gr3g4l Hello, I'm starting this follow-up by showing the seeds that I put in a glass with distilled water where I added 5 drops of hydrogen peroxide. After 48 hours, they were placed between paper towels to let the radicles grow a little more.
As a general rule, I always use light mix substrate, but this time I took advantage of some coco I had lying around.
I'm growing 5 plants that I will let grow to show their natural structure, pruning some nodes from the lower parts, between 4 and 5 nodes, and pruning fan leaves and buds that I will be removing as the days go by.

gr3g4l We started the week observing that everything is going well.
I didn't have lightMix substrate, so I took advantage of some coco I had lying around.
Since I don't have a humidifier, I have to mist them a couple or three times a day with a spray bottle of distilled water and water them when necessary, adding rooting solution.
Once I saw what I had, I decided to go with 5 of them, which I transplanted to 1L with Janeco Light_mix. The other five were donated.

gr3g4l There's not much to comment on, I keep adding humidity by spraying with distilled water 3 or 4 times a day. And I water as soon as I see it's "dry."
At 18 days, I did a foliar spray with Hemplex, a bio-stimulant.
With these roots, they urgently need a transplant, lol.

gr3g4l I would have liked fewer days in 1L but I had this cabinet occupied with other plants. Here's the follow-up https://growdiaries.com/diaries/188469-ogkush-grow-journal-by-gr3g4l?in_active_week_choose=1
This week they moved to the 74 x 74 x 170 cm cabinet with the Lumatek Pro 300W.
Midweek, after 2 days in a cup and 22 in a 1L pot, under 150W Fluorescent, I transplanted them to a 7L textile pot, approximately, under the Lumatek Pro at 220W.
Once transplanted, I gave them a watering of 1100ml/plant with MicroVita 5gr. / 10L to boost the life of beneficial bacteria and microorganisms for the plant.
At the end of the week, I decided to do a fan leaf trim. Some plants are over 22 cm tall, and with the trim, I hope to slow their height growth and encourage them to grow wider.

gr3g4l This week is their last week of growth at 18/06h.
It seems that after the last pruning, the plants stopped growing taller as they had been and have focused more on growing wider, just as we wanted.
Midweek, at 31 days, I pruned some leaves from the top of the stem that had already grown enough. This way, I aim to continue delaying the apical growth and strengthen the rest of the branches. I also got rid of the first pair of nodes from all the plants.
The treatment with Solabiol as a preventive measure has continued.
On Day 33, I removed the heaters because the temperatures outside are rising, and I added a couple of side fans. I also took the opportunity to put in the stakes before they grow much more, so it's ready for flowering.
On Day 34, one day before the end of the week, I changed the photoperiod to 12/12h. The size of the plants and the 9 days they've been in these pots seemed sufficient to me, and the cabinet is small, so I can't overdo it.

gr3g4l they maintain a nice green and notable growth and continue to stay short in height.
trichoderma 1g/10L + 2g/10L of mycorrhizae.
Until this week, I was watering with half distilled / half tap water, the tap water base comes out to 0.8-9 EC and I have to mix it with distilled to get it to 0.4 EC. Well, from now on I will water with reverse osmosis water that comes out to 0.16 EC.
So far, I had been adding Cal-Mag every 10 days approximately, and now I will add it in every watering to raise it to 0.5 EC, then I will add the nutrient that is due, whatever it may be.
This week there was also a rise in temperatures and on some days the maximums reached 29-30ºC, so I got rid of the heaters and raised the LEDs a bit more, to 40-45 cm from the tops so it's not so aggressive. The cabinet suffers whether it's hot outside or cold; I don't have it inside the house and I have to keep changing things according to the season.

gr3g4l This week, starting from a base of 0.13 EC, I can increase the dose of Cal-Mag and Bloom up to 1.6 EC. I'm thinking it would be about 3mm/L of Cal and Bloom, but it will be a bit more. I focused more on the EC than on the recommended ml amount.
This week I sprayed them again with Solabiol to prevent spider mites; in a few days, the temperature will rise again, and I don't want to make it easy for them.
At 18 days, a good pruning of leaves and branches from the lower parts of each branch.

gr3g4l these last few days the apical buds have stretched quite a bit, increasing the distance between nodes.
to lower the pH I use citric acid. The tap water starts at 8.2 pH and I add until it drops to about 6.7.
At 25 and 26 days, these plants shouldn't grow much more and they have all already chosen where to grow and fatten up. At this point, I removed some leaves and a few suckers and tied some of the branches to the supports as best as I could. The goal is simply to arrange them so they can continue growing without having to bear the weight of the buds on their own when they fatten up.
As can be seen, one of them developed a genetic mutation called fasciation, a chromosomal modification.

gr3g4l Regarding watering, I would say that the dosage can vary depending on the EC; I prioritize the EC over the dosages, and on some occasions, it can be more ml/L than what I mention.
At 33 days, I decided to trim a few leaves so that some lower buds that had been in the shade could get a bit more light. Between removing leaves or leaving them, I opted to do this lol.

gr3g4l Just a reminder that you shouldn't pay too much attention to the doses; it's just a guideline.
For example: on day 43, I watered with BUD, only using bud until reaching 1.6 EC, adding until I got to 1.6
without looking at the ml amounts.
It's recommended not to exceed 1ml/L, and this was with a bit more. Later on, we'll see if they were over-fertilized or not.

gr3g4l last week of feeding, one of Bud and water to start flushing. Given how dense the buds are, I understand that Botrytis is probably lurking around waiting for the moment to strike, and I don't want to give it that pleasure.
As you can see, it turned out quite purple. I love the diversity of colors, flavors, nuances, etc.
But it doesn't make it clear to me which phenotype is most similar to the MambaNegra lol. Nor its yield. I'll have to average a series of different phenotypes.

gr3g4l At the end of last week and this week, I did a root wash. Water with citric acid and ascorbic acid.
I cut the most developed apical buds that were at higher risk of botrytis, and the rest will continue for another week to 10 days.
Different phenotypes have emerged, some more skunky and others more Critical.
At 60 days, I decided to cut the apical buds and leave the rest of the plants to finish fattening and maturing.
Then I watered again with Bloom Bud and Cal-Mag.

gr3g4l we finished the grow in 66 days at 12/12h. these last two waterings were done with just water, nothing else.
I would have liked to extend it a few more days, but I was forced by the high temperatures that were starting to rise. It was creating a perfect environment for spider mites.
One last night in the dark and then it was time to cut and hang to dry.
After a month of drying, I weighed it and stored it to continue curing. total 355g.
gr3g4l Here the grow ends,
After a month drying, weighing, and storing to continue curing.
Total 355g.
Dense, strong smell. Sweet earthy flavor with some citrus according to phenotype. It would be a mix of Skunk and Critical, like its parents.
50x50x50 cabinets with 150W 4000K fluorescents for the first growth phase.
74x74x170 300W LED to finish growth and flowering.
@FatnastyzBudz, thank you very much Fatnastyz, I'm glad to see that someone liked it. Xd. The MambaNegra are still drying and in a few days I'll hang the final result, not bad at all.
Best regards and thanks for stopping by.
