hello hello growers! My dark phoenix makes me very happy with its growth and development .. this very peculiar bole is seen by its appearance and characteristic leaves .. Week 6, added Biobizz top max according to their schedule. Great to see so many pistils growing and the smell is strengthening. A lot of growth the past week and this week, the height went to 36 cm and down to 30cm due to LST. In hindsight (writing this in week 8,5) I should've spread the large cola stems even further outwards and guide one/the big main cola to the center, I did try a bit but couldn't see what stems to move to the center.

This was an amazing firat grow and I’m not done yet love mainlining. Depending on how these dry and the yields come out I may just do lst and get about the same amount of yield out of the grow but I still have another week or so till I chop the others

9/10 Went and shook the plants off. I don't think it rained. I think it's just dew. Plants with ailments seem to be progressing well and it looks like they'll outrun the pathogens. It may not be a banner year yield wise but the quality will be great it looks like. GMO is stacking up real nice. The ones in further flower are swelling more and more everyday. Earwigs MAY be back because I noticed a couple of plants where I left a tiny little branch on the bottom have been lollipopped on tje sherb pie and rather quickly too. I suppose it could be leaves dieing and rotting bit I doubt it. If they are here there aren't many and most plants are too far in flower for them to bother. They eat the lower newly developing shoots. Not big dense buds. Luckily. I noticed some pm on the gmo with pm. Looks like it's time for another treatment of k bicarb. I'll probably do that tonight. I'll keep this updated. WENT BACK OVER AND DEFOLIATED A BUNCH OF STUFF. ITS TIME FOR ANOTHER APP OF K BICARB. I CHECKED THE SHERB PIE AND IT DOESNT NEED TO BE WATERED. IT WAS STILL VERY HEAVY. Mixed water for this morning last night. WATERED AND FED EVERYTHING (BUT TOASTED TOFFY AND EVENT HORIZON #2 DUE TO THEM BEING CHOPPED SOON.) Everything got a gallon of water and a qtr of food. I had to cut a couple small interior secondary branches on my shottiest GMO due to the appearance of grey mold. I also found some botrytis in both the event horizon and toasted toffy that I plan to take the tops of today. I scoped them and I'm planning to do a staged harvest. Trichs are milky with some amber. Everything is blowing up! I'm not sure what's happening but like it previous years there's a couple plants with leaves dieing near bud sites and an overall yellow appearance. Maybe it's late stage septoria. I cant isolate it due to local laws but if I have to I'll deal with it. Nothing else had anything like that. I hace noticed SOMETHING nocturnal that can eat a small branch and leave it bare. Also eat the small newly forming shoots at the bottom of plants. I shouldve taken off ALL the larfy stuff as it draws bugs but I did things a like different with each plant this year. I'm going to go through the plants again today and I'll update what I decide. Chances are the top half of those two plants are coming down. I'll do a video. 9/15 I'll have to add pics and videos tomorrow. Last night I did a final check of the trichs on event horizon #2 and toasted toffy. Everything looked great so I proceeded to do a "wet trim" outside (ill use the leaf blower to clean up) and cut the tops off the plant. I know this injures tje plant but it also makes them go crazy thinking they are dying and the buds and trichs swell. I had one plant last year I got two harvests off and a bunch of fresh frozen for concentrates. I looked this morning and I madecthe right decision. These plants are DONE. I've got another event horizon but it's not quite there yet. I'm going to leave it as long as I can. If the injured plants pick up pm or something (already had septoria) then the flower will be used for extracts or I'll do a Cervantes wash. I imagine concentrates though. One GMO isn't doing as good as the rest. Yesterday I had to cut three branches off due to grey mold on the stalk. If laws allowed it I'd isolate that plant. Luckily since I spend so much time going through the garden I'm able to find this kind of stuff. The GMO'S look wonderful (even the one with some yellow leaves that I cut the branches off) . K bicarb has kept pm at bay so far. This strain has TONS of trichs. It's like trich on trich on trich. I can't wait to try it. It smells amazing. Sherb pie is completely purple with rock hard buds that smell amazing. It's quality over quantity this year. The big one in the 50 (I think red runtz) is swelling more everyday. I'm going to switch to ch ching soon. The plant in the 10 had TOTALLY SUPRISED ME. I've never grown a plant lime this. It started out with dark purple in the middle now buds are swelling and calyxes are EVERYWHERE! This plant is growing extremely fast! You'll see what I mean when I put the pics and the videos up. I'm not going to do the event horizon harvest until I get both plants and all of both plants. It will be a while before I finish the toasted toffy one as well. 9/16 I'm glad I took those plants. Weather is good but plants were soaked thos morning. I need to go out at night and see what is eating new shoots. Flowers are looking great. I need to do another app of k bocarb sometime. I'm suprised the pm has pretty much stayed with that one plant. That two other GMO's flanking it are doing awesome! Purple, sticky stinky. It's got the whole package. The one in the 50 has some huge flowers that won't require much longer. The one invthe 10 has some time left. This is clearly a sativa dominant hybrid. The buds are swelling like crazy. It went from NO buds to having little purple calyxes to flowers that look like cat-tails! I can't wait to see what rhis year brings. Once I get things dry and manicured I'll give you guys a look at how the first stage of the first harvest went. I'm super happy. Spent a large part of this morning shaking plants by handcand removing any dead leaves or anything that could cause rot then I went over them with a leaf blower. I'll need to water tonight I imagine. The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Daylight hours this week will be below 13.5. I can't use halves in the grow conditions, so I'm noting here. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 85°. Skies were cloudy all day. We had a huge thunderstorm with high winds roll through followed by heavy rain most of the day. I added another 100 ml of feather meal top dressed to each pot. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 91°F. Skies were partly cloudy. I watered about 5 gallons per pot. I treated with Growers Ally fungicide. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94°F. The girls were thirsty. I watered about 6 gallons per pot. I really wet them and the ground under the pots. They're feeding on the runoff in the soil as they've rooted through the pots. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94°. It felt like 102°F. Skies were sunny and clear. I watered about 5 gallons per pot twice today. The girls were super thirsty. I added 80ml of Coop Poop top dressed. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 90°F. Skies were partly cloudy. I watered about 5 gallons each pot. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 89°F. Skies were mostly cloudy to overcast. We had a lot of rain today so no need to water

