🇩🇪 Cherry Limeade Doja - Wochenkommentar Die Cherry Limeade von Doja entwickelt sich weiterhin hervorragend 🌱. Die Blütenentwicklung schreitet sichtbar voran, die Pflanze ist kerngesund und ihr Stoffwechsel läuft aktuell auf Hochtouren 💚. Nach dem Lollipoppen ist der Wasserverbrauch zunächst erwartungsgemäß etwas zurückgegangen 💧. Nach ungefähr vier Tagen hat sie dann aber wieder deutlich zugelegt und mittlerweile trinkt die Cherry Limeade etwa 3 Liter pro Tag 🚰. Gleichzeitig beginnen die Buds langsam sichtbar anzuschwellen 🌸 – genau das, worauf ich gewartet habe. Mängel oder Krankheiten sind weiterhin keine zu erkennen 👌. Lediglich ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler bleibt: Beim Scroggen ist mir bereits letzte Woche auf der linken Seite ein Main Bud abgebrochen 😬. Dadurch fehlt vorne links leider ein Trieb, aber ansonsten hat sie den kleinen Rückschlag sehr gut verkraftet. Eigentlich müsste ich momentan gar nicht viel an der Pflanze machen 😎. Trotzdem ertappe ich mich dabei, wie ich mehrmals täglich nach meiner kleinen Schönheit schaue, einfach um sicherzugehen, dass es ihr gut geht ❤️. Jetzt beginnt schließlich die Phase, in der man am liebsten jede kleine Veränderung beobachten möchte. Auch der Geruch wird zunehmend intensiver 👃. Aktuell duftet sie herrlich spritzig, frisch und limettig – genau die Richtung, die ich mir von der Cherry Limeade erhofft hatte. An den Parametern habe ich diese Woche nichts verändert ⚙️. Einige der Main Buds bekommen inzwischen etwas weniger als 1000 PPFD, im Durchschnitt liegt die Lichtintensität aber weiterhin bei etwa 900 PPFD ☀️. Solange die Pflanze so gesund und vital aussieht, sehe ich keinen Grund, momentan etwas am Setup zu verändern. Jetzt heißt es eigentlich nur noch: zuschauen, genießen und den Buds beim Anschwellen zusehen 🌸👀. Flower development is progressing nicely, the plant is perfectly healthy, and her metabolism is running at full speed right now 💚. After the lollipopping, her water consumption understandably dropped for a while 💧. After about four days, however, it increased significantly again, and she is now drinking around 3 liters per day 🚰. At the same time, the buds are slowly starting to swell 🌸 – exactly what I’ve been waiting for. There are still absolutely no signs of nutrient deficiencies or disease 👌. The only small imperfection is unfortunately still visible: I accidentally broke one of the main buds on the left side while scrogging last week 😬. That’s why there’s a small gap at the front left, but apart from that, she handled the setback extremely well. Technically, there isn’t really much I need to do at the moment 😎. Still, I find myself checking on my little beauty several times a day, just to make sure she’s doing well ❤️. This is the stage where you simply want to watch every little change. The smell is also getting noticeably stronger 👃. Right now she has a wonderfully fresh, zesty lime aroma – exactly what I was hoping for from this Cherry Limeade. I haven’t changed any of the environmental parameters this week ⚙️. Some of the main buds are now receiving slightly less than 1000 PPFD, while the average light intensity remains around 900 PPFD ☀️. As long as the plant continues to look this healthy and vigorous, I don’t see any reason to change the setup right now. So for now, there’s really only one thing left to do: sit back, enjoy the process, and watch those buds swell 🌸👀. Looking wonderful. Very close to harvesting. 90% of hairs are orange and the trichomes are 80% cloudy 20% clear I did notice some amber here and there but she's got a wee bit longer.

The Cookies ladies have been growing along side the Betty’s, doing their thing ❤️ The 2x4 is coming along, not quite as big and plump as my big tent, but producing some nice nugs nonetheless. The frost is starting! These girls were not as early producers, but seem to be responding well to the wind and light stress! The second trellis was definitely needed, even though they are not quite as tall as their grow mates. They have been keeping to the same schedule of needing to be watered every 72 hours. I will be switching from cal/Mag to Mag/Sulphur supplements later this week. I ❤️ how readily available these Advanced Nutrients are. 😎 The nutrient burn on some of the tips has not spread or gotten worse. The feed range seems to be the 700-750 range. Still keeping to the feed, water, feed schedule, with the 2nd feed being a much lighter dose of nutrients. I’ve increased the light intensity of the SF 4000 to 90% and will probably be stopping there. The temps have been getting as high as 81 degrees, and low as 73 at night. I’ve decreased the humidity to fluctuate around 50% , giving a reasonable VPD for most of the time, thanks to the automation of the in-line exhaust fan. Still have 4-5 weeks for these babies, I’m hoping they continue to plump up, they are showing some great promise. Happy Gardening 🤗❤️👊🇨🇦

This is the last few days. I added flawless finish yesterday and will harvest in 2 days. Gotta run outta town so taking it down one week earlier than I wanted. This gives me the week to make sure they dry process is going well and hopefully start the cure the night before I leave 🤞🏾

Update July 12th Approaching the finish line. Bud swell has started on all sites. Samy is pushing pistils and calyxes everywhere. Some of them calyxes are extraordinarily fat. What’s also interesting is the thick sugar coating. Trichomes look like super big. Seems to be an interesting strain also for bubble hash. Smell is also kicking in. Not yet the diesel intensity I’m expecting but what am I expecting anyway 😝….

