Hello Growmies, As we wrap up the first week of vegetation for our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, we've observed that despite being a mere seven days behind, these plants are making their mark with remarkable uniformity. They might be smaller compared to their peers, but they're growing with a precision that speaks to their strong genetics. Their identical appearances aren't just skin deep; from their symmetrical leaf patterns to their sturdy little stems, it's as if they were meticulously 'copied and pasted'. Their compact nature is a characteristic of their breed, suggesting a deliberate breeding choice for a smaller, more manageable plant. The same attentive care provided to their companions in the tent—comprising the Orca, Rhizotonic, and pH-ed water blend, administered every three days—has been extended to these youngsters. And they've responded in kind, with a vibrancy that promises much for the weeks ahead. Even in these early days, the Watermelon Candy plants are showing a resilience that bodes well for their continued development. End of week 9 One word - Voluptuous! The neighbours are definitely smelling it now, luckily the terpene profile on all of these plants make it smell more like a citrus farm. Another smooth sailing week and I have noticed some of the ladies are drinking less and the leaves are fading more and more every day. I am preparing for harvest as the girls are almost screaming to be cut down but I’ll be patient. I’ll be using my grow tent as the drying room because I can keep the environment in check. Making sure all my effort is not ruined by a rookie mistake such as not drying properly. Removed some dead leaves and thats about it. I’ve basically just been checking my PH and watering through this entire grow. It’s cool being easy and easy being cool!

When I got into the room one day before I scheduled the harvest, her branch collapsed under the weight of the buds. Not surprising, the buds were massive and dense! This is one of the best problems to appear during a grow, could never be mad at a plant for lack of strength to support the massive buds. I decided to view it as a sign from the plant, that it's done, it had enough, so the harvest happened a day early. Her buds were too tall for my DIY Cooler and since the buds were so dense, it wasn't easy to get to the stem to cut it and since the buds were covered in trichomes, the gloves were super sticky. The genetics were pretty amazing to grow, super happy plant with amazing growth - thank you, @Exotic_Seed for the seeds! 🙏

Getting hot here. Scattered thunderstorms, very windy. The girls are loving life. I am hoping the strawberries and cream will be a male. I’d like to see what I can come up with, breeding it with the Afghani Purple Kush and the Platinum Silk. Watering almost daily until I see a bit of water coming out of the bottom. Supersoil is holding strong and keeping them very healthy. I am going to start another Round of sprays with azamax. I will do once every 8 days at 1.5oz per gallon in a pump sprayer. I have seen several leafhoppers on my plants. Most of the other insect life I posted pictures of have not been seen on my plants, except hover flies!

15/12 --> Looking good so far. I topped them few days ago and I think they are recovering now. They should be back on track soon. My novice eyes don't notice any deficiency, but please do not hesitate in commenting if you do. I don't water them with Root Juice anymore, using Bio Grow instead at low dosage. The green is more intense since I changed nutes. Cheers.

Vegetative Woche 3: Tag 29 gab es das erste LST nach dem Umtopfen für die Ladys, damit sie das Zelt bald schön ausfüllen zu viert 😊 Hierfür einfach bodenhaken für die Triebe und am Hauptstamm nutze ich gerne die roten Clips. Tag 30+31 gab es nichts besonderes zu tun 😊 Tag 32 wurde das erste Mal gegossen nach dem Umtopfen mit 2l ph 6.2 Wasser mit 0,8g/l Enhancer, das Wasser habe ich zum ersten Mal mit meiner neuen Akkugießlanze verteilt und ich hoffe so noch gleichmäßiger gießen zu können 😊 Tag 33 wurden wieder mit LST gearbeitet und die Triebe mit den Bodenhaken weiter nach außen gebogen, damit ich möglichst bald ein relativ gleichmäßiges Blätterdach habe welches die gesamte Grundfläche des Zeltes ausfüllt. Tag 34 war wieder Ruhetag Tag 35 wurde wieder gegossen und zwar wieder mit 2l pro Pflanze mit ph Wert von 6.2 und 1ml/l Calmag und auch hier wurde zum Gießen di Akkulanze verwendet. 7/13/25 - 7/16/25 Flipped as another strain is gonna be a problem otherwise. Very stumpy and thicc lady, already smells very funky and rotten. Now we wait and see what emerges in flower.
