Day 62 - Last week was a rinse. This week I returned to watering with the Fox Farm nutes, adding the Bembe and Cha Ching to the trio and Cal Mag. Day 68 - Stacking nicely and the pistols are turning red. Watered with the Fox Farm Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, Cal Mag, Bembe and Cha Ching .

FBA2509-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. Happy Growing

It was a easy strain to grow and was happy with the several watering she needed! I was feeding her every couple of days and she rewarded me with some immense dense buds! I have one more of this strain that might be heavier! I just got done with my 2nd plant and she was a big one! Got 792grams or 27 Ozas Wet weight! My best so far with a 5 plant limit this is the weight of only 2 of the 5 I grew..

Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here: 1:. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. Easily a 2 week savings in time pre-flower🤟😎😳. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. The mainline training didn’t take long in DWC - roughly 4 weeks of veg. And she was ready for the flip. We only extended it a further 2 weeks to keep pace with another grow in the same space. Otherwise, I would’ve cut the veg. Time back to 4 weeks which would’ve made the behemoth of a root ball a little more manageable. We also iceballed the res. With frozen water bottles twice a day throughout the grow. Just to keep temps down and avoid any potential issues. Whether or not there’s a better, more efficient way to get these kinds of results remains to be seen. We’re still trying to strike that balance between faster veg. Times and maximized yields. If anything, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the hermie issue at the end had something to do with the root ball binding on itself due to size. The true culprit was an unanticipated light leak but still - The ball could’ve been 2/3 the size and likely have produced similar results🤷‍♂️. I’m giving the method a slim 4 because it was a great success but too long a veg. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Regardless of the final number, we had hoped that the yield would’ve been bigger. She’s a beauty of a plant but didn’t really puff out as much as we were hoping for. At least not a mainline on a 6 week veg. At 5.125oz we’re obviously not complaining and the colours in late flower were some of the best ever seen😎👌😎👌. What she did yield was frosty, dense and surprisingly stinky AF. I see no discernible difference in the quality of the terp. Profile vs. Any of our previous organic soil grows. For those who tout this as an advantage in soil media, I say get urself a bucket and a bubbler, then we’ll talk. Hydro is just straight up awesome: 1:. 4 palm trees on the yield - any haul north of 5oz is a great addition to the cellar: 1:😎: 1:😎. Hello and welcome to week 2 of veg phase for these five Epsilon F1 Hybrid ladies. Last week is now complete with daily updates and media so please check it out. For this week well frankly I am expecting massive growth. I have taken 3 fingered leaves from Normani today and five fingered from Ally. It takes more time to photo and diarise but it is rewarding to look back on! See you tomorrow! Day 9: Nothing to report. Sorry for lazy photos. Oh... I joined twitter @UnorthadoxDude Day 10: Fertigated 5l. Loving Ally's party hands 👈👉 Day 11: Normani has overtaken Ally as the tallest and largest plant. Dinah has overtaken Lauren in a similar fashion. All girls kooking good except for some odd marks here and there (see video). Today after the photos and video and when she was back in the tent. Day 14: Fertigated 5l and performed LST and defoliation. Normani height was 32cm. End of week summary: Huge week of growth and these ladies are only just getting started. The pheno difference of Dinah is stark but super interesting.

Week 7 (Feb 15 - Feb 21). All three plants are doing nicely, and River, our youngest plant, is doing a good job keeping up, but still a couple inches shorter. So, I decided to FIM the older two plants to see if it evens them out, or sends them into a growth spurt. If the later, then I'll give River a FIM next week.

This plant has been growing unbelievably well. She has not only grown fast but evenly. I've been doing some pruning of the tiny lower bud sites that won't grow into much and doing some more LST to let more light in.

Day 12 since the lights went to 12/12. This week just general maintenance , as the autopots water the premixed soil. Every teo days I have tightened the ties holding the branches down. Lots of defoliation as growth rate is really good. Also did some lollipoping remove all the low hanging buds.

The girls are fine 👍 We're starting a flush before harvest soon 💪 The smell coming from the tent is really awesome :)

400g dry buds from autoflower strain is so exciting, after curing period buds are so massive and dense. smells like citrus with lemon aroma dominant and taste so fkn good ^_^
