Hello Diary. The last week was over and we came to the end of the journey. Ten weeks in total, three weeks of vegetation and seven weeks of flowering, and a total of 77 days since Mimosa # 1 sprouted, while Mimosa # 2 sprouted a few days later but their harvest was the same day. Last week there were no surprises, I watered the plants regularly and observed the development of trichomes. Mimosa # 1 - beautiful structure of the stem, I had to connect the branches to the stem and the stick that I put later, so that the branches would not crack and the plant would be more beautiful for the last photo shoot. The flowers are smaller and more airy, they did not fill as I expected, but they are full of trichomes, sticky under the fingers and have a strong scent. I will see what the flowers will look like after drying. Mimosa # 2 - looks a lot better. Although she stretched a lot, the flowers filled much better than her sister Mimosa # 1. With the look of the flowers, I wouldn’t say it’s the same strain. I had to stabilize it with tying, the whole plant swayed heavily given the weight of the flowers at the top of the stalk. Both plants have been closer to light than Migro recommends in the last few weeks, but as far as I can see, nothing has hurt them. As I expect to harvest, this week I followed the development of trichomes on the flowers, most of them milky and when I noticed the appearance of browns, I prepared everything and had a harvest. So I harvested all three plants in the grow box the same day. The condition in the grow box is satisfactory, the temperature is around 29 degrees and the humidity is slightly lower than 50%, and one fan blows all the time, mixing the air in the box. I can't say yet exactly if I am satisfied, we will see after drying what we managed to achieve. As for the yield, I don’t believe it will be spectacular, especially with Mimosa # 1, but I won’t predict anything in advance. After I cut the plants at the bottom of the stalk, I hung them in a grow-box upside down to dry. Since I dry whole plants in one piece with the flowers, they will probably take longer to dry completely. The ventilation will stay on to make the airflow better. Here’s what the last week looked like. 19/07/2021 - Day 65. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.3 and with 8 liters of water I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 51% humidity. 21/07/2021 - Day 67. Watering. p.H 6.4. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 41% humidity. 23/07/2021 - Day 69. Last watering. p.H I dropped to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 48% humidity. 25/07/2021 - Day 71. Photography and Harvest. After taking photos and video, I cut off the plant at the bottom of the stalk and hung it in a grow-box to dry in the dark. Whenever I write a report from the last week, some nostalgia overwhelms me after the harvest. I hang out with them every day, I take care of them, I send them positive energy and I hope they will reward me richly for it. We'll see what the reward will be here. I cannot believe it, 14 days to go then I am going to harvest, I am confident that I would of flushed Lamby quiet thoroughly, for some reason weed needs it’s roots to flushed if you want a super smooth smoke, I wonder if fruit was the same as weed, would we flush the roots to get such tasty and juicy fruit or veggies, or would we bare with that sourness. The real test will be on the 15th of December when it comes to my test smoke, then I shelf Lamby until January after returning from the festive season, by then I would have achieve top tier curing.

She started germination Monday 14/10/2019 straight into the soil, after 3 days she turned into a little sprout. 23/10/2019 - Struggling a bit to maintain good veg RH (55-65), currently between 45-50, humidifier on the way. PH was also to high about 7.5-8.0, already fix it to 6.5, with a drop of lemon juice. 24/10/2019 - Noticed little flies on the tent, going to add sticky trap.

Starting week 3, this strain grows like crazy!! The conditions are looking good, i am now giving her full nutes since she took more than well the last half-dozed nutes. Very nice lush green with no signs of deficiencies! One the root found its way to the tank wich surprised me be how fast she broke through the bottom hole

It’s hard sometimes, resisting the urge to feed her with her waterings. But I’m by now it’s gotten much easier. I wasn’t able to do the entire grow with plain water, and maybe that was better. I can’t help but wonder if the small buds is from a lack of food or if it’s just genetics. I can’t necessarily say lack of food if I study all her leaf tips. After noticing very minimal, yet noticeable, signs of tip burn, I feel confident saying she is getting lots of food. Wether or not it was the right ratio of food is another question. Maybe there wasn’t enough phosphates? Just because there isn’t a deficiency, doesn’t mean the plant couldn’t have been able to utilized more. I might come to find these tiny super dense buds.