Defoliated both plants, and did some LST. I removed the tape on the stems, they are healing nicely! Well we finally reached the end. The last week was more cruise control. Just trying to remove the big fan leaves that's blocking any flowers. The trichomes looking kinda ready but still acceptable. During the last few days I maintained a daytime Humidity of around 60 and nighttime of 55. Temperatures are between 73 degrees and 67 degrees. Two days before chop they got 48 hrs of dark and 3 days of no water to add to the stress. After the 48hrs darkness all the ladies Came out extra frosty. Loving the change of hues on the blue gelato. The vanilla Kush is very oily and very very strong smell. Not a strong smell coming off the OrangeGelato though. The green gelato has a creamy smell.

After the first update of the “Testrun of the new Setup!” grow, things have started to settle in nicely. The plants have recovered from the early establishment phase and are now putting their energy into building structure, stacking branches, and filling out the canopy. The differences between the genetics are already becoming very obvious. The two larger plants are clearly taking control of the room: * Rainbow Melon (top left in the overview) * Nectar (bottom center) Both are showing vigorous vegetative growth with strong lateral branching and healthy leaf development. The canopies are becoming increasingly dense, and the internodal spacing remains tight, which is exactly what I was hoping to see in this setup. Meanwhile, Something Good (top right) is developing at a slower pace. While noticeably smaller than the others, it remains healthy and continues to push new growth. Sometimes the slower starters end up becoming the most interesting plants later in flower, so I’m curious to see how this one evolves. Rainbow Melon Rainbow Melon is currently showing the most balanced structure in the tent. The plant has developed a wide, bushy profile with multiple strong tops emerging across the canopy. The leaves are broad and healthy with a rich green color, indicating that the living soil is doing its job. Branch development is strong, and the plant is responding well to the environment without showing signs of stress. At this stage, the goal is simply to keep opening the canopy and allowing light to reach the interior growth sites. If she keeps this pace, she should become a serious producer once flowering begins. Nectar Nectar is proving to be the powerhouse of the run so far. The plant has exploded with vegetative growth and is building a very dense canopy. The top-down view really shows how aggressively she is filling her space. New growth is vibrant and vigorous, and the branching structure suggests she will respond extremely well to further training. Defoliation and canopy management will likely become more important over the next couple of weeks to maintain airflow and prevent overcrowding. For now, though, she’s looking exactly like the kind of plant that can dominate a room if given enough space. Something Good The smallest plant of the group is still finding its footing. Compared to Rainbow Melon and Nectar, Something Good is developing at a much slower pace, but the growth remains healthy and symmetrical. The leaf color looks good, the stem structure is strengthening, and fresh shoots continue to emerge. Rather than chasing size, the focus here is simply maintaining healthy growth and allowing the root system to establish itself. There is still plenty of time for this plant to surprise me later in the cycle.

These 2 cuts are growing so fast. Seems to be an XL variety. Had a deficiencies issues earlier on that are now showing but has since been corrected for.

6/21/2021: - Transplanted to final pot. Next cycle, will germinate seed straight into the soil/final pot. - Bought a pump sprayer for even irrigation. - Fed soil a kelp, karanja, neem & coconut water tea. No adverse reactions as of yet. - Soil went hydrophobic before transplant, will water as necessary. - Branch on first node bent from stalk upon transplant, currently being supported by a stake. - Noticing red/purple stalks and branches, very stoked! - Need to re-feed lacto/wild yeast starter. - Need to brew up more kelp tea. 6/23/2021 - Took off support early, split seemed to heal, but has separated once again. Going to manifold, so not too concerned. - Had to water about .7g of water to keep soil moist for duration of day. - 6th node growing vigorously, birth of leaves for 7th node showing. 6/27/2021 - Topped plant for quadlining at the 5th node, cleared all growth under 3rd. - Watered with a mix of coconut water, DIY neem, karanja & kelp extract. - Foliar fed with DIY kelp extract. - Trimmed leaves already giving off great grapefruit aromas. - Pressing trim for framing.

Day 49 Flip day! Just flipped them to 12/12 took loads of leaves off. Let's see if I've guessed the sex right then 😏 I think I've got 3 fems but people still tell me I want know until I've flipped 🤷‍♂️🏼 Update: Day 50 and day 1 of flower looking very happy will give a nice feed when soil dries out. Lights are now maxed out and on Day 51, day 2 of flower I'm sure all 3 are definitely fems will keep eye on them next few days 👀 Update again: Day 53, Day 4 of flower and they looking beautiful 😍

Increasing feed and light slowly , things are coming along , there nice and compact , they seem to have good root growth so far and will speed up as I increase the light and feed from now . My ec/ph meter decided to break so been waiting for a new one .
