week 9 - 1/25-2/1 Was going to harvest but its just absolutely not even close to ready... Going to try to make this work with limited space as every great grower would try.... I put it in 48 hours of darkness thinking iw as going to chop it but when i pciked it up i just couldnt have the heart to move forward and decided to turn the lights off... (i also fed right before 48 hours of dark because i was planning on keeping growing then decided fuck it lets chop b/c of a major setback while i was on vacation but now its experiment time!!!) ... lets see what happens! ASLO recipe called for NO CAL MAG but im adding 3 ML to the mix b/c i think itll help since im in coco... elts see

WEEK 4 (DAY 22-28) The plants are growing good. They are receiving plenty of light as they share a tent with older plants. Therefore, I always try to place them in areas with less light intensity. The mainfolding has been handled quite well, and both plants are now growing two strong and evenly balanced shoots each.

From the looks of it. I am in early stages of root rot. Plant is not growing as fast as it was at all. It can be a few things. Light penetration into the bucket. My water temps are around 70f. So I think that's okay. I had some extra mylar from a grow I did years ago. Cut pieces to go over the kids hopefully that helps. I took out all additives besides CalMag. They were fouling the rez as usual. Dropping the Ph as usual. I think it's also the cause of the root rot. I have sprayed soaked with h202 and have added it to the reservoir after a cleaning and a water change. Looks a bit better. I'm located in Canada and I cannot find hydroguard anywhere. Which kinda sucks. Any alternatives would be great. Thanks

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Alright folks always are now on day 18 and we are looking good. I did notice the plants needed water pretty badly. Hope I didnt stunt them. (Better than over watering imo) They did perk up once I watered them. They blew up since the last update and it was time to LST. Water the ladies today with aprox 8 cups of de-chlorinated water each, pH to 6.5. Moved the lights a little closer and added a new humidifier due to a break down with the old unit.

So that's Betty finally done , pretty happy with fast berry overall just over 900g wet from both plants😀😀😀 will be doing this strain again very soon 😀

V23, riego pH 6.2 y EC 1.5, se realizó una pequeña defoliación y Lollipop, las plantas están mejor que nunca, creciendo al ritmo esperado y hojas apuntando hacia la luz, cómo "rezando al cielo" mostrando fotosíntesis al máximo, plantas felices. V24, se realizó LST a las ramas con buen crecimiento. He notado que son más difíciles de entrenar, son algo más duros los tallos, por lo que les hice un pequeño masaje antes de doblarlas para evitar que se rompan.

Started LST this week! They are extremely soft to bend Humidity fluctuating a lot especially on rainy days it gets up to 70% RH and as low as 40 in the mornings

Week 5 begins for LSD and Green Crack! The LSD ladies had the most yellowing over the last week, yet they have the most frost on the buds. The Green Crack ladies had a little bit of yellowing and has bigger buds, but no frost at this time. They all seem very happy in their new 4x8 home. This grow has been very educational and new. Change in Nutrients and Grow Style by only defoliating once. Very dense harvesting. I used 4 Crop King Seeds Jack Herer Autos. My #4 plant did not look anything like the other 3. It grew out more like a Gelato plant. While harvesting it smelled of Grapefruit! Wonderful Plant to Harvest! For Drying I am using my Black Dog Kit again with putting all buds on drying discs in the Tent. I then exhaust out humidity >60%. Being it is in the middle of summer, I run a dehumidifier in front of the Fresh Air Intake into the tent. That helps keep the Humidity below 60%.

I finally named her... Sarah Lee. 😁 I moved her upstairs where I can control the environment better. Michigan weather is a beast and my basement was a bad idea for a summer tent grow. The AC upstairs is making her happy and helps with humidity. So boom. She is flowering nicely! 😍 Water (pH 6.58) about 1.25 gal every 2 days now. She's thirsty. Still not full strength on Nutes, next water maybe more Tiger Bloom. I still use vinegar for pHing. No issues at this time, except humidity. Oh, and my cat is obsessed. I'm not wanting to smoke cat hair, so I put up curtains. I'm also not upset I didn't do any LST. This plant is thriving. Next time I will try LST. I just want to get good bud off an inside grow. 😊 Going into week six and I'm super excited. 😎👍🏼🌱 One last thing. I changed her light schedule to 18-6. I was 19-5 and read a blog where the grower increased dark an hour at flower and it really bulked the buds. We'll see. GL y'all.

Willkommen in Woche 10: Die letzte und diese Woche waren furchtbar nass. Ich hab die Kleine nach jedem Regen geschüttelt trieb um trieb also richtig umtriebig… Heute (tag4) habe ich sie wieder nach dem Regen geschüttelt. Dabei ist leider die hauptblüte abgebrochen… naja halb so wild…die Apple of Eden neben dran wurde gestern schon panisch aus Angst vor Schimmel geerntet. Da hab die Blüte kurz getrimmt und dazu gehängt. Die Durban poison wirkt recht robust gegen Schimmel.. bin mal gespannt wie es weitergeht.

Week 9: Day 57-60: So... I'm in love with these White Cracks! #1's Main cola coupled with that PHAT ass double bud has got my wouth watering! I was worried it would be a bit too early on day 73 for #2 and #3 but they seem to be catching up qickly and are really only a few days behind #1. I can throw everything at #2 in terms of nutes and she just eats it up, what a surprise pheno after the VERY bushy and compact structure of her first 3.5 weeks. Buds are very dense on all 3 plants and SUPER frosty! They enjoy an upped dose of Calmg on day 60! Day 61-63: They are starting to show their fall colors ever so slightly, and the temperatures are going to be 2C cooler from here on out, so hoping for a little extra color 😉 Gave em all a nice final feed of bloom nutes on Day 63. #1 has about 85-95% white pistils and #2 and #3 have about 45-55% orange pistils. #1 is about 70% milky with a 5% amber and #2 and #3 are about 50-60% milky and a few amber here and there. Looking forward to these last 10 day! will be giving them PH'd water with regulator until harvest in 10 days. I only have time on Day 73-74 to harvest which I don't mind. I'm hoping this will create a varience in the type of effect every plant has to offer! Oh and these White Crack overpower the 4AM in terms of smell by quite a large amount. I can't smell the 4AM in the tent with these 😂 EDIT: Oh and just wanted to say thank you for all the help you all have given me so far! Oh and shout out to FastBuds, which sent me a message last week saying they were interested in me growing their genetics! They're sending me some free seeds for my next grow! How awesome is that!
