Here we are at the halfway point, after the first month our photoperiod plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. Jet Fuel has just undergone the topping of 8 florets, you can see the 4 fresh florets just cut. We are therefore at 8 very small branches growing, my plan for photoperiod plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the florets to split them, we always take care not to damage the new growing florets. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and in perfect shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I'm a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil and start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember the cold temperature makes the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer so be careful to give the right amount and to dry the plant in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. June 10: very nice late spring day but the air is too dry for seedlings. To raise the humidity I’m misting the leaves a few time a day. Good for seedlings but also bigger vegetating plants. Check out the owl video. June 14: rain all day. About 50-60 mm so far.

Overall i'm really happy with this strain. First i thought i wouldn't get a high yield but i'm pretty happy with it i got 250grams of top trimmed buds 2g of hashoil 2g of bubblehash and another 80grams of dry plant material for making bubblehash. Super potent strain with an amazing flavour, definitely nit the last time growing this strain.

So the at the start of week 4 the girls have taken a beating from the pesticide that I spray on them, had to take off some dying fan leaves. the one plant is recovering nicely while her sister on the other hands need a close eye. This week the girls will get their first watering with actual noots

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Por lejos este ha sido mi mejor cultivo hasta ahora, han sido los cogollos más grandes, densos y llenos de tricomas que he cultivado, comparado con el cultivo anterior en el que usé el mismo tipo de planta, está vez fue muy superior. Los motivos de la mejora pueden ser varios, incluidos más luz, ya que en el cultivo anterior solo tuve 480w, ahora fueron 720w, también usé tutores y palitos de madera para crear una estructura firme en algunas plantas, y fueron estás mismas las que tuvieron los cogollos más grandes, así que lo usaré en todas las plantas del siguiente cultivo. Además el tiempo de cultivo se redujo de 4 meses a 3 meses y medio, aprox. Ahora solo queda esperar unas 2 semanas para el secado y ver cuánto fue la cosecha total en gramos secos, la anterior fue de 635 gramos secos, está yo creo que por lo menos rondará los 700 gramos secos, incluso puede que me sorprenda y sea mucho más.

3/3 Female! These girls are looking beautiful right now! They are all very small and compact but each looks pretty dense. I expect some significant stretch in the next week or two. The main stems for all are thick and look very healthy, roots all look fantastic, I might have missed when I topped one of them. (as a reminder this is my first time topping) The plant which forked itself looks pretty nice too, and just started to show female. I still think that plant is the most interesting since it grew that way on it's own. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I've fed these girls more than any other grow I've done (which to be fair is not many) but I think they might come out as my best harvest yet. I have a really good feeling about these. Harvest should be right around X-Mas too! This week is WEEDSGIVING! I think I'll try to make a mid week update to share some of the fun.

The plant really started going off at this point, I also did some LST and it appears to have helped promote the growth of the other branches. Also gave the plant a half dosage of Fox Farms Grow Big at 10 ml/g every other watering for now. The weather kinda dipped a bit this week, this brought it down to the low 70's at many points often but I brought the plant inside for this thanksgiving weekend. Very excited about the next steps!

This season, I felt like trying something new: automatics After some research (and a good gut feeling), I chose Hulkberry Auto—a strain that seemed to appreciate warmer, tropical-style environments. And wow… was I spot on. --- 🌱 Growth Log (Days 1–29) Apologies for starting this journal a little late—we’re joining the timeline on Day 29, so let me bring you up to speed: 🌿 Day 1 - Planted 6x Hulkberry Auto seeds into 8L fleece pots. 🌱 Day 2 - Every single seedling sprouted! - Growing side by side with my photoperiod Maui Waui in the background. 🌞 Days 3–29 - The plants have absolutely thrived. Deep green, bushy growth and an intoxicating aroma make this grow a treat to witness. - Heights achieved so far: - 70 cm - 60 cm - 60 cm - 60 cm - 55 cm - 40 cm Even the smallest among them is stunning. I never cull plants. Everyone stays with us through to harvest. Well, week 11 has started today 8/15. So blessed to have gotten this far! I'll be flipping the lights tomorrow to begin to start flowering. I have both my tents linked up so I don't have to run two separate exhausts! Now that the stress part is over time to sit, enjoy some puffs and continue focusing my energy!