Day 106. Girls are really fatten up, even bottom airy buds, get some mass into them on Gorillas. Control Garden is like two weeks behind, so i will feed those 3 longer, all other girls in the middle of this week will get theirs last feed. So approx end of week 18 is chop day for RQS run. Very sad situation, trying not to think about pollination . Never had pollinated garden before, so its hard to make any calls ... Time will show. Day 108. Girls avoided pollination with minimal damage .. Found like 20 real seed spots, hope it will be double that max in total. They are fading and maturing, one more big mistake, left them too bushy , they needed lolitoping higher, loads , millions of airy smallest of all smallest buds ;)) One Cookie going crazy purple .. Pure water and looks like all job is done, still checking for hermies every day ... You search for mistakes instead of enjoying , stupid situation really ... Day 109. Three Gorillas are ready, i don't know how, but calaxies went pinky,violet,grey, didn't mature enough, so really airy and leafy buds.... All pistils are brown and curly Trichs are milky with at least 30% amber. I think they just couldn't make it ; Too weak light, Too small pots, Went too gentle with lolitop, mostly airy shitty outdoor type buds, Had pollination, could stop them from maturing and just putting efforts into seeds. Made mistake with watering almost dried them out on week 5 of flower, after that many pistils died and not many new flowers formed. Bad attempt with CheckPoint intention, back to drawing board ... ;)) Night 110. Girls are ok, smell amazingly, fades slowly but steady. One Cookie went absolute purple, really nice colours, but no buds tho .... And don't know how i did my homework, but after checking seedfinder for flowering time info i don't know how i decided to go with this strains ... Gorillas are amazing, just low yielders. Control Garden is flying, some buds are real size grenades, pure joy to watch them grow ... Happy Growing !

So as you can see my girls suffered a bit in week 3 but are on the mend. I've continued to LST them tying down the new growth sites and either tucking or removing the fan leaves to allow light to penetrate to the new growth sites I'm going to veg for 2/3 more weeks then flip them Just did a complete water change and stripped down the whole system to clean the water pipes air pipes and air stones. After visiting my local hydroponics shop they recommended a organic ph up and down which I thought sounded good less chemicals in my grow what's not to like about that. However once I had used them I quickly realised they had issues I was constantly checking and adjusting my ph levels as they would drop to 5.3 and over the course of a few hours would rise to 7.4 upon checking my water pump I found my filters where completely blocked so I flushed them and put them back in and it seemed to work fine until the next day when I checked again and yet again they where blocked. I think they had reacted with my other nutrients and caused a brown funky sludge. I have scrubbed each bucket and reservoir to get rid of the gunk then used disinfect on all the equipment and the grow room. I've uploaded a video so you can see the condition my girls where living in. Hope this helps anyone in their future grows

What a week! the weather has not been very gracious to us. It has been pretty hot all day and humid at night. The majority of the day has the perfect setting but when the sun is at its peak it definitely puts a tool on the girlies. :'( We got a bigger fan to circulate air more but well have to see how that goes... Hoping for rain and some extra clouds soon!

Hello! After 84 Days or 12 Weeks flowering finally Harvest my 2nd Plant ))) I also did the 48Hrs Dark time with this grow, Wet Trim took half of the day actually but finally its Done, Altogether after Wet trimmed I got 445g Wet weight buds, Was using Nature Organic Living soil and Water only methods also gave some Bloom Booster 0.6-3.-3. Very happy its finally done cant wait to smoke and taste the buds )) Thanks

Diese Woche wurde die Apple Strudel defoliert und Pound Cake etwas weniger . Man merkt das die Pound Cake 2 Wochen weiter ist anhand der Blüten Bildung. Sagenhaft das Pound Cake auto nur Leitungswasser ohne PH bekommt wegen ihrem Dopesoil. Echt gamechanger !es macht mir so Spass.
