Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. Wow, this has been a wild week here! She is looking so good. She has perfect form, many tops. And is definitely winning against my FastBuds Mystery seed #1. Hands down my favourite plant, maybe... ever! It's absolutely perfect. Look at her! 😍 A true dream come true... Now watch me mess this up! 😅 Anyway so I fimmed, and ended up with 7 tops. Very happy with that. Training started, to begin to open up all of those tops. I used the LST clips to bend over the stems away from the plants centre. I did this with every branch. I water with 2 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which I will add .5g Ecothrive Biosys to. I water about every 3-4 days, when the pots have dried sufficiently. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

start of week 2 veg, i put an aquarium heater in my res to keep the temp 21 celcius also added an extra airpump in the res with the waterpump roots are already in the water i used CFL so far i might hang my led above them now

01/08 The plants are growing strong and the topping was a success! I started using SCROG to help me bend the stems easily and it seems to be working like a charm! I adjested the feed as recommended by the manufacturer and they seem to take it just fine 04/08 I've been away the past couple of days, it's been hot and the babies were thirsty! I decided to change to final 18L pots so I give them plenty of time to accommodate before flowering. The plants look healthy, no sign of anything wrong, I just think they needed water. I kept the same soil composition, kept the same feeding and we'll see in a couple of days how they recover.

Day 77: As expected , the ladies have continued to pack bud girth on this week and i suspect will go at least another week at the least. They are pushing out so many fresh pistils still even though the LOS girl looks very faded now. she is covered in fresh pistils too so no signs of a ripen yet or withdrawal of the unused ones so let's see if her leaves allow another week !!. I wonder if my LOS has died and needs a total recharge for the next run ( already germed and coming very soon !!!) The #2 is continuing to fatten all her mains out which give her a shaggy appearance all over. She is a good size and showing some fading signs too now. I never flush , ever , so thisnis a natural dmfast which I am glad to say is a welcome sight now. #3 Is the tallest girl with the nearest looking buds all down her stems. I live the fresh fruit smells she kicks out too. 2 more weeks would make these stellar girls.

Der EC-Wert ist mit 2,3 glaube ich etwas zu hoch, aber dagegen mache ich nichts. Die anderen Pflanzen im Turm gedeihen prächtig. --------------------------- The plant has had a growth spurt in height. The pH value is now constant at 5.5 and I have added more fertilizer. I think the EC value is a little too high at 2.3, but I'm not doing anything about that. The other plants in the tower are thriving.

So this is the start of the fourth week with me. I find this very engulfing. I like spending an hour with them a day and move the little ones out of the bigger fan leaves shadow by tucking the larger ones away giving the little ones a chance to get more light and flourish. I’m noticing more the strain my one girl went through compared to the others, her leaves being smaller than the other girls. I’ve tried to give them the best environment I can and realize I still play a huge role in their life. This is my first grow and I love it. I hope they grow up well and flourish. They were fed last week and had a bit of nutrient burn so this week I gave them just water. I’m not sure how much longer I should veg but I hear in the scrog game the longer you veg the better. Hoping for the best for everyone on GrowDiaries and their grows!

Okkk so we did fimming to this lady And she responded very well Now she is all good and growing wild She is also in a bigger pot plus We started adding bloom nutes We hit her with 1500ppm to begin IT was just 300ml/400ml top And I believe 50ml of water or more But its all good tho Temp is around 23/25 at day Temp at night lowes to 19 when really cold And humidity always around 45%/65% Usually 41 when really dry and 78% when top humid I always keep them between 50/60 Anyways lights are on around 16/18 hrs per Day and just been using these nutes Floranova bloom and veggie Probably will add some big bud And some other great stuff Anyways thanks for your support Blessings and happy growing

Today on day 17 from date of birth Iam preparing a worm casting tea. In a cheese cloth bag ,Made up of 2 cups of worm castings 2 tablespoons of unsulfured molasses,2 tablespoons of mineralized phosphate (bat shit) ,2 tablespoons of soluble seaweed extract . 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 2 tablespoons of all purpose 4-4-4 all Gia green products other than. I also sprinkled in some great white premium mycorrhizae inton2 gallons of water. Tea will brew for 24 hours before applying.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil.
