At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Hola amigos! Buenos humos a todos! 🌊🤙 La semana anterior no hice actualización, pero he estado haciendo lavado de raíz casi en todas las plantas. La humedad acá es todo un reto, 3 ventiladores, 1 deshumidificador y 1 extractor no es suficiente para 1.5m2. No hay forma de bajar del 70%. Hasta arroz he puesto en la base de las macetas. He tenido nuevamente problemas con botrytis y tuve que cortar algunas colas o parte de ellas. Esto es lo peor que puede pasar ya en la última semana. También tuve otro problema, pues a pesar de nunca haber tenido un macho en casa, ni haber detectado alguna hermafrodita, una de las AK47 apareció polinizada y está echando semillas (ya al final de la floración) . Tuve que cortar varias ramas y flores para detener esa producción y así la planta termine de madurar. No sé cómo irá a quedar esa marihuana con ese problema, pero por el tiempo que queda, no creo que termine de formar por completo las semillas. Otra opción pudo ser estrés por exceso de PK o por exceso de calor (más de 27C). Leí que esta sepa es propensa a crear flores macho por estas causas. Todo lo demás anda bien. Kinda a rough week, everyone. I’ve been battling the flu all week and my energy is zapped. So firstly I had been growing increasingly annoyed of leaf clawing. I addressed overwatering and started only watering every 4-5 days and the girls responded well. I researched defoliation as much as I could and gave it a go because the plants weren’t getting optimal light. Might’ve overdone it, I’m not sure. Then came lowering the screens to begin scrogging. I’ve read probably every forum and article and looked at dozens of diaries; but it feels like when I’m tying branches to the screen it’s just stacking them on other leaves and blocking more light. I hate my LED, it’s probably only good for one plant. But today one of the bulbs went out, brand new light. I decided to buy a 315w CMH Light should be here next week. Live and learn. Should have done a single plant grow. It’s a new week though it will all work out. 🍁

Video quality is so so for closeups with GoPro. Both phenos are super fire 2 more watering and will be flushing for about two weeks should take me near harvest at week 9-10. Mars Hydro FC4800 dimmed at 300w, will help lower temps and bring out those colours.

------GENERAL COMMENT------ Girls are moving forward without troubles, i'm pleased not having to deal with issues. I'm breaking down the feeding schedule like: Sensi Base + Bigbud*(or pk booster) + Recharge > VeloKelp+Natures Candy+Bigbud*. So there is constant feed, every other day mixed in 1.5l water. Once a week i give Cal Mag 2ml /l. Not touching the girls with any HST or stress since I switched to flower. Is the first time i'm running recharge from the beginning to the end, have to say that is solid. ------GG.AK47 COMMENT------ What a pleasure to see that many colas and a vibrant girl giving fruits! 😎👊 I'm very curious to see the results in this one, solid strain! Aroma is gasy and diesel like.

Another great week for these girl, since very wet days surrounded Ontario, I brought these girls inside and flipped them into flower, now on a 12/12 light schedule. They look good and ready to begin blooming, I have top dressed these babies with Gaia Green Bloom 2-8-4 this organic fertilizer consists in fishbone meal, steamed bone meal, glacial rock dust, mined potassium sulphate, fossilized carbon complex, rock phosphate, greensand, kelp meal, gypsum, and bat guano. Day 22: AIW The plant starts to release a very nice odor. Day 23: A secondary topping was made to the 2 shoots coming off the 3rd node. The plant was watered and fed with 3ml fertilizer + 1ml Cal Mag in 1 liter tap water. Day 24: The mature leaves start to show some yellowing. Wondering if there's some deficiency...? The light was raised 5cm. Day 25 The plant was watered and fed with 7ml fertilizer + 1ml Cal Mag in 1 liter tap water. 2 Secondary shoots were topped. Lower fan leaves were trimmed. Day 26: I decided to feed more often, but with lower concentrations. The plant was watered and fed with 3ml fertilizer + 1ml Cal Mag in 1 liter tap water. The 2 main shoots were topped once more. The plants grows about 2cm/day. Day 27: AIW Day 28: AIW The plant was watered with 1 liter tap water. 2 more 150W LEDs are now in use, for a total of REAL 600w. The temperature with lights on reaches 30c The plant is now 22cm tall.

The Rhino Ryder from @fastbuds is coming along really nice starting to get some buds popping up all over the Strawberry gorilla from @fastbuds is starting to come back from it being stunted for some reason think it mite of been locked out because she definitely doesn't need nutrients that much had to cut her feedings in half to stop nutrient burn

I defoliated them again last week now they go finish in 3-4 weeks max. The smell is insane at this point

Sorry I missed a so many weeks folks. Just distilled water up until last week. then they got a small shot of gh flora duo b(1Tbs/gal). Back to just water due to the small amount of burning on lady on the left

Soo! Eventful week in the tent as I think I I have discovered a lot of my problems with slow growth. So I purchased an EC meter at the beginning of the week and decided to test my run off (rookie mistake this was the first run off since the air pot transfer) and it's fair to say my EC was EXTREMELY fu**ing high... like 3.6 high so this week the first flush I did quarter strength feed I got the run off down to 2.8 then next flush it came down to 2.2 at half strength and the last flush was half strength with an introduction to terpinator and the run off came down to 1.6. It's fair to say I have notice a incredible difference in growth I really want to switch over this week but I'm going to let the plants recover and flick the next week. Little bit worried about space but I love a challenge. Also been a bit of an expensive week as my carbon filter final packed up so I treat myself to a new ram air (6inch) Happy growing!

Everything is going good, this week covers from Dec.4 to the 11th. The plants had a major accident due to me not securing the light and not realizing my kids slamming the fridge would knock it free of the stand, leaves were burnt by led light but luckily the plants were praying and it just burnt the tips of the First Single leaves.
