My Sticky Rice plant is still quite small and hasn't shown a ton of growth yet. It's definitely the runt of the litter, but I'm hoping it'll pick up soon and fill in some of that extra space in the tent. Fingers crossed! Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.

Day 51 - 1F - Trimmed up most fan leaves and lower nodes. Used some low stress training to keep the canopy low and even then lowered SCROG netting to start training through flowering stretch. Took a couple clones as well (not sure if i'll grow them out yet or not - just wanted to try my new fog cloner i built.

Today is day 51 since I flipped the switch. They are starting to put on some rock weight. Going to give her one more week of overdrive and then flush with flawless.

Ginger nut cookies 30th Jan 2020 I got a bit carried away a couple of days ago and whilst trying to be a smartie pants and Lst the two heads of the plant, I accidentally broke one off . In my defence I did immediately chuck the broken stem into some rooting powder and then a rockwool cube. If it takes I'll have two plants but still I was annoyed with myself. Now that I had only the one top , I topped it so that she can fill out and create more tops. This week I fed some High tea, and watered in a little epsom salts for a magnesium Hit. Ph is at 6.3 ###Now for the weekly Aussie Music Video #### I hope you liked the I.N.X.S tunes from last week. This time it's a Group called Dire Straits with their hit "Money for nothing" Mark knopfler is the lead singer and lead guitarist. Any aussie would instantly know the starting riff from this one ...... Hope you enjoy it I'll see you next week https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTP2RUD_cL0 Grey_Wolf 30th jan 2020

Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.

--------------------------------------------- HydroLab – Week 4: Structure, Spectrum & Controlled Chaos Welcome back to the HydroLab, where order only exists when forced into submission. 🌿⚗️ 🔬 Status Report The ladies keep thriving in their hydroponic habitat. Roots are expanding into thick, creamy-white mats — living sculptures of cellulose and nutrient mist. System stability remains rock solid: pH and EC levels behave like obedient lab subjects after a caffeine infusion. 💡 Spectrum Experiment New addition: the blue Adlites. Objective: counteract the sativa tendency for endless vertical ambition. In simple terms – less stretch, more discipline. So far, it works: internodal spacing is tightening, and the structure looks far more compact and controlled. Training Progress LST continues. Branches are bent, clipped, and restrained — not out of cruelty, but for the sake of science. The canopy spreads wider each day, forming the foundation for the upcoming Scrog operation. 🌡️ Lab Conditions Day temp: 24 °C Night temp: 19 °C Humidity: ~65 % Nutrient solution: 19 °C / EC 1.5 / pH 5.8 Lighting: Mars Hydro FC6500 Evo @ 730 W + Blue Adlites → Stable, sterile, efficient — just how a laboratory likes it. 🚚 Next Phase By the end of this week, the plants will move into the main RDWC system inside the big tent. There, the Scrog net awaits — the next evolutionary stage of controlled chaos. From now on, it’s all about horizontal dominance over vertical rebellion. Lab Note Roots are dancing in the mist, branches defying gravity — and somewhere between the sensors and nutrient tanks, chaos quietly transforms into progress. 🔖 Tags #HydroLab #RDWC #MarsHydro #Adlite #Scrog #CannaAqua #Bluelab #ACInfinity #WaterChiller #THCGrow #GrowTech #ControlledChaos #FlavourFocused

2024/05/05 : I was away for a few days, there are buds everywhere now... gave them a shot of bio PK. The height is 48 cm : LED is 20 cm away but I can move it up. I wait to see if Blueberry can handle it as it is, it shouldn't stretch much more. DLI between 34 and 42. It drank 12.5 L last 5 days. Fan leaves are dark green and the smell is present (lemon for the moment) : last watering with bio PK in two weeks and I shouldn't do anything else until end. I like Autopot+Biotabs!😍

Good week overall, The plants are levelling out and getting extra green with the transplant, no more die back :D Still no word from Gaia Green so I think they just don't care after getting bought out. similar to GHE and scotts miracle grow big brands are taking up smaller independent companies to get every aspect of the market then cheapening the product slowly over time. I have topped them again and waiting for the new shoots to grow in, I have also removed the lower branches and put them into vials to clone out. Will see how they do and if I want to grow them outdoor this year or give em away. I will be looking for a new home for the 4th plant that survived in the smaller container. But it won't be ready for another few months till the weather improves for outdoors or anytime right now if I know a buddy wants a plant in my area. I also topped my peppers in hopes it will bush them out a lot and get a solid plant. Holy basil is also fine, I feel I am going to need to give it some more food in a bit they will be approaching nutrient depletion soon. The extras I put in the water this week are the same as any other, fulvic acid, potassium silicate, yucca extract, a bacteria pro bio soil product "NOT LABS" and PH adjusters. Trying out critic, ascorbic and malic acids powders as a alternate to phosphoric acid liquid. If it works its an option for PH down and one I can buy in bulk almost anywhere. 85% phosphoric is hard to source unless you got a grow shop close by. I was also reading that critic has a strong affinity for dissolving calcium and might work better on it vs phosphoric and dies out faster. but this needs more looking into before anything concrete is devised. O I also made some Brownie Cookies, they turned out well. Chewy on the inside and crunch on the outside. I infused them with 15.5G of flower and a quick butter bath only simmering for 30min, 7g CBG ZeroDue from SeedStockers + 7g Dnamed Kush CBD Auto from Dinafem + 1.5g Strawberry Cola Auto from Exotic Seeds. Strained out all the weed and used the butter in the cookies. I would make them again, all cookies got flaked salt as a garnish, They are very light and I can eat a few of them and still be ok, This is what I want, great with reducing inflammation and relaxing the body. If I want a more THC high I'll eat more of them or take a separate THC edible. Big shoutout to Medic Grow for sponsoring the lighting in my tent, They have provided me with 2x Mini Sun 2's in the 240w configuration, They use the v1 growing spectrum that is a all purpose seed to harvest spectrum so their is no hassle of switching it mid grow.
