They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Red Wine has an average flowering time of about 7-8 weeks when grown indoors. * ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 This week she continued to fill in and she also pushed out more frosty tricombs!! The fade happened this week more and she fed off of more of the nutrients within the plant.....perfect😃......would like a little more even but she was ready based on tricombs. Would like to have seen the lower leaves a little more yellow but its good. I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Not really a lot more to add this week as it was mainly looking at the tricombs and her buds. The pH will impact the harvest but she has been fun to grow and very resilient to pest and bug issues as well as grower curve balls. As always.......nice job Sweet Seeds....... SWS56 is very solid and I look forward to running her again one day. Beautiful little girl and makes me smile😃😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0pH - 8L given to get a good flush....pH still running around 7.4 - Runoff in pots already were 7.9pH and 685ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.4pH and 360ppm. - she is 20” tall and 24” wide. - a number of clear tricombs but more becoming cloudy. June 21/20 - Day 72 - dry out day. - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - her frost levels are really coming out now.....was able to lower tent temps to 75 degrees and 51% humidity......its been raining a bit so damn humidity has been high. June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting more pointy now and ripening nicely - leaves continue to fade......she is close - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. hey guys so the time has finally come cut both these girls tonight after 3 days total dark - smell is just amazing and buds rere so dense 😀 i have 5 full line of main cola and 1 rack on dry net of top cola had remove as no branch support and i also have 3 racks of lower case buds for hash or roisin . Overall though i could not be happier 😀 and i defo think i will be very close to my 1 kg target under a 600watt HPS bulb 😀 and finally getting above my best of 1.2g pw😀anyway til next week guys and my dry weight 😉

Harvest Part One, Day 93: First harvest of the Main colas, as a lot of the trichomes turned brown. An awful lot of work to trim wet, but wanted to get rid of all the dryed leaves. A comment on another diary said leaves turned yellow because of possible lockout. Well, i cant deny it, but i have no experience at all with it. In hindsight i should have used a lot more fertilizer during the vegi phase, i guess, because this monster turned out to be super hungry (if that makes sense). Density after removing the leaves is ok i think. Expected a bit more to be honest. Massive headbuds still though. However, kinda „raw“ on the inside as you can see by the color and general appearance. So wondering if it was to early still. Alright, half of the plant cut down, and placed in dryferm bags (compare to dryaging but tailored to Cannabis), as i have mentioned before. Still in the process, after like 7 days half of the weight gone already. A Bit more to go i think. I think i will post another update with the bottom part of the plant and for sure one with the finished product. So far very surprising strain in a positive way, still very delicate smell (i get the „doughy“ and in a sense creamy part of dutch Passions Description, its very subtile though and not much else, almost citrusy tea like), great yield, grows somewhat easy but probably isnt easy to maintain and doesnt like errors in handling. All in all im very happy and cant wait to try the First Buds. So far 7.5/10 — very decent. Let‘s see how it performs. Might change the evaluation then. And sorry, might totally be wrong about everything. Let me know your opinion, criticism, etc., please!

This week i found what i thought was mold. After askin around they are now sayin mealybugs. I took the plant out of tent and will now be kept indoors to flip for now. I chopped off most of her bottom that had white and sprayed neem oil last nite. Today i bought take down garden spray. Also i gotta check other plants well

Sprouted from soil after 3 days! This diary will cover the complete growth cycle, seed to harvest, of this photoperiod strain from RQS, including drying, trimming and weighing. I’m planting this seed together with some autoflowers that just entered in the flowering stage. The ideea is to fill the tent as much as possible since the autoflowers gonna be chopped by the time this pheno will be ready to switch from veg to flower.

the flowering path continues, today is the 32nd day of flowering and the 69th day from the seed! I hope to be able to cut the harvest in 2 weeks.

I wasn't here this week then it's a friend who watered plant. I didn t think about temperature so i turn off heating so temperature was low.

Ordered a scale the other day so should have some more numbers tomorrow! Not going to sample anything until I get the scale, then I'll update with some more details.

Week 4 of the reveg. And we’re almost there👍. We could flip half the plants to flower now but the others are gonna need another week, maybe 2 before they’re ready. This weeks mostly been about chopp’n out the old buds at the base of the stems and spreading branches. About half of em are still workn on branching while the other half has shown vegetative maturity and remain ready for flower at any time. Kinda predictable - the white widow is again, on beast mode next to the others. Northern lights and SOG Lookn good too. Blueberrys got a little more work to do and the boogie nights still needs to find its way as well. Other than that - the system is still purr’n like a kitten and the plants seem to be loving the Berkana nutes. Hopefully not much longer n the veg. Cycle so that we can finally bring these strains to a full flower close.👍 Background This ones tied to part 2 of the pollen chuck. They were supposed to be a clone run for pollination but the mothers all reveg’d due to a timer incident and high stupidity. These will be the inaugural flowering run of the revamped dutchy system. Growing made easy😉. Shit ton of finagling and setup but once she’s ready - sit back, relax and watch em grow😍😎. Thanks for take’n a look.

Day 63- Switched to plain ph’d water at the end of the week. Probably going to be 2 more in the upcoming week as they finish off. #1 is the tallest, and has some big buds, but are bit looser than the rest. #2 has gone beast mode, she is fattening and had hard dense nugs from top to bottom. #3 was a slow start but is quickly gaining on her sister’s. She has about 1 week longer than the rest, but is hard and dense, and is greasy! Did a big defoliation mostly to help ease the final trim when it comes, but to also allow for a little more trichome development as they finish up the remaining nutrients. It’s been a much cooler week so I have been gradually increasing the light intensity to get a final push for some weight and trichome production. Running at about 95% intensity at the moment with the tent hovering around 79-81 degrees freedom units. Checking trichomes daily with my 30x jewellers loupe, mostly cloudy now, with anlmost no amber popping up, just a few on the leaves. I’m watching my other strain as well, hoping the timing will be right for both to come down. I’m not in a rush, really want to maximize these buds, they are already very hard, and should be a good haul. Happy Gardening ❤️🌱🇨🇦😎💨
