkberry had totally dried out, I needed to top dress, so I added 2 Tbs of Ecothrive Life Cycle and 1 Tbs of Ecothrive Charge. I mixed it into the top loose soil, as I didn't want to get all the worm castings, coco, perlite, etc, out from storage. I watered with 6 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5. I added: ♡ 1/4 Tsp Ecothrive Biosys ♡ 1/2 Tsp Mega Crop Part A by Greenleaf nutrients. PPM: 840. The plant is in week one of flower, so nutrient needs will be changing. As I was late top dressing her, I decided to add some readily accessible nutrients to tide her over until the dry amendments have broken down enough. I moved the plant round yesterday, as one side was stretching. I removed the two bottom stems, as they weren't making it up to the canopy.
