This little plant is a fighter. The weather has been seriously all over the place from rain, humidity, dry, cold, super hot, etx. She’s a bit stunted from the rain. First week of flower and she is chugging along. Gave her a feeding of mammoth p and an ipm of BT and Dr Zymes✌️💚🌿💨

Week has gone very well will be trimming all fan leaves come week end. The buds are already starting to come in and the smell is becoming more pungent

Welcome to my new grow report! After a few rounds with two strains, this time it will be just one strain. I’m hoping that using a single variety will give me more uniform plants (in height). I chose Frozen Black Cherry from Anesia Seeds, an indica-dominant strain. On 03/12/25, five seeds were sown in 0.4-liter pots. These were filled with seed-starting soil and watered with Rhizotonic (EC 0.76 – pH 6.0 – 21°C). They were then placed on a heat mat set to 27°C using a thermostat. I never pre-germinate, so I simply put the seed straight into the moist, warm soil. On 05/12/25, one had already popped up, and the next day all five were above ground. Temperatures fluctuated between 20.9 and 26.0°C, and humidity stayed between 40 and 80%.

this week was uneventful. buds have been getting bigger. im feeding more and defoliated again a bit. theres now a sweet smell in the garden

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Sunday, 28-08-2022 Stretching up and out and looking good. Top-dressed midweek with 60 ml Humic Acid flakes. Foliar sprayed yesterday with The Amazing Doctor Zymes Eliminator(TADZE). Plants continue to seem pest free since starting to use TADZE. Only one midweek feed due to pots being saturated with rain on previous weekend. Supplemented feed today with Beneficial Booster comprised of 50 ml molasses, 125 ml EMAS and 15+ ml~ Recharge in 12 litres stored rain water with the molasses diluted in 950 ml filtered tap water, rain water EC=0~, final EC 1.7.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it. Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback. Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier. There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it. Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier. HIGHLY recommend for all growers. The grow cycle went pretty smooth. She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌 Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites. They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received. Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more. Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds. I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part. They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days. I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them. Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos. Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel. Touch: Very sticky, dense buds. They break down finely in the grinder. Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so) I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo) Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash. The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush. Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you. Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth! Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂 Great strain to kick start the day. Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊

She was ready to get topped! She looks so healthy and vital with enough internodal spacing - so I decided her 3-week anniversary after germinating is a good moment to take her top off. As a beautiful surprise, she has triple stalks at the fourth node, her new top, which will look super pretty when going into LST camp! Also, her lower stalks are already growing strong and long, giving me the feeling, she'll be a bushy lady.

Only popped one seed, but from that, this strain was solid.
