I trained her pretty much in the last week with LST. I also constantly trim her leafs and cut off fan-leafes to improve the airflow and to let the lower branches get more light. Update 18.04.2024: Yesterday I cut off a few fan-leafes. I want to improve the airflow and I hope that the plant got more energy for growing branches because of that (I thought it would might work like lollipopping). I also turned the pot because one twig is significantly smaller than the others and I want even branches.

Hello Diary. It ended the third week of flowering on my little Farm. Lots of changes to Mimosa #2, but before that a few words for Mimosa #1. It has reached 110 cm which is a couple of cm more than last week which means it will no longer grow in height. The plant has a nice shape, I cleaned the lower branches earlier so there is good air flow through the plant. This is helped by two fans that blow constantly. What I noticed is that the flowers are kind of weird-small. It’s as if they’ve shrunk, even though they’re full of trichomes and stick to your fingers, they look a lot different from Mimosa #2. They didn't shed any hair at all. I will see how it develops further. Otherwise the plant looks healthy, the leaves are dark green and it looks beautiful. Mimosa # 2 has grown to 117 cm which makes it currently the tallest on the Farm, and it was a few days late and was the smallest for the first 4 weeks. As it grew abruptly, the lower part of the plant was again blocked with branches and leaves, so I removed the lower branches again. The other three are bending clips that move the lower branches away from the stalk to receive as much light as possible. The flowers filled in nicely and began to spread the scent. I hope she also stopped growing because she exceeded the height that is ideal for the height of my grow box. I water the plants every two days, they drink really a lot of water. This week I added Bio Grow, Bio Bloom and Alg-a-Mic from BioBizz to one watering. The temperature is around 29 degrees, during the day it even rises a little above 30 degrees, but so it is in summer, I hope it will not cause stress to the plants. Here’s what it looked like last week. 20/06/2021 - Day 36. Watering. I added 1ml / lit CalMg to 8 liters of water, I lowered the p.H. at 6.5 and with that amount evenly watered all three plants. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 60% humidity. 22/06/2021 - Day 38. Watering. This time I just regulated p.H at 6.3. I did not add any nutrients. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 47% humidity. 24/06/2021 - Day 40. Watering. I added Bio Grow 1.5 ml / lit, Bio Bloom 1 ml / lit and Alg-a-Mic 1ml / lit. p.H. I dropped to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 31 degrees and 52% humidity. 26/06/2021 - Day 42. Watering and photography. p.H. I dropped to 6.5. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 45% humidity. Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.

11/1: I started a pair of each of the Wicked Stix beans, but had a couple of failures and ended up planting a Berry Bomb and a GG4 as replacements. What fun I'm having with these. Now the thrips have been eradicated from the flower room (for now) all girls have pushed really well. The sherberts are both very very similar phenos which is a bit disappointing I guess.. Flowers everywhere and already a great smell of sweetness from them. Npk feeds are still once a week with beneficial liquids and pH 6.0 water doing every other watering. Once a week they get 5ml per litre of big fruits. If you wanna know 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 fruiting is raised by up to 25% thanks to the higher auxin production in the bud's tips. As a result, the plant's capacity to absorb nutrients is higher. Higher nutritional needs lead to better fruiting with higher yields. Big Fruits gives the fruits an intense, natural flavor. Woche über haben sich die Blüten weiter entwickelt. Die Trichome wurden mehr und man fängt an erste Terpene zu riechen. Wir haben Donnerstag (BT 2) stark entlaubt und schauen jetzt wie die Pflanzen wachsen. C.C ist bissl kleiner aber trotzdem hat sie starke Triebe und scheint gute Blüten auszubilden. Der Geruch ist aufjedenfall schon funky.
